Interviewer: Good moring…. I’m (teacher).Thank you so much for coming in.
Interviewee: It’s my pleasure. Thanks so much for meeting me today.
Interviewer: How are you doing this morning ?
Interviewee: That’s great. I’m happy to have an interview with you.
Interviewer: Which position have you apply for ?
Interviewee: I have applied for maintenace engineer.
1/ Tell me a little bit about yourself ?
I graduated from Cao Thang Technical College in 2021 with a degree in
automotive engineering Technology. When I was a student, I working part-time at
a coffee shop. It help me develop communication skill.Morover, I had an
internship as a maintenace engineer at Toyota dealer for six months. That helps
me have good experience in obtaining more knowledge about my job.
3/ What attracted you to our company ?
The first thing that caught my eyes on your company is salary. It is suitable for me
to pay my living expenses. The second thing is working environment.I found that
this is a friendly working environment helping me promote my ability. The third is
health insurance. Finally, your company is near my house sp I can go to work on
time.
4/ What is your greatest strength ?
I am a punctual person. I always arrive early and complete my work on time. I am
addicted to work, so I don’t mind if I have to work on weekends or in the evening.
And I also have effective problem-solving ability. Specially, when I work in
team, because I am a good listener and connector.
5/ What is your greatest weakness ?
(My greatest weakness is that I somtime have trouble saying “no” to request and
end up taking no more than I can handle. I like to help people but this lead to feel
stressful because I have too much work to. To overcome in this point, I always
remind my self that I shuold help the orthers when I’m free.)
My weakness is about experience because I just graduated . But I am
trying to learn new things for my work every day
7/ Where do you see yourself in 5 years ?
My goal in the next 5 years is to be a good engineer. Therefore, I work hard to
gain experience. In addition, I will continue improving my knowledge to catch up
with the innovation.
In the next five years I want to open a car care-shop.
8/ What is your salary expectation ?
I have just graduated from college and I don’t have much experience.
Your company has a suitable range of salary so I follow this range.
I hope that my salary is about 8 millions.
9/ Do you have any questions for me , about the company or the position ?
Do I have to work in shifts ?
Do I have to work overtime ?
Do I often make business trips ?
Can you tell me about the team that I would be working with ?
