Required Task 4: Reflection

The following are some ways that can help you create a motivating and conducive environment.
How are you going to illustrate these ways in your own classroom? Limit your response to 100-

*In the beginning of school year, I will give my expectations to students that at the
end of the school year I expect them to be promoted to grade 8, and none of them
will be left behind nor to drop. In my class, I would communicate to them the
learning objectives before the start of the lesson so that they will be aware of what
is/are expected of them before, while and after the lesson. In this way, their minds
will be conditioned that they should pay attention to details because they will be ask
later on.
b. Establish clear rules and procedures and instruct learners on how to follow them. Give
primary-level learners, in particular, a great deal of instruction, practice, and reminding.

*In giving activities, I should give instructions clearly and briefly and assure that
the learners understood them. I will make it a practice to always give directions so

that I will give them activity, they already know what to do because they are
oriented.
