Agreement Between Owner And Contractor
The said parties, for the considerations hereinafter mentioned, hereby agreed the following:
1. The Contractor agrees to provide all of the labor required to perform the following
work for: [We are pleased to quote you the following for Painting Work ( Plastic Paint ),
Armstrong False Ceiling With Lights Installation, Electrical Works Installation, Carpentry Works ,
Aluminum Partition For Cabins And Conference Room, PVC Carpet And Plumbing Works At
Findigoo Infotainment Pvt Ltd, Waliv, Vasai Road ( East ).
as shown in the above quotation and described in the specifications prepared by
Shama Construction and provided by the Owner .
2. The Owner hereby agrees to pay the Contractor, for the aforesaid materials
separately if required as per his requirements in terms of quality : [ Owner has been
informed to buy on his own in the above quotation ]
3. The Contractor agrees that the various portions of the above-described work shall be
completed on or before the following dates: Above-described work shall be started and
completed from day of . ( Excluded Holidays )
4. The Contractor agrees to provide and pay for materials, tools and equipment required
for the prosecution and timely completion of the work as per mentioned in the quotation
and agreed by the owner, all materials will be new and of good quality ( Approved by the
owner first before installing.
5. The Owner agrees to pay 40 % as advance to start the work for the above mentioned
contract. The Owner agrees to pay the Contractor 30 % & 25 % ( 1 Slot ) when required
in the contract duration till completion of the said contract amounting to 5,90,000 /- and 5
% On The Last Day Completion Of Entire Work.
6. Kind Attention ( Once the agreement is signed with both the parties and given advanced of 40
% to start the work, will not be refunded if the agreement gets cancelled by the owner (
signing authority on quotation ) for any reason and if any item cancelled from the above
quotation by the owner side then that particular item will be 50 % refunded on the
mentioned price in the quotation.
7. Owner should not discuss with any labour in terms of any payment transaction and do
not make any cash transaction with them, never share contact number with any labour
until unless required and which will be firstly put under contractor notice, everything
should be strictly followed under contractor guidance. If not followed then the contractor
will not be responsible for anything wrong happens.
Physical damages, damages of climate change and accidental damages will not be covered.

All types of service will be provided after completion of job for repair and maintenance
for 1 months. Physical damages, damages of climate change and accidental damages
work will be chargeable with the material cost & labour.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto set their hands and agreed for the above
agreement.
