Terms of Use

1. Preamble
1.1 Welcome to the www.agentlotto.com website (“Lotto Agent”, “Agent Lotto”,
including all domains and subdomains, content, services, logos and other attributes -
hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). Lotto Agent is an Agento N.V. brand officially
registered in Curaçao (company number: “157283”). Address: Abraham de Veerstraat
9, Curaçao.
1.2 Agento N.V. operates under a license issued by the Government of Curacao (sub-
license number: “GLH-OCCHKTW0705252017”), which allows Agento N.V. to carry out
any activity related to gambling.
1.3 This document ("Terms of Use" or "Terms"), along with the Privacy
Policy (hereinafter "Privacy Policy"), as well as with every possible statement of
supreme legal force that will be published on the Site, establish the terms of the
contractual relations between Lotto Agent and any person who registers on the Site
and subsequently gains access to the Site as a registered user ("User").
1.4 The user undertakes to carefully read and accept the Terms when registering a
Personal Account on the Site, as well as to familiarize himself with the current version
of the Terms at each visit to the Site. If the User does not agree with these Terms, then
he must cease to use the Site. Continuing to use the Site if the User does not agree with
the Terms implies that the User accepts the Terms and the Terms are applied to the
User. The Terms can be changed at any time with the obligatory publication of the
change to the Terms on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after the change of the
Terms, the User automatically agrees with all the changes made.

2. Site content
2.1 This Site: a) includes information about the key state lotteries of the world
(hereinafter referred to as the "Lottery"); b) provides an opportunity for registered users
of the Site (hereinafter "Users") to purchase lottery tickets for individual lottery draws
(hereinafter "Lottery Draw") through the intermediary services of the Site (hereinafter
"Intermediary Services"), c) provides an opportunity for registered users of the Site
(hereinafter "Users") to place Bets on the results of Draws of official state lotteries
(hereinafter "Bets"), and also d) offers the Users of the Site the following Services. The
list of Lotteries to which the Intermediary Services apply, as well as the schedule for
the drawing of these Lotteries, are located on the Site.

3. Access limitation
3.1 Users under the age of eighteen (18) are prohibited from creating a Personal
Account on the Site and using the services of the Site. Lotto Agent reserves the right to
block the User's Personal Account if Lotto Agent receives reliable information
confirming that this User has not reached the age of eighteen (18), without the User's
right to restore the Personal Account before he reaches the age of eighteen (18). If
there is any doubt as to whether the User has reached the age of eighteen (18), the
User is verified through the "Know Your Customer (KYC)" procedure.
3.2 Users from the following states and territories are prohibited from using the
services of the Site: Australia, Austria, Aruba, Afghanistan, Belize, Belgium, Bonaire,
Sint Eustatius and Saba, France, UK, Virgin Islands (US), Minor Outlying Islands (US),
Germany, Denmark, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Spain, Italy, Yemen, North Korea, Canada, Cyprus,
Curacao, Malta, Myanmar, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Saint Martin (France),
Singapore, Syria, United States of America (USA), Somalia, Sudan, Tunisia, Turkey,
Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, and any other jurisdiction that the Central Government of
Curacao deems online gambling illegal. This includes all of the named Nations’
Territories and Possessions (hereinafter "Prohibited Jurisdictions"). The user is obliged
to inform about belonging to the states mentioned or about the User’s permanent
presence on their territory before using the Site. In case of belonging to the states
mentioned or permanent presence on their territory, the User is obliged to cease to use
the Site. Lotto Agent reserves the right to block the User's Personal Account if Lotto
Agent receives reliable information confirming the User's belonging to the states
mentioned or his permanent presence on their territory. In case of doubt as to whether
the User belongs to the states mentioned or that he is permanently located on their
territory, the User is verified through the "Know Your Customer (KYC)" procedure.

4. Use of the site

4.1 Lotto Agent provides Users with unrestricted access to the Site and its Services,
provided that they agree to these Terms and existing legislation, and also provided that
Users undertake:
a) not to copy, distribute, including in a modified form, any part of the Site, including
any Content, slogans, logos and other attributes, without prior written permission;
b) not to use for commercial purposes, not alter, modify, reproduce, distribute or
transfer to third parties by sale, resale, license, sublicense or in any other way the
Content of the Site, except as provided for in these Terms of Use;
c) not to disrupt the operation of servers or networks connected to the Site in any way;
d) not to use any automated systems while using or to use the Site;
e) not to use the means and methods of communication provided by the Site to send
any commercial, unauthorized, illegal, offensive and unsolicited messages;
f) not to use the Site for fraudulent and/or deceptive purposes;
g) not to bypass, disable or in any other way interfere with the operation of the
functions of the Site related to security and/or restriction and/or blocking of the use
and/or copying of any Content and/or Service of the Site. Lotto Agent reserves the sole
and complete rights to the Site.
4.2 Lotto Agent may terminate the User's participation in games, promotions and
contests if the Personal Account is used for fraudulent or deceptive actions, including
abuse of promotional activities.

5. Services
5.1 All Users who agree to these Terms of Use are provided with the following Site
Services:
a) purchase of a Lottery ticket;
b) viewing a scanned copy or photo of the purchased Lottery ticket, except for the
cases specified in clause 13.9 of these Terms;
c) notification service;
d) the service of receiving a prize;
e) "Invite a friend" service;
f) services of the User support and dispute resolution;
g) "Subscription" service;
h) "Multi-Draw" service;
i) Betting on lottery results.
This list of services is exhaustive.

