RESIGNATION
LETTER
A resignation letter is an official letter sent by an
employee to their employer giving notice they will no
longer be working at the company. In other words, it’s
an official form of quitting. The goal of a letter of
resignation is to create an official record of notice,
provide details about the employee’s last day, outline
any next steps, and maintain a positive relationship
with the employee.
LETTER OF INTENT
A letter of intent (LOI) is a document
declaring the preliminary commitment of
one party to do business with another.
The letter outlines the chief terms of a
prospective deal.
LETTER OF
COMPLAINT
is a written communication used to raise
your concerns with a product, service or
to address other types of grievances. The
purpose of the letter is to address the
problem and seek a productive
resolution.
INQUIRY LETTER
are written for the purpose of asking
for something from the recipient.
Inquiries can be sent as a formal
business letter (outside of your
company) or as an e-mail.
SALES LETTER
Offer a product or service tot he
potential clients. It has to include
good persuasive language in order
to attract buyers or patronizers.
LETTER OF
RESERVATION
The main purpose of this letter
is to place a reservation or
order for a product of services
in a company.
Order Letter
Is a very simple letter. It only includes
all the pertinent information about the
product or services you want to avail
which includes the quantity and the
description.
Letter of Acceptance

is a positive message given


to a request or offer.
Letter of Acceptance

Letter of Refusal
it contains a negative statement. It
includes statements which
formally announce a decline or
rejection of any offer or proposal.
Letter of Collection
This letter is written primarily with
a purpose of informing the reader
on his/her financial obligations
and to remit the payment.
Letter of Adjustment
It is a letter in response to the
letter of complaint. It usually
contains the logical and
reasonable answer for the
complaint given by the client.
