I. Objectives

for the lesson.

Ask students if they have any recent health-related news or topics they'd like to share and
discuss briefly.
C. Health Sessions (15 minutes)
Introduction
Start by explaining the importance of expressing love in our lives. Mention that it's
not only about romantic love but also includes love for family, friends, and others.
Discussion
Engage students in a discussion about different ways people can express love.
Encourage them to share their thoughts and experiences.
Use the whiteboard to list different ways of expressing love that students mention. Discuss
each one briefly.
D. Activity (5 minutes)
