The trolley has 2 wheels, 2 bottle chocks, a handle bar and a lifting lug. It

Description The EA14M pressure indicator consists of an electronic module and a pair
of separated transmitters. It is an intelligent multi-function instrument
that measures and displays process pressure or vacuum.
The programmable limit detection function enables it to also act as an

Description The Evoqua (previously Wallace and Tiernan) SFC SC controller system is
used for flow proportional controlled dosing of chemicals. The controller
is ideal for use in water treatment and similar industrial process
applications. It can control automatic v-notch positioners in gas feed
systems, such as the V10k™ and V2000™ systems. Automatic stroke
length positioners and variable speed drives in dosing pump systems can
also be controlled using the SFC controller. The SFC SC system is

chlorine analyser continuously monitors free or total (combined)
chlorine, chlorine dioxide or ozone in drinking water applications.
It uses proven and universally accepted amperometric measurement
technology to directly measures three disinfectant residuals. It also
provides a 4-20mA output signal for control or recording purposes and
integral alarm relays. A constant flow rate ensures a stable,
representative measurement signal. This is provided by a choice of flow
cells: bare-electrode or membrane.
The Depolox 3 plus analyser is also available in an arrangement for

With the correct choice of actuator and controller up to six containers
can be closed sequentially or two can be closed simultaneously. All
combinations exceed the performance requirements and
recommendations of AS 2927:2019 for the storage and handling of
liquefied chlorine gas.
Controllers can provide up to 12 different alarms and status signals
including programmable relays and output options for SCADA or PLC
systems.
All automatic shut-off systems prevent operators from having to enter a
toxic environment to close a leaking valve and are supplied with an
emergency stop panic button for remote activation.
The Terminator actuator is a safety device that automatically closes a
chlorine cylinder or ton container valves in case of a leak.
The Terminator actuator uses the Gemini controller to provide power
and logic to the actuator. The electric automatic shutoff device is fully
automated and microprocessor controlled system can respond to a leak
quickly and reduce exposure risk to operational personnel when a leak
occurs.

Description The SOLO XT digital weight indicator uses exclusive cross technology to
merge hydraulic weight sensing with digital indication.
The chlorine cylinder scales are battery powered. They use a hydraulic
load cell for weight sensing, therefore no AC power is required. Two
standard C cell batteries power the indicator for up to 4,000 hours of
continuous display time.
In order to extend battery life even further, the LCD display can be
activated by an ON/OFF button located on the face of the indicator. The
display automatically powers down after a set period or can be instantly
shut off by pressing the button a second time. In this mode, the batteries
will last up to three years. The display on model 4-20mA remains on
continuously. It is powered by the DC loop and then batteries when loop
power is unavailable.

Description A chemical injection quill ensures that chemicals are evenly dispersed in
the center of the pipeline. This will prevent channelling of the chemical
down the pipe wall.
The Koflo chemical injection quill contains an integral ball check valve
which is constructed of ceramic material. Standard units have a 3-1/4"
quill length which can be shortened for smaller diameter pipes. Longer
quill lengths are available for larger diameter pipelines. To ensure the
proper positioning of the 45° bevel in the pipeline, each quill comes with
permanently etched flow arrows.
KOFLO chemical injection quills are used to introduce medium to highly
corrosive chemicals into a pipeline, without damage to the side port or

Description GF valves type 514 diaphragm valve has solvent cement sockets, BS and
double the flow rate, compared to it's predecessor.
The central plastic housing nut instead of the usual four metal screws is a
corrosion-free connection. This guarantees homogeneous expansion
when exposed to temperature variations, which eliminates the need to
retighten the screws. The resulting uniform surface pressure guarantees

Description ATI’s Model Q46CT toroidal conductivity meter is designed for online
monitoring of chemically aggressive process solutions. This sensor
consists of two metallic ribbon coils that are fixed in place by the sensor

the sensor body which induces a current in the process solution. The
sensing coil is used to measure the induced current in the process

Description The peracetic acid monitor provides real time measurement of peracetic
acid in solution.
Peracetic Acid (PAA) is a strong oxidiser used in the food industry to
disinfect piping systems and processing equipment. It is also used for
spray washing of food products and for disinfection of cooling water
systems.
As with any disinfection system, maintaining proper residual values is key
to effective pathogen control. To facilitate reliable chemical feed control,
ATI has developed an on-line water quality monitor capable of providing
real time measurement of low levels of PAA in solution. The Q46 85
peracetic acid monitor uses a direct sensing polarographic probe either in
a flowcell or submersible. A permeable diffusion membrane isolates the
sensing electrodes from the measured sample, providing long-term
stability without electrode fouling problems. The measurement is
selective for peracetic acid and is not affected by changes in hydrogen
peroxide concentration, which is always present in PAA solutions.

Description The Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) process separates liquids from solids.
Microscopic air bubbles become attached to solid particles suspended in
liquid, causing the solid particles to float.
In a DAF wastewater treatment system air is dissolved into liquid under
pressure. The dissolved air remains in solution until the pressure is
released to atmospheric pressure, causing the air to come out of solution
in the form of microscopic air bubbles. The bubbles become attached to
the solids in the wastewater causing them to float to the surface,
forming a float blanket. Surface skimmers then remove the float blanket.
The Baldwin system's air dissolving efficiency is approximately 90% due
to the proprietary non-clogging spray cone inside the unit. The efficiency
of the dissolved air flotation system permits lower recycle rates and
hence allows higher wastewater feed rates.