6. Personal account
6.1 To start using the Services of the Site, the User needs to create an account
(hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Account").
6.2 When registering a Personal Account, the User must provide reliable information,
including the full name, gender, date of birth, in the same way as they are indicated in
the identity documents, as well as the contact email address, and then undertakes to
keep this data up to date.
6.3 By creating a Personal Account on the Site, the User confirms that he is an
individual acting on his own behalf and in his own interests, is not limited by legislation
in legal capacity, does not use funds received as a result of any criminal activity or
actions, does not use bank accounts, debit cards, credit cards and/or any other
payment method that he is not authorized to use.
6.4 The User agrees that he will not create more than one Personal Account for
personal use, create a Personal Account for third parties and use other people's
Personal Accounts. The User is personally responsible for the activities that are carried
out on his Personal Account, and independently makes sure that his credentials
(including password) do not get to third parties. The User must report any
unauthorized and illegal use of his Personal Account by third parties, as well as any
information that indicates that the security of his Personal Account is threatened.
Otherwise, all actions taken from the User's account are recognized as committed by
him and are valid.
6.5 The User has the right to delete his Personal Account at any time using the Tools
available on the Site. Before deleting the Personal Account, the User is obliged to
withdraw all Real money from his account. Before deleting his Personal Account, the
User must confirm his consent that after deleting the Personal Account, all data
contained on said account will be irretrievably deleted, and all remaining funds will go
to Lotto Agent. After deleting the Personal Account, the User has no right to make any
claims related to the deletion of data and the transfer of the remaining funds to Lotto
Agent. Restoring a deleted Personal Account is impossible.

7. Know Your Customer

7.1 Guided by international rules on the prohibition of opening and maintaining
anonymous accounts, as well as the AML policy, Lotto Agent provides for the Site
Users to undergo the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure.
7.2 By registering a Personal Account, the User agrees that a Know Your Customer
(KYC) check may be initiated in relation to him. As part of the verification process,
reasonably complete information may be requested to confirm: the authenticity of the
person and other personal data provided during the registration process; the validity of
using certain payment methods.
7.3 Requested documentation may include, without limitation: photos, copies of photo
IDs, bank statements, certificates, utility bills and other information as required.
Confirmation requests can be made at any time, in cases specified in these Terms or
any other cases.
7.4. After submitting the requested documentation by the User, Lotto Agent, within 24
hours, provides an answer on the verification results to the User's e-mail.
4.5. For the period of verification, all or some of the Site Services will be limited for the
User.
8. User payments
8.1. Order placement
The User agrees that a) if he decides to pay for the Order with a bank card or replenish
the Personal account, or b) if there are not enough funds in the Personal account to
pay for the Order that he is going to place, then the money is debited from a bank card
or from a card, specified in his Personal Account in advance.
8.2. Restrictive measures and confirmation
The User agrees:
a) to provide only true, valid and accurate payment information, including the payment
details of the selected payment method;
b) that the Site may use various Tools, software and third-party resources in order to
process the transactions;
c) that he is solely responsible for the payment of any commissions to payment
systems and card issuers that are charged for processing and conducting their
payments;
d) that, in addition to the cases specified in these Terms of Use, all payments to Lotto
Agent are final and cannot be canceled or refunded;
e) that, if Lotto Agent has not received money from the User’s payment system or card
issuer for the provided services of purchasing a Lottery ticket, the User undertakes to
immediately pay the required amount to Lotto Agent;
f) that any temporary inability to process the payment on the part of Lotto Agent does
not release the User from payment obligations.

9. Return of funds
9.1. General information
The User agrees that, apart from the cases expressly stipulated in these Terms of Use,
any payments and fees paid by the User to Lotto Agent for the provision of the Services
are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
9.2 Refund
The User may request a refund at any time within one (1) year in the following cases:
9.2.1. Use of the means of payment by third parties
If the User thinks that his means of payment were illegally used by a third party to
deposit funds on the Site, the User must report the incident via an email to
support@agentlotto.com and request the cancellation of unauthorized transactions.
The User must provide comprehensive information about the disputed transactions,
including billing details, debiting dates, bank statement (if applicable) and a short cover
letter with clarifications. If, after reviewing the application, it is found that the disputed
transactions are indeed illegal and committed by a third party, the payments will be
canceled with a subsequent refund to the payment instrument from which they were
debited. After the return of funds, the Personal Account of the User who illegally used
the means of payment will be blocked without the possibility of recovery.
9.2.2. Return of funds that were not credited to the User’s account
If the User thinks that funds that were debited from his means of payment were not
credited to his Personal account and were not used to pay for the Order, the User can
report the incident via an email to support@agentlotto.com and request a refund. The
User agrees that the application will not be considered if he does not provide Lotto
Agent with comprehensive information about the disputed transaction, including
payment details, date of debiting funds, bank statement (if applicable) and a short
cover letter with explanations. If, after considering the application, the accuracy of the
information provided by the User is confirmed, the payment will be credited to the
User's Personal Account on the Site.
9.3. User identification information request
Before any procedure of returning the funds from the Personal Account to the User's
means of payment, a check is initiated in relation to him using the "Know Your Client"
procedure.
9.4. Terms of refund
Lotto Agent processes any applications of the User for a refund within 7 working days.
The results of the consideration of the application are sent to the User to his e-mail.
The refund terms after the approval of the application depend on the payment method
used. All refund terms are indicated on the "Payment methods" page in the "Withdrawal
options" section. You can clarify the refund terms by contacting the Customer Support
Service through one of the support channels specified in the "Support" section.

10. Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML)

10.1. Lotto Agent opposes money laundering and supports anti-money laundering
policies. For this purpose, in addition to what is described in these Terms of Use, the
following measures are taken:
a) verifying all Users and their means of payment through the "Know Your Customer"
procedure;
b) establishing that the User is not a criminal or a person suspected of a crime by
checking the User in the available databases of wanted criminals and terrorists;
c) monitoring User's transactions and identifying of suspicious transactions;
d) monitoring the User’s financial activity and identifying suspicious activity on his
Personal Account;
e) refusing to accept payment for the Services through the following tools and means
of payment: cash, any kind of money transfers, payments from the account of third
parties.

11. Crediting and using funds on personal account

11.1. General information
During the use of the Site, the following types of funds may be transferred to the User's
Account:
a) the Winnings;
b) funds that the user deposits to the Personal Account for further use (hereinafter the
"Deposit"); the minimum deposit amount is indicated on the Site. The limits for
depositing this type of funds may differ depending on the means of payment.
c) any bonuses.
Winnings and Deposits are hereinafter referred to as "Real money", and Bonuses are
referred to as "Bonuses”.
11.2. Real money
The user can use Real money to:
a) place Orders on the Site;
b) within one (1) year period, withdraw the unspent Real Money balance in accordance
with these Terms of Use to the means of payment used by the User.
11.3. Bonuses
The User can use Bonuses to place Orders on the Site. The user cannot withdraw the
unspent Bonus balance in cash. Bonuses are available to the User within six (6)
months after they are credited to the Personal Account, after which the Bonuses will be
debited from the Account with an email notification.
11.4. The fund use procedure
When the User places an order on the Website, the Bonuses available on his Personal
Account are used for payment first, only then the Real money available on the Personal
Account are used. The User agrees that if there is a shortage of Bonuses and Real
funds on the Personal Account, the funds available in the Account of that Payment
Method, which the User indicated earlier on the Personal Account, are used.
11.5. Withdrawing funds from the User’s Personal Account
Within one (1) year period, the User can withdraw the unspent part of the Real money
available in his Personal Account, except for cases when the Personal Account was
deleted by the User. To withdraw Real money, the User can only use the means of
payment which he used to make purchases on the Site. The minimum withdrawal
amount is indicated on the Site. Before withdrawing the Winnings from the Personal
Account to the User's means of payment, a check is initiated in relation to the User
through the “Know Your Customer” procedure.
11.5.1. Withdrawing Deposit and previously credited money
Within one (1) year period, the User can withdraw the previously made Deposit, or the
funds that were credited to the User's Personal Account as a result of failing to provide
the service. To withdraw these funds from the User's Personal Account, the User must
write a request to support@agentlotto.com by e-mail, indicating the details of the
means of payment and the withdrawal amount.
11.5.2. Withdrawing the Winnings
To withdraw Winnings from the Site, the User must go to the "Withdraw Winnings"
section, select the withdrawal method, enter the payment details and indicate the
withdrawal amount. The minimum withdrawal amount of the Winnings is indicated on
the Site.
11.6. The User's requests to withdraw money from the Personal Account on the
Website are processed by Lotto Agent within 7 working days, after which the results of
the request are sent to the User's email. In cases where the User must go through the
"Know Your Customer" verification procedure, the processing time for the application is
counted from the moment of passing the verification. In some cases, the period may be
increased by agreement of Lotto Agent with the User.

12. Lottery Draws

12.1. All Lottery Draws are conducted by the Lottery Operator. The User's participation
in the lottery is subject to the rules of a certain Lottery Operator (hereinafter the
"Lottery Operator Rules"). The user reads, accepts and observes the Rules of the lottery
operator independently.

