extend an invitation to you for a special event, our upcoming Opening Ceremony of
Brigada Eskwela 2023 and Turnover Ceremony of Gender Aggregated Comfort
Room donated by Tuna Central Eagles Club.

Venue: Bia-o Elementary School
The Ceremony marks an essential milestone for our school. This event will be
an excellent opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of our school. We
cordially invite you to join us as an esteemed guest at this momentous occasion.
Your presence will undoubtedly add to the significance of the event and make it even
more memorable.
The schedule for the ceremony includes a brief program, speeches, the
official turnover, and a small reception where attendees can engage in meaningful
conversations and forge valuable connections.

In line with the DepEd Order 24, s. 2008 known as the Institutionalization of the
Brigada Eskwela Program or the National Schools Maintenance Week (NSMW), the
undersigned, in behalf of Bia-o Elementary School, is humbly asking your participation in
the said program. The program starts on August 7 and ends in May 18, 2023. If you are
willing to be a part of it, you may come to the school on or in between of the dates
mentioned when you are available to volunteer.
As part of the program to prepare the school for the next academic year, there are
several activities that can help enhance its appearance. WE humbly proposed that we
specifically need cleaning supplies, paint, gardening equipment, decorative plants. These
items will aid us in achieving our goal of beautifying the school.
1. Cleaning of the school grounds *galloons of latex white paints
2. Repainting of school walls and roofs *galloons of GI sheets paints
3. Cleaning of classrooms and offices *tinting colors
4. Pruning/trimming of trees around the school *paint brush in different sizes
5. Fixing of garbage disposal *roller paint brushes
6. Renovating broken school ceilings *trash bins
7. Repair of dilapidated chairs *cleaning materials
8. Preparation of School Reading Park *gardening tools
9. Landscaping / gardening *vegetable seeds/ornamental plants
10. Provision of signages
11. Others
You may bring any of the tools and materials mentioned. Thank you so much. We
are looking forward to seeing you being a part of the said school program. This
will surely benefit not just the school community but also the community that our
school envisions to shape. Your help will surely make a difference and will be appreciated.
