General Comments
1. Cholesterol is slightly high. Please reduce intake of red meat, fatty meat, fried
foods, shellfish, and organ meats. Increase the intake of high-fiber vegetables and
fruits, do aerobic exercises, and please have regular follow-ups.
2. Your arteriosclerosis index is slightly high. Although it does not pose a danger,
you should still pay attention to diet and exercise.
3. LDL (low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol is slightly high. Reduce the intake of
fried foods and foods high in trans fats, such as butter, fried foods, and animal
fats. Engage in more aerobic exercises and please re-examine after three months.
4. EKG and heart sound tests are normal. Please maintain a good life schedule and
regular exercise.