13. Lottery ticket purchasing service

13.1. General information
Lotto Agent:
a) creates functions on the Site through which and with the help of their Intermediary
services, Users can fill out and send online orders for participation in certain Lottery
Draws (hereinafter referred to as the "Order");
b) engages local representatives (hereinafter "Local Representative") located in the
states where lotteries are held to purchase lottery tickets (hereinafter "Lottery Ticket")
at official sales outlets in accordance with the Orders of Users;
c) publishes the results of the Draw on the Site, and also notifies the Users about the
results of the Draw by means of automated e-mail notifications;
d) if necessary, receives the winnings for the User from the Lottery Operator and credits
it to the User's Account;
e) or, if necessary and/or possible, provides Intermediary Services in the transfer of the
Lottery ticket to the User who is entitled to it, on the territory of the Lottery Operator.
13.2. Using the Lottery ticket purchasing Service
To be able to use the "Purchase a lottery ticket" service, the User must:
a) be a registered User of the Site, who provided reliable and sufficient information;
b) maintain the current Account on the Site in proper activity;
c) comply with these Terms of Use.
All users who meet all the requirements listed above, as well as purchasing Lottery
tickets on grounds that do not contradict the law, have the right to use the "Purchase
lottery tickets" service and own all Lottery tickets they paid for at all stages of buying a
Lottery ticket.
13.3. Filling, paying for and sending the Order
In order to use the service "Purchase of a lottery ticket" for a certain Lottery Draw, the
User must use certain Tools on the Site to:
a) place the Order by choosing a lottery form and numbers;
b) send the Order;
c) pay for the Order (hereinafter "Placing an Order").
13.4. Order cost
Order cost:
a) is displayed on the Site at the time the Order is posted by the User;
b) in addition to the cost of the ticket, includes the amount charged for the Intermediary
Services;
c) may be higher than when placing the Order directly to the Lottery Operator;
d) may change and it will be displayed on the Site;
e) depends on the number of fields in the Lottery ticket;
f) is accepted in dollars.
13.5. Order payment confirmation
After Lotto Agent receives payment confirmation from the User, the latter receives an
automatic confirmation of payment by email. The User can check any information
about participation in the Draw, including payment details, exact time of payment and
the full title of the Draw, in the "My bets" section in the User's Personal Account. In
case of an unlikely delay in payment (for example, as a result of a technical issue),
confirmation of the payment will not be sent until Lotto Agent receives full payment for
the Order.
13.6. Closing time for accepting the Order
Acceptance of Orders for participation in the respective Lottery Draw is terminated a
certain time before the actual start of the Draw, the time of which is determined by the
Lottery Operator. There are counters on the Site indicating how much time is left until
the end of accepting Orders, but not the time before the start of the Draw. The amount
of time until the end of accepting Orders may vary. After the time for accepting Orders
for the Draw has expired, the User cannot submit Applications for participation in this
Draw; Orders that are accepted after the closing time for a certain Draw will be
automatically transferred to the next Draw.
13.7. Engaging Local Representatives to process Orders
After receiving the Order and its full Price from the User, Lotto Agent engages a Local
Representative to purchase a lottery ticket/lottery tickets on behalf of the User from the
Lottery Operator at an official sales outlet. Lotto Agent makes every reasonable effort
to ensure that each Lottery Ticket is provided to the User in an appropriate manner and
is purchased in accordance with the time frames established by the Lottery Operator.
The User agrees that since the Lottery Ticket can be purchased immediately after
receiving the Application, the possibility of the cancellation does not apply. Payment
for the Order by the user is final, non-cancellable and non-refundable, except as
described in these Terms of Use. If there is a discrepancy between the numbers of the
Order and the numbers in the Lottery ticket, the numbers in the Lottery ticket prevail.
If the Local Representative for any reason was unable to purchase a Lottery Ticket after
receiving the Application in accordance with the time frames established by the Lottery
Operator, the Application is postponed to the next Draw.
13.8. Syndicate Game
The Site allows Users to purchase shares in possible future winnings derived from the
pool of Lottery Tickets (the "Syndicate Game"). The Syndicate Game service does not
allow the User to select Syndicate members and ticket numbers.
Syndicate Game offers the opportunity to purchase one or more equal shares of
potential future Syndicate winnings (“Shares”) as they become available.
Lotto Agent places information on the Site, thus determining:
• the total number of Stakes in the Syndicate going on sale;
• the number of Lottery Tickets in the Syndicate;
• numbers selected on Lottery Tickets in the Syndicate.
All information is provided on the Site, even prior to joining the Syndicate.
By purchasing a Share, the User does not acquire possession of any particular
Syndicate Lottery Ticket. The owner of these Tickets will be considered Lotto Agent as
the Syndicate manager. The amount of Winnings due to the User to be paid out in
accordance with the Syndicate Winning Lottery Tickets (the "Syndicate Winning") will
be calculated in accordance with the number of Shares acquired by the User in the
total number of Syndicate Shares.
Any number of Shares that are not purchased by the Users will be transferred to Lotto
Agent.
Syndicate Game may not be available in combination with other Services provided by
the Site.
13.9. Lottery ticket viewing Service
The user has an option to view scanned copies or photographs of the Lottery tickets
purchased by them in the "My bets" section on their Personal Account. The User
agrees that it takes time to make a copy of the Lottery Ticket and upload it to the
Personal Account; therefore, there may be a delay between the time the Lottery Ticket
is purchased and the time when the copy of the Lottery Ticket will be available for
viewing on the Personal Account.
The service of viewing a lottery ticket in the form of a scanned copy is not available
when playing in the Syndicate.
In cases where the display of barcodes and other information on scanned copies is
impossible due to the rules of the sale and operation of tickets, as well as the need to
maintain confidentiality and safety of Local Representatives, these elements of the
ticket are hidden and inaccessible until physical transfer to the owner.

14. Carrying out the draw and results

14.1. After each Draw, the Lottery Operators publish the winning numbers (hereinafter
"Winning Numbers"), which are final and unconditional. If the User's Lottery Ticket
contains winning numbers, he may be entitled to a Prize from the Lottery Operator
(hereinafter the “Prize”). The Lottery Operator has the exclusive right to determine the
number of Winning Numbers that must be guessed in order to receive the Prize. The
official results of the Draw, including the amount of numbers and prizes won, are
published on the Website as soon as possible after their official announcement by the
Lottery Organizer. The User agrees that it takes time to upload the Results of the Draw
on the Site, so the Results of the Draw can be uploaded to the Site some time after their
official announcement. If the User's ticket turns out to be a winning one, an automatic
notification of the Winning will be sent to the User’s e-mail indicated in his Personal
Account.
14.2. Only the results of the main Draw are tracked and published on the Site. Any
additional draws are not tracked, their results are not published, and Winnings are not
paid out.

