Conclusion
In a bigorganization such as Tata Motor Limited there was lot to lcam in the
span of I month. Isincerely feel privileged to be part ofsuch a big mechanical
firm. I had the opportunity to lcam and understand the process of1\-taterial
handling and feeding and also how work is organised in such field. Beinga
mechanical engineer I had opportunity 10 !cam about the whole manufacturing
process of the LCV how all the parts assembled and I have also lcamcd that
how theassembly of theengine is done.
It has helped me to remove the gap between the theoretical and practical
knowledge, and to have a better understanding of the stages involved in
assembling processes of anautomobile.
Fortunately I was given Basic problem solving project associated with 1\-laterial
feeding system to assembly along with sequential supply in the vehicle. I've
tried my level best tosuccessfully apply myengineering knowledge to suggest
some improvement in this project.
Overall this internship in the Tata Motor has been the most interesting
experience of my lire so far.
