1. I am the deponent herein and the petitioner in the main
petition, I am fully conversant with the facts of the case.
2. I submit that the Respondent is my Husband. I am filed the
above Original Petition for divorce under Section 13 (i-a) Hindu
Marriage Act.
3. I submit that I have no knowledge about law and the other
proceedings. In order to put forth my pleadings effectively on my
side, legal assistance become necessary. Unless this Honourable
Court permits me to take the legal assistance, I will be put too
much loss, inconvenience and hardships.
Therefore I humbly pray that this Honourable Court may be