15. Prizes
15.1. General information
The site divides lottery prizes into the following divisions (hereinafter "Prize Divisions"):
a) the main prize or Jackpot and prizes over $10,000 ("Big Prizes");
b) Prizes of less than $10,000 ("Other Prizes").
Depending on the Prize division, the User can use the following options for receiving
the Prize:
a) The User can personally collect the Prize in the country of the Lottery Operator;
b) Lotto Agent can transfer the winning amount to the User's Personal Account after
receiving the prize from the Lottery Operator.
15.2. Big Prizes
Big Prizes must be independently received by the User. In some cases, Lotto Agent
may receive a Big Prize from the Lottery Operator on behalf of the User and transfer it
to the User. The procedure and conditions for receiving prizes on behalf of the User are
discussed individually in each specific case.
15.3. Other Prizes
The User agrees that Lotto Agent receives Prizes up to $10,000 on the User’s behalf
and credits them to his Personal Account. Withdrawals of winnings are made in
accordance with these Terms. To withdraw the winnings, the User can only use the
means of payment which he used to make purchases on the Site.
15.4. Syndicate Winnings
Withdrawing the winning from the purchase of a Share in a Syndicate is possible only
in the form of crediting said Winnings to the User's Personal Account after the Lotto
Agent receives the total winnings of the Syndicate.

16. Receiving the winning personally

16.1. General information
In cases when the User receives the Winning personally, he must independently collect
his prize directly from the Lottery Operator. In this case, Lotto Agent will arrange a
meeting with one of its representatives in the country of the Lottery Organizer.
The original ticket can be issued to the User only in cases when he receives the
Winning personally in the country of the Lottery Operator.
The representative of Lotto Agent personally hands over the winning Lottery ticket to
the User, and the User agrees to cooperate with Lotto Agent to speed up and simplify
the process of transferring the winning Lottery ticket to him. When transferring a
winning Lottery ticket, the User undertakes to sign a legally executed document stating
that the User:
a) received a winning Lottery ticket from a Lotto Agent Representative;
b) is solely responsible for receiving the Prize;
c) waives any legal or fairness-based claims, rights and remedies against Lotto Agent
or its Local Representative, regardless of whether they received a Prize from the Lottery
Organizer or not.
16.2. Transportation costs
If the User is not located in the Lottery Operator's Territory (hereinafter referred to as
the "Lottery Operator's Territory"), then he bears moral and material responsibility for
traveling to the Lottery Operator's Territory to receive the Prize. In this case, all costs
are borne by the User.
At its discretion, Lotto Agent may pay the User associated justified costs if he is not
currently located in the Lottery Operator's Territory and is entitled to receive the Prize.
By agreeing to the covering of expenses by Lotto Agent, the User agrees to take part in
the marketing activities of Lotto Agent in accordance with the individual conditions
presented to him.
16.3. Waiver of breach
The User who goes on a Trip to receive the Prize agrees that he bears full material and
moral responsibility for:
a) obtaining any visas and entry permits to the Lottery Operator's Territory;
b) obtaining travel insurance and other medical consents;
c) unconditional compliance with any rules of the Lottery Operator.
The Lottery Operator may ask the User to fill out some questionnaires, forms or
documents, as well as submit some documents and forms prior to the release of the
Prize. The User agrees that in case of refusal to provide any information, documents or
forms, the Lottery Operator reserves the right not to release the Prize to the User. The
User hereby waives any legal or fairness-based claims, rights and remedies against
Lotto Agent or its Local Representative regarding:
a) inability to travel due to any injury, loss, incident or disease;
b) any impossibility to fulfill the requirements of the Lottery Operator, as a result of
which the User will not be able to receive the Prize.

17. Crediting the winnings to the personal account

17.1. General information
In the circumstances specified in clauses 15.1 and 15.3 of these Terms, the User has
the right to use the service of receiving the Prize, which the Lotto Agent will receive on
his behalf and transfer to his Personal account. Immediately after the crediting of the
winning received by Lotto Agent from the Lottery Operator to the User's Personal
Account, the latter reserves the right to:
a) place Orders on the Lotto Agent website using the funds received;
b) withdraw money from the Personal Account within one (1) year period. To withdraw
winnings, the User can only use the means of payment which were used to make
purchases on the Site.
c) In case of leaving an application for withdrawal of winnings, Lotto Agent may
request the User's data for the “Know your client” procedure.
17.2. Receiving the Prize
The User authorizes Lotto Agent and its Representatives to receive the Prize on his
behalf and transfer the Prize to him. Lotto Agent makes every reasonable effort to
transfer the Prize to the User as soon as possible after receiving the Prize from the
Lottery Operator. If the Lottery Operator is unable to transfer the Winning to Lotto Agent
on behalf of the User, the User agrees that:
a) Lotto Agent does not and will not have any authority to credit the corresponding
amount of Winnings to his Personal Account;
b) Lotto Agent transfers the winning Lottery Ticket to the Lottery Operator on the
territory of the Lottery Operator so that the User can independently receive his Winning
from the Lottery Organizer.
17.3. Fund deduction
If Lotto Agent receives the Winning on behalf of the User and transfers the Winning to
his Personal account, the User agrees that:
a) he will cover bank charges that may arise during the transfer of the Winnings;
b) in the country of the Lottery Operator, state and local taxes may be levied on lottery
prizes, and therefore the Prize is transferred net of the established taxes.

