options – A/C Payee Cheques, Demand Drafts, NEFT-RTGS and various digital payment options available on our website.
2. All the payments received post the due date as mentioned in the invoice, will automatically attract a non-negotiable 18% interest.
3. Circuit Systems (India) Private Limited, PCB Power will possess the lien on all the goods, services, and other deliverables until the invoices are outstanding in full or part
payment.
4. Any and all disputes will be addressed only in the Ahmedabad jurisdiction in the State of Gujarat.
5. Any claims received by our team after 15 days from the date of invoice will not be entertained.
6. Our team takes all the necessary measures to ensure safe and timely transport. However, if any damage is incurred to the goods in the process of transit, Circuit Systems
(India) Private Limited/PCB Power , its associates, or any of its employees will not be liable against the claims of damage or related expenses/charges.
7. In the case of bare boards supplied by Circuit Systems (India) Private Limited, PCB Power we will accept claims limited to bare PCBs replacement only. Warranty does not
apply after components are mounted by the customer to the PCBs. Circuit Systems (India) Private Limited / PCB Power 's liability shall not exceed the price of bare PCBs.
PCB Power shall bear the responsibility of replacing only the bare board for PCBs and the PCB Assembly Services. All the liability pertaining to the individual or aggregate
components shall rest with the respective component suppliers and exercised as per their applicable policies. The PCB Power team will make all the efforts necessary to work
alongside customers and coordinate diligently with the suppliers on matters necessitating exercise of the liability to replace. For consigned PCB Assembly orders, the maximum
liability is limited to bare PCBs.
All the Terms & Conditions as mentioned in the Quotation and the Pro Forma Invoice are applicable to this, its associated, and all future transactions unless they specifically
changed by the Circuit Systems (India) Private Limited or PCB Power team.