Description The SOLO XT digital weight indicator uses exclusive cross technology to
merge hydraulic weight sensing with digital indication.
The chlorine cylinder scales are battery powered. They use a hydraulic
load cell for weight sensing, therefore no AC power is required. Two
standard C cell batteries power the indicator for up to 4,000 hours of
continuous display time.
In order to extend battery life even further, the LCD display can be
activated by an ON/OFF button located on the face of the indicator. The
display automatically powers down after a set period or can be instantly
shut off by pressing the button a second time. In this mode, the batteries
will last up to three years. The display on model 4-20mA remains on
continuously. It is powered by the DC loop and then batteries when loop
power is unavailable.
Description Flexible drum connections are made from soft annealed copper. The soft

Description The chlor cylinder scale 150 is specifically designed to weigh chlorine gas,
sulfur dioxide and ammonia cylinders. It is used in small treatment
plants, well heads, booster stations and various industrial plants.

easily rolled on and off without lifting and the wall mounted chaining

The SOLO G2 digital indicator incorporates many features including a

Description Our chlorine gas leak detector is a flexible and reliable, self-testing gas
detector in a compact modular design. The chlorine gas leak detector
system includes an audible horn, individual receiver modules, a power
supply unit and battery back-up. The system is pre-wired and tested for
ease of installation. Sensor transmitters should be located in areas where
chlorine gas leakage or build-up may occur. These sensors provide the
basic measurement for the chlorine gas detector system.
Auto-test gas generators automatically generate a small concentration

Description A chemical injection quill ensures that chemicals are evenly dispersed in
the center of the pipeline. This will prevent channelling of the chemical
down the pipe wall.
The Koflo chemical injection quill contains an integral ball check valve
which is constructed of ceramic material. Standard units have a 3-1/4"
quill length which can be shortened for smaller diameter pipes. Longer
quill lengths are available for larger diameter pipelines. To ensure the
proper positioning of the 45° bevel in the pipeline, each quill comes with

At the heart of the system are smart digital sensors, the industry-leading
M-Nodes, that come complete with all the communications protocols
needed and expected in today's digital age, as well as a good old-
fashioned analogue output.
The M-Nodes are connected to the water supply using a purpose
designed ‘click-connect’ flow cell arrangement. Sensors are connected in
series to minimize water usage and can run at pressures up to 6 bar. This
means that MetriNet systems can be used in closed bypass arrangement
to completely eliminate water loss.
M-Nodes are ultra-low-powered and run autonomously for years at a
time on small batteries. Alternatively, they can be powered from a local
plc or telemetry system. Flexibility really is the name of the game with
M-Node sensors, they can be connected to any data gathering system.

an online analyser designed to measure the disinfectant concentration in
drinking and other clean water applications.
It is designed to provide operators with a simple, intuitive touch panel
interface for up to three measurement parameters. All popular
disinfectants can be measured such as free or total chlorine, chlorine
dioxide, ozone, and potassium permanganate. The analyzer is available
with two amperometric disinfectant measurement technologies:
DEPOLOX 5 flow cell which utilizes the fast reacting bare electrode and
the VariaSens™ C flow cell which incorporates the membrane based

Peracetic Acid (PAA) is a strong oxidiser used in the food industry to
disinfect piping systems and processing equipment. It is also used for
spray washing of food products and for disinfection of cooling water

As with any disinfection system, maintaining proper residual values is key
to effective pathogen control. To facilitate reliable chemical feed control,
ATI has developed an on-line water quality monitor capable of providing

consists of two metallic ribbon coils that are fixed in place by the sensor

Description The C200 ball valve by Stubbe is a high-end industrial valve with an

Description GF valves type 514 diaphragm valve has solvent cement sockets, BS and
double the flow rate, compared to it's predecessor.
The central plastic housing nut instead of the usual four metal screws is a
corrosion-free connection. This guarantees homogeneous expansion
when exposed to temperature variations, which eliminates the need to
retighten the screws. The resulting uniform surface pressure guarantees
tightness up to 16 bar operating pressure. At the same time, the
diaphragm valve has linear flow characteristics and thus guarantees
increased efficiency and constantly stable processes. The minimized dead
space also provides maximal hygiene.
The lockable hand wheel is a standard feature and the two-coloured
position indicator shows the actual position of the diaphragm at a
glance. In normal operation the lock mechanism disappears in the
handwheel, so that the ergonomics are not impeded.

The double centric design protects the valve against pressure surges.

Description The floating oil skimmer clean oils, foams and other floating materials
from water surface. Baldwin oil skimmers use a patented flow control
weir to determine the depth of cut that is skimmed, deeming them the
most efficient skimmers on the market for removing any floating
contaminants.
At the entrance to the skimmer sump, a floating weir creates a small
waterfall which produces the skimming effect. The weir adjusts itself to
the proper depth for the flow of the pump. Conversely, the depth of the
weir can easily be set by controlling the volume of the pump. The
floating oil skimmer is suitable for flow rates from 1,000l/hr to 660,000
l/hr.
These non-selective, high volume skimmers will attract the liquid surface

Description The Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) process separates liquids from solids.
Microscopic air bubbles become attached to solid particles suspended in
liquid, causing the solid particles to float.
In a DAF wastewater treatment system air is dissolved into liquid under
pressure. The dissolved air remains in solution until the pressure is
released to atmospheric pressure, causing the air to come out of solution
in the form of microscopic air bubbles. The bubbles become attached to
the solids in the wastewater causing them to float to the surface,
forming a float blanket. Surface skimmers then remove the float blanket.
The Baldwin system's air dissolving efficiency is approximately 90% due
to the proprietary non-clogging spray cone inside the unit. The efficiency
of the dissolved air flotation system permits lower recycle rates and
hence allows higher wastewater feed rates.

coagulant and polymer additions, partial recycle and circular flotation

Description The oil/ water plate separator brings oil droplets to the surface of a
water/oil mixture as a separate layer. Suspended solids are also
separated, dropping to the bottom as sludge.
The V plate separator removes free oil droplets as small as 20 microns in