18. Notification service

18.1. General information
Site Users have the opportunity to receive news and notifications about Draws,
Jackpots, Winnings, as well as the results of Draws (hereinafter collectively the
"Notification Service"). This service is provided to Users via e-mail (hereinafter "Email-
notifications"). The User can at any time cease to use the Notification Service using
certain Site Tools, or by sending a corresponding refusal in accordance with the
Privacy Policy. The User agrees that, in addition to the notifications, he may receive
advertising and commercial messages from Lotto Agent.
18.2. Valid e-mail address
In order to use the Notification Service, the User must:
a) create a Personal Account on the Lotto Agent website;
b) comply with these Terms of Use;
c) maintain an active external email address (hereinafter "Email Address").
The User can select the Notification Service using the Site Tools and choose the
information he would like to receive about Lottery Draws, Prizes, Services, as well as
any other information.
The User will receive Notifications until he uses the Site Tools to stop using the
Notification Service, or, through the Tools, changes/filters the type of Notifications that
he would like to receive.

19. Promotional campaigns

19.1. Through Notifications, Lotto Agent may invite Users to take part in promotional
campaigns (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotions"). The terms of participation in
Promotions are specified in the Notification and are governed by these Terms of Use.
Information about current Promotions is displayed on the Site and can be changed
and/or updated.

20. VIP-club
20.1. Users who meet certain requirements may be invited to take part in special
promotions that are only available to members of the VIP Club (hereinafter “VIP Club”).
Lotto Agent has the right to independently:
a) determine the criteria for the selection of Users to the VIP-club;
b) determine the benefits, privileges and special offers that are available to members of
the VIP-club;
c) cancel or suspend the work of the club at any time;
d) cancel or suspend the participation of any user at any time.
The User agrees that his participation in the club is governed by these Terms of Use.
21. "Invite A Friend" Service
21.1. General information
The User can use the “Invite a Friend” service in order for his friend or acquaintance
(hereinafter “Friend”) to open a Personal Account on the Site and start using the Site
Services in accordance with these Terms of Use. In order to be eligible to use the Invite
a Friend service, the User must:
a) be a registered user of the Site;
b) comply with these Terms of Use.
The user who decides to use the "Invite a friend" service agrees that:
a) he personally knows the person he is inviting;
b) he cannot send invitations to a Friend, whose IP address matches his IP address;
c) he will not misrepresent his relationship with Lotto Agent to third parties, give false
information about the Site or the Company, give any guarantees and promises on
behalf of the Company, or provide any information on behalf of the Company.
Residents of some countries cannot use the Invite a Friend service. The list of
countries whose residents are not allowed to participate in this promotion is specified
by the Lotto Agent user support service. If the User wishes to use the “Invite a friend”
service, he must go through the “Know your customer” procedure. If the User refuses
to go through said procedure, he will not be able to use this service.
21.2. Email invitation
When the User transmits a valid email address of his friend, the Friend is sent an
invitation by email, in which Lotto Agent invites him to visit the Site using the link in the
letter (hereinafter referred to as the "Invitation Link"), as well as register on the Site and
start using the Site Services. The Invite Link is used to verify that the Friend was
actually invited by the User through the Lotto Agent Site using the Invite a Friend
Service. The User agrees that if the registration of his Friend on the Site took place
without using the Invitation Link, it is impossible to track and record the use of the
“Invite a Friend” service, therefore, the User does not receive a reward, even if his friend
registered on the Site and made a purchase.
21.3. “Invite a friend” reward
If the Friend registers on the Site and places an Order for participation in the Lottery
Draw and pays for it with Real money, the User who invited this Friend may be entitled
to receive Bonuses, which are credited to the User's Personal Account on the Site and
can be used exclusively for placing Orders on Lotto Agent website (hereinafter referred
to as “Friend Invite Reward”).
The amount of Bonuses is indicated on the Site and may be changed.
Bonuses are credited within three working days after the Friend has placed his first
Order for participation in the Lottery Draw and paid for it with Real money.

