• Payment con rmation (– Visa fee of INR 4100 and VFS service fee

INR 17000 need to be paid online.
• NDVO Supplementary Student Application Form.
• Passport : original and photocopy of rst and last page with all the
pages of old passport (if any)
• 2 recent passport sized photograph not more than 6 months old.

• Student should submit all previous passports along with a photocopy


of each page of all the passport(s) submitted.

• Financial Documents.

a) Funds to be shown: First year tuition fees + €10000 living


expenses. If funds are not 6 months old then genuine source is
required.

b) Af davit of Support of Sponsor on stamp paper.

c) Bank Statement (on letter head) & Bank Balance Certi cate (Last
6 Months) with a stamp and signature of bank.

d) Bank Loan Sanction Letter (If any). Also, the 6 months bank
statement of the guarantor will be required.

The loan disbursement letter will be required if certain or full amount


has been disbursed.

e) PF, PPF and GPF are acceptable with a letter stating the
withdrawable amount on the of cial letter head.

f) LIC Policies are acceptable with an of cial surrender value


statement.

g) Income Tax Return Papers of the sponsor for the last 3 years.
h) Any other Financial documents (Please specify):

Funds should not be collected at all & will not be accepted by the
Embassy only a Chartered Accountant’s statement incorporating the
value of above property / funds will suf ce.

i) Fixed deposit receipts with a statement from the bank (On bank
letter head) giving the total value of the deposits.

j) Financial Summary: details of all the nancial documents that are


used for visa purpose.

k) Covering letter specifying what all documents you are attaching


for visa.
