I am writing to express my interest in the Business Development Officer (BDO) position at your
Company. I have been watching your company for some time now, and I am very impressed with your
success in the industry. I am confident that my skills and experience would be a valuable asset to your
team, and I am eager to contribute to your continued growth.

I am Inclined towards the import export industry, working for both small and large companies. In my
previous role, I was responsible for developing and executing business development strategies,
identifying and qualifying new leads, and closing deals. I have a proven track record of success in
building relationships with customers and partners, and I am confident that I can help your company
expand its reach and market share.

In addition to my experience, I also have a strong educational background in business administration. I


have a Bachelor of Commerce with Information Technology degree from Riphah International
Ubiversity, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from [university
name]. My education has given me a solid foundation in the principles of business development,
marketing, and sales.

I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual. I am also a team player and I am eager to learn

Proposed Plan

 Choose the right forums. There are many different international forums available, I will choose
ones that are relevant to our business and target audience. We will use search engines and
social media to find international forums, and coordinate my colleagues or industry contacts for
recommendations.
 Create a profile and participate in discussions . Once we have chosen some forums to
participate in, create a profile and start participating in discussions. Will make sure to answer
questions thoughtfully and provide helpful information. We will also start our own threads to
share our expertise and insights.
 Promote your business. We will promote your business in the forums, but do so in a subtle way.
For example, we can include a link to your website in your profile signature, or you can mention
your business in your posts when it's relevant.
 Create a Business Profile. We will create a Profile to show our self bigger business. For example,
we will create a professional website and Facebook page. Where we will show our mines, our
plants and other teams. We will connect our all pages and profile.
 Branding. We will market our products on all forums through social media like Facebook and
other forums.
 Presence in Market we will ensure our presence on international forums with a big profile and
our active team members so that we could stay in touch with importers and exporters to
maintain trust in international market.
 Quick Response. Our teams will be ready and available for any queries asked by potential clients
all over the world.
 Stay updated about our competitors. Our team will always be researching about products and
prices offered by our competitors. We will be well prepared about pitching the customers. As we
knew what our competitors are doing.

Scope of Work

I will be responsible for the Following:


 Developing and executing sales strategies to increase the company's export sales. This may
involve identifying new markets, developing new products and services, and building
relationships with potential customers.
 Managing customer relationships and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company's
products and services. This may involve providing customer support, resolving customer issues,
and negotiating contracts.
 Generating new business opportunities for the company. This may involve attending trade
shows, networking with potential customers, and developing marketing campaigns.
 Providing market research and analysis to help the company make informed decisions about its
export business. This may involve researching new markets, analyzing customer trends, and
tracking competitor activity.
 To assist in preparing and submitting export documentation, such as commercial invoices,
packing lists, and bills of ladings (If required).
 Assist in managing export logistics, such as booking freight and arranging for customs clearance.
 Providing export training to other employees, such as sales representatives and customer
service representatives.

Authorities
 To approve orders from customers up to a certain amount (Specified in Final Agreement). This
can help to speed up the sales process and reduce the time it takes to get orders to customers.
 To negotiate contracts with customers. This can include negotiating price, terms, and conditions
of sale.
 To set prices for the company's products and services. This is an important responsibility, as it
can have a significant impact on the company's bottom line.
 Manage the sales team. This may include setting sales goals, developing training programs, and
evaluating the performance of sales representatives.
 To develop and implement sales strategies for the company. This may involve identifying new
markets, developing new products and services, and building relationships with potential
customers.
 To approve travel expenses, this can help to expedite the travel approval process and allow the
senior BDO to travel quickly to meet with potential customers and partners.
 To represent the company at trade shows and other industry events: This can help to raise the
company's profile and generate new business opportunities.
 To develop and implement marketing campaigns, this can help to increase awareness of the
company's products and services and attract new customers.

 To hire Sales and Marketing Staff and to do contract with agents.

Compensation
 A basic salary of Rs.70,000. With Annual Increment of 10%.
 And 30% share in net profit of the sales generated by the company.
 Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Terms of Contract:
 This is 3 year agreement
 Agreement is renewable
 Agreement can be revised with consent of both parties
 Terms & conditions can be revised according to business situation
 Non-compete agreement( I will not work for competitor during work with your company)
 Confidentiality will be the priority
 Only Pakistani laws are applicable on this agreement.

Termination of Contract:
 The agreement can be cancelled or terminated with the consent of both Parties.
 If the Company wants to end agreement it will provide 1 month notice.
 If Terminate the agreement I can do on 1 month notice.
 This contract will be terminated if we enter into a partnership Contract.
