REFEREES DURING THE FIESTA LEAGUE TOURNAMENT OF BASKETBALL IN BARANGAY
LUMBOCAN

WHEREAS, it is our primary task to support our young people and provide primary needs for them to participate
any ball games competition in the barangay to promote friendly game and sportsmanship among our youth as one of
the best strategies to convince them to neglect the addiction of prohibited drugs.
WHEREAS, there almost PWUDs who surrendered and conduct of promotion of healthy lifestyle among PWUDs
thru sports which is necessary to give encouragement to use the sports as an avenue to develop skills and capacity to
be good example in the community and lead the future for the youth.
WHEREAS, all participants in the particular age bracket encourage to participate in this activity to motivate them
to improve the inborn skills and capabilities of individual in the field of sports instead of conspiring drugs that will
definitely humiliate dignity and suppress their lives as youths.
NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation on the subject matter, it was moved by HON. MERRY CHRISTA
AMOY and seconded by HON. ELEAZAR PLAZA, be it;

CELEBRATION LINGGO NG KABATAAN 2022 FROM THE DEPOSITORY BANK PHIPPINE VETERANS
BANK (PBC) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSE

WHEREAS, the Republic Act 10742 also known as Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 provides in the Chapter VI
Section 33 paragraph (a) states that every province, city, municipality and barangay, shall conduct annual activity known as
Linggo ng Kabtaan on the week where the 12 th of August falls to coincide the International Youth Day. The SK, in the case of
barangay, and the respective LYDC in cooperation with the Pedarasyon ng SK, in the case of province, city and municipality,
shall take the lead in this observance.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Lumbocan will conduct 2-day activity of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2022.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Lumbocan will conduct Health related activities for the Kabataan in service to their
health awareness. This could strengthen the bond of the youth in barangay in terms of giving them the awareness and knowledge
to the rampant diseases nowadays.
NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation on the subject matter, it was moved by HON. MERRY CHRISTA AMOY and
seconded by HON. ELEAZAR PLAZA, be it;

FIVE AND TEN (14,695.10) FOR THE PAYMENT TO PURCHASE 3in1 PRINTER FOR THE SK OFFICE
FROM THE DEPOSITORY BANK PHIPPINE VETERANS BANK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSE

WHEREAS, the Office of Sangguniang Kabataan is in dire need of the abovementioned item;
WHEREAS, providing the said office with the aforesaid items will certainly enhance the same in performing its
mandated functions efficiently and effectively:
WHEREAS, there are funds available for the proposed purchase of said items as certified by the Barangay and City.
NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation on the subject matter, it was moved by HON. ROSALIE V.
ANDRADA and seconded by HON. ELEAZAR PLAZA, be it;
RESOLVED FINALLY to let copies of this resolution be forwarded and furbished to all concerned agencies for
their information and appropriate guidance.