22. Subscription Service

22.1. The Site allows Users to occasionally automatically participate in some of the
lotteries presented on this Site, as part of the "Subscription" service.
22.2. If the User selects the Subscription option and subscribes to the Drawings of a
particular Lottery, the Site for a limited amount of time allows him to participate in each
subsequent Draw of this Lottery. The User accepts that the frequency of the Drawings
depends on the Lottery in which he will participate. The User can simultaneously
participate in any number of Subscriptions.
22.3. To participate in the Drawings of any Lottery within the Subscription, the same
combination of numbers is used that the User chose when he began to participate in
this Subscription. This combination of numbers cannot be changed during the
Subscription.
22.4. The User agrees that his Subscription and associated payment obligations will
remain in effect until a) the Subscription expires, or; b) until he cancels his participation
in this Subscription in the Personal Account. The User can at any time cancel his
participation in the Subscription in his Personal Account.
22.5. During the entire period of the Subscription in which the User participates, an
amount of money equivalent to the cost of the lottery ticket that will participate in the
current draw under the Subscription will be debited from his Personal Account or Bank
Card.
The payment for the Lottery Ticket as part of the Subscription is first of all debited from
the User's Personal Account on the website, or if there are no funds in the Personal
Account to pay for the Order, the payment for the Lottery Ticket is debited from the
User's bank card if it is connected to his Account. The User agrees to timely replenish
the Personal Account on the website, or the balance of the Bank Card connected to his
Account, for the timely and unimpeded payment of the Lottery Ticket by Subscription.
A lottery ticket for participation in the Draw by Subscription is paid for and reserved as
soon as the acceptance of Orders for the current Draw begins. If the User cancels his
participation in the Subscription, money will no longer be debited from his Personal
Account or Bank Card to pay for Orders under this Subscription.
The User acknowledges that the price of the Order for each Lottery Ticket may be
changed for a number of reasons, including but not limited to: currency conversion, a
change in the ticket price at the initiative of the Lottery Organizer, or a change in the
cost of Intermediary Services of the Site.
22.6. If an attempt to write off money to pay for a Lottery ticket by Subscription is
unsuccessful, 4 hours after the first payment attempt, another attempt is made to write
off funds. In this case, a notification is sent to the email address specified by the User
that there are not enough funds on his account to pay for the Order. If the second
attempt to pay is unsuccessful, another attempt to pay for the Lottery ticket is made
four hours later. If after three attempts it is not possible to write off money to pay for
the Lottery ticket, the "Subscription" option is canceled. After that, a notice of
cancellation of the Subscription is sent to the email address specified by the User.
22.7. Subscription service may not be available in combination with other services.

23. Multi-Draw Service

23.1. The Site allows the User to pay for participation in several subsequent draws of a
number of lotteries presented on this Site, within the framework of the "Multi-draw"
service.
23.2. The User can simultaneously participate in any number of Multi-Draws of one or
several Lotteries.
23.3. To participate in the Drawings of any Lottery within the framework of the Multi-
Draw Service, the same combination of numbers is used, which the User has chosen to
participate in the Multi-Draw when paying for the Order. The User agrees that this
combination of numbers cannot be changed during the Multi-Draw.
23.4. The User agrees that his Multi-Draw will remain in effect until all Draws within

23.5. If the User chooses the "Multiple Draw" option, he pays for several subsequent

24. “First Bet Bonus” Service
24.1. If the User:
a) is using the Lotto Agent Site for the first time;
b) creates a Personal Account on the Site;
c) places the first Order for participation in the Lottery Draw, paying for it with Real
money;
d) complies with these Terms of Use,
then he may be eligible for a certain Bonus, which Lotto Bonus adds as a greeting to
the User to his Personal account on the Site, and which he can use exclusively for
placing an Order/Orders on the Site. The Bonus amount is indicated on the website and
may change. The Bonus for the first Order will be credited to the User shortly after
placing his first Order paid for with Real money.

25. Betting on lottery results

25.1. Lotto Agent provides the opportunity for Users to place Bets on the Draw results
of official state lotteries (hereinafter “Bets”). Lotto Agent is not a lottery operator and
does not influence the results of the Draws. Making a bet on the Site does not
constitute a lottery ticket purchase from the lottery operator on behalf of the player.
25.2. To accept Bets from Users, Lotto Agent:
a) provides tools on the Site using which Users can fill out and send online orders for
placing a Bet.
b) publishes the Draw results on the Site and notifies the Users about the Draw results
employing automated e-mail notifications.
c) calculates and credits the winnings to the User's Account following section 39 of
these Terms.
25.3. The placement of Bets and the publication of the results are carried out according
to these Terms of Use, particularly with Sections 13 and 14.
25.4. Lotto Agent can use various financial instruments to secure the payment of
Winnings to Users, including prize payment insurance, as well as the purchase of real
lottery tickets. The choice of the payment securing method is made by Lotto Agent at
its discretion.
25.5. Lotto Agent may use the services of Insurance Companies to secure the payment
of Winnings, and therefore, by accepting these Terms, the User agrees that in case of
winning a prize of Division A and/or B:
a) The Insurance Company and/or its agents may contact the User to request
additional documents from the User and offer to sign agreements required by the
Insurance Company to transfer the Winning to the User.
b) To comply with the money laundering legislation, the insurance company may
require the User to undergo a "Know Your Customer" procedure.
If the User refuses to provide the documents to the Insurance Company or sign
agreements necessary to transfer the Winning, the Insurance Company has the right to
refuse to pay out the Winning applied to the appropriate Winning Bet .
25.6. In the case of ensuring the User's bet, the Insurance Company is responsible for
paying the Winning to the User. Lotto Agent is released from any payment obligations
concerning the Winning Bet.
25.7. All Winnings are to be paid in Euros. The Insurance Company and Lotto Agent are
not responsible for paying any costs or losses of the User due to currency conversion.
Conversion is carried out at the xe.com rate at the time of the operation.
25.8. The Winnings are to be paid to the User in such amount as if the User who is not
a resident of the country of the Lottery Operator (regardless of the actual residence and
citizenship of the User) received it as a lump-sum cash payment, after paying all local
and state taxes applied in the country of the Lottery Operator, as well as after paying all
fees of the Lottery Operator. This is due to the need to keep the User in the same
financial status as the winner of the Underlying Lottery.
25.9. For any Bet, Lotto Agent can announce an Additional Jackpot at its discretion. In
this case, the Additional Jackpot's announced amount is summed up with the
announced Jackpot of the Underlying Lottery. To participate in the game with the
Additional Jackpot, the player should select the "Millionaire Option" before confirming
the Bet. If the user selects "Millionaire Option," the Bet's cost is increased by the
amount indicated on the Site. Bets with the Additional Jackpot will be insured by the
Insurance Company for the amount of the Additional Jackpot, summed up with the
amount of the announced Jackpot of the Underlying Lottery. Payments on these
Jackpots will be made according to the same rules specified in clause 26.1 of these
Terms.

