PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE _______________________________________________________________
Having 4 years of experience in Revit MEP for commercial and Residential buildings as a BIM-
ENGINEER.
BIM CAPABILITIES:-
Modeling of all Electrical Services for various commercial, residential & ware houses.
Creating Different Work sets and Making Central File.
Creating and customized Revit families as per client specification Such are Lights and Receptacles etc.
Preparing project standards for lights and sockets.
Preparing Bill of Quantity by using Schedule and Quantities.
Maintained the documents as per Client standards.
Preparation of shop Drawings with Clear Detailing.
Preparation of Contract Drawing as per NEC & DEWA Standards.
Preparation Legends for all electrical equipment with neat sketch.
Preparation of fire alarm drawings i.e. Heat/Smoke detectors, Beam alarm, Voice alarm.
Preparation of BMS drawings i.e. CCTV Cameras, Door sensors, Card readers.
Responsible for identifying the Interference between different services, re-routing as per the other services
and generating the sections as required and responsible for creating the drawings as per the standards given
by the client.
Preparation of Sheet arrangements for projects.
Preparing Load distribution Schedule (DB Schedule) by using Revit software and by using
automatic circuiting system.
Modeling of Electrical services layout such as Lighting, Small power, Containment and ELV (BMS & FIRE
ALARM SYSTEM).
Run clash detection using Revit, document clashes, and track through Clash Report.
Preparing as per the standards of DEWA and Following the Ashrae, Ishrae Code Standards as per client
specification.
Converting 2d files in to Revit 3d files as per standards.

Project Name: LANDMARK RETAIL BIM, UAE
Client: Landmark group.
Role and Responsibilities: BIM Engineer, Modeling of ELV, Fire alarm, Power and Lighting Systems and
Coordination of MEP Services. Landmark (MAX & CENTRE POINT). Create families as per project
Parameters. Co-ordination between All Services i.e., Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Clean &
Black utilities.
Description:- The project is of Retail stores and inclusive for the development in LOD-500 of As-built
model through the Point cloud. The project will include in the extraction of Quantities of the Retail stores.

Role and Responsibilities: BIM Engineer, Modeling of Fire alarm, Power and BMS, ELV and Developing

i.e., Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Clean & Black utilities.
Description:- RDS is a residential building consist of G+17 floors which includes the stage in LOD 400.

Role and Responsibilities: BIM Engineer, Modeling of Lighting, power, BMS and Preparing Detail Shop

Description:- It is an exquisite development consisting of mixed-use building featuring a well-designed Air
Base Military office and training schools. It includes 4 levels along with roof. In LOD 300 & 400.
Project Name: MEDORE, UAE
Role and Responsibilities: BIM Engineer, Develop BIM Model and Coordinated Shop Drawings for all
MEP Services. In LOD 350 and Preparing detail drawings. Co-ordination between All Services i.e.,
Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Clean & Black utilities. Generate Bill of quantities from the
BIM model.
Description:- It Consists of 41-stored mixed use building located at Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai. An
exquisite development featuring a grand atrium lobby rising up to 5 floors, health and beauty care facilities,
a gymnasium, a spa, a swimming pool, a specialized multi-cuisine food court, power lunches and retail
shops. 5basements (B4-LB1). 1 Residential Tower (41Floors). Total BUA: 58,500 SQM.
