❖ Responsible for production and planning includes batch scheduling with max. m/c capacity utilization
❖ To Monitor the all process from batch preparing to finish fabrics Delivery including Shade checking ,
Quality checking and mc parameter Checking
❖ To prepare all SOP of special finish.
❖ Day to day communication by mail with the Merchandising also with Buying house with strong Follow
up
❖ Arrange all types of shade and Quality Approval, Test Reports regarding Production.
❖ Responsible for selection/modification/creation of the programs for dyeing process in Dye-house.
❖ To motivate & train to all production Staffs & workers for their ultimate contribution towards quality
improvement with Zero defects & making right product in the right time.
❖ Check the all technical point in Knitting, Dyeing , Finishing and Quality
❖ Specially involved with all technical process for Next Buyer in knitting, Dyeing and Finishing

and finishing in UNITED COLORS LTD. Aliganj, Narayanganj.
