Q: What is refunding service?
A: Refund means reimbursement for the goods you have purchased. And we are providing service in which you can keep your item and still receive a refund for the full amount of the purchase.
Q: What should I do first?
A: Before placing an order, it is highly recommended to contact us so we can tell you if everything is alright and give you the green light.
Q: When do I pay you?
A: You pay us after refund confirmation. Late payments or lack of them will result in additional charges or rebills.
Q: What is reship and how can I take advantage of it?
A: Reship companies give you new personal address which you can use for placing new orders. Before using reship for your refund, make sure to contact us because there are some exceptions.
It can also be used for placing orders in different countries. If you live in Europe and there is a hot store in the USA you can possibly take advantage of it as well.
Q: What about stores that aren't mentioned in the store list?
A: There is a high chance that we can do them. Make sure to contact us so we can check if that's possible. Also, we can do almost any store that accepts PayPal.
Q: What if something goes wrong and refund fails?
A: It's very unlikely to happen, but if it does, you can still return your product to the store and receive your money back.
