phone, coordination for deputation of service engineers to sites across india.
Coordination with HO Service & Marketing team for the complaints received from the customer & Site
Work Related to Project Division & Inspection Visiting across India.
Testing & Quality, Inspections, Commissioning for Oil Cooled, VPI, CRT Transformers, Packaged
Compacted Substation,RMU,HT Indoor&outdoor VCB breakers, LT ACB Breakers.
Incoming Material checking to visually & System Related SAP, ERP, TIPTOP.
Identifying internal and external customer needs and implementing actions. Vendor
development and assessment for new vendors.
Ensure product meets Customer specifications. Making sure that order is obtained. Payment
follow-up for dispatched items.
Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures and checklists. Preparation of Initial
