Presently, we will provide you 4 employees; 3 salespersons and 1 Manager.
Sales representatives will work to find new sales leads, having an experience of at least 1 year.
The manager will have an experience of at least 2 years. He will manage the sales department
Cost
The estimated overall cost of the recruited employees will be around $166,900. The details are
provided below:

Terms and Conditions
ABC Company will bear all costs related to recruiting employees, background checks,
advertising and reference checks.
If a recruited employee resigns voluntarily within 60 days of recruitment, ABC Company
will provide a new employee without any further charges.
The employees provided by our company will be on probation for 15 days and XYZ will
conduct a review of satisfactory performance.
The contract may be terminated, with a 15-day notice, by both parties.
Payments
For direct hires, 50% of the payment will be made after 2 weeks of joining. The remaining
50% of the payment will be made after 60 days.
All the freelancers will be charged on an hourly basis.

Employee salaries must be deposited in their accounts by the end of each month (before
the 28th of each month).
Reimbursements and allowances must be paid not later than 10 days from the date the
documents have been submitted.
License
We have attached a copy of our business license that allows us to provide staffing and recruiting
services within the state.
Insurances
General Liability Insurance: The General Liability Insurance for personal injury, bodily
injury and property damage will be provided. It will also help cover medical expenses and
attorney fees, resulting from the above-mentioned damages. Our company will be legally
responsible for all such matters.
Automobile Insurance: All the vehicles used during the term of this program will be fully insured.