26. Winnings of bets on lottery results

26.1. Based on the official results and data provided by the Underlying
Lottery Operators, Lotto Agent calculates the winnings for each bet according to the
formulas below. The calculations differ for each Underlying Lottery and prize
Division. App. No.1 indicates by what criteria the winnings are divided into Divisions,
what method of calculation, and what reductions are applied to each of them. The final
amount of the Winning amount to be paid to the User is determined based on the result
of the Prize Calculation minus the amount of standard payments.
26.2. Division A prizes.
26.2.1. Winnings to be paid in respect of each Winning Bet in a given Division will
depend on the number of winning tickets in that Division of the Underlying Lottery, the
number of winning Bets in that Division, the Prize payable by the Operator of
the Underlying Lottery for any winning tickets of the Underlying Lottery in that prize
Division, as well as the announced Jackpot of the Underlying Lottery.
26.2.2. Division A winnings are calculated based on the distribution for that Division of
the Announced Jackpot of the corresponding draw for that Underlying Lottery.
26.2.3. The Winnings to be paid on each Winning Bet in Division A are calculated as
follows:
Winnings = (the announced Prize of the Underlying Lottery in Division A X the number
of Winning tickets of the Underlying Lottery in Division A) / (the number of Winning
tickets of the Underlying Lottery in Division A + the number of Winning Bets in Division
A).
Example 1: The Announced Prize in Division A is € 30,000,000. There is one Winning Bet
in Prize Division A and two more Winning Tickets have been announced by the Operator
of the Underlying Lottery in Prize Division A. The winnings to be paid for this single
Winning Bet are: (€ 30,000,000 X 2) / (2 + 1) = € 20,000,000.
If the Operator of the Underlying Lottery has not announced any Winning Tickets in this
Division, the announced Prize in Division A is divided by the number of Winning Bets.
Example 2: The Announced Prize in Division A is € 30,000,000. There are two Winning
Bets in Division A and the Operator of the Underlying Lottery in Division A has not
announced any winning tickets for the Prize announced in that Division. The Winnings to
be paid in respect of this single Winning Bet is: € 30,000,000 / (0 + 2) = € 15,000,000.
26.3. Division B prizes.
26.3.1. Winnings to be paid in respect of each Winning Bet in a given Division will
depend on the number of winning tickets in that Division of the Underlying Lottery, the
number of Winning Bets in that Division, and the Prize to be paid by the Operator of
the Underlying Lottery for any Winning tickets of the Underlying Lottery in that prize
Division.
26.3.2. Winnings to be paid for a Winning Bet in Division B are calculated as follows:
Winnings = (the announced prize in Division B of the Underlying Lottery X the number
of Winning Tickets of the Underlying Lottery in Division B) / (the number of Winning
tickets of the Underlying Lottery in Division B + the number of Winning Bets in Division
B).
Example 1: There are two Winning Bets in Prize Division B and two Winning Tickets of
the Underlying Lottery have been announced by the Operator of the Underlying Lottery.
The announced prize for this Division is € 45,000 for each Winning Ticket. The winnings
to be paid in respect of each Winning Bet in this prize Division are: € 45,000 X 2 / (2 + 2) =
€ 22,500.
If the Operator of the Underlying Lottery has not announced any Winning Tickets in this
Division, the announced Prize is divided by the number of Winning Bets.
Example 2: There are only two Winning Bets in Division B and no Winning Tickets have
been announced by the Operator of the Underlying Lottery in that Division. The
announced prize in that Division is € 90,000. The Winnings to be paid for a Winning Bet is:
€ 90,000 / (0 + 2) = € 45,000.
26.4. Division C prizes.
26.4.1. Winnings to be paid for each Winning Bet in Division C equal the amount of the
prize announced by the Operator of the Underlying Lotteryy in respect of the Winning
Ticket of the Underlying Lottery in the corresponding prize Division.
26.5. Winning in a higher prize Division exclude winning in a lower Division, with
Division A being higher than Division B and Division B being higher than Division C.
26.6. If the Operator of the Underlying Lottery has not announced a prize in the
respective prize Division, the Winnings to be paid for each Winning Bet in that Division
will be calculated in accordance with the distribution of Prizes set out in the Operator of
the Underlying Lottery's rules.
26.7. According to these Terms Prizes from one prize Division cannot be transferred to
another prize Division. This rule does not depend on whether otherwise specified in the
rules of the Underlying Lottery and whether this action was performed by the Operator
of the Underlying Lottery in the corresponding Draw. The procedure for assigning
prizes to Divisions is established in clause 26.1 and cannot be changed, except in
cases of changes in these Terms.

27. Additional provisions for the betting on lottery

results
27.1. In the event of insuring the User’s Bet and the winning of a division A and / or B
prize, the Insurance Company is responsible for paying the Winning to the User, Lotto
Agent is released from any payment obligations in relation to the Winning Bet.
27.2. Under no circumstances will Lotto Agent be liable for the refusal of the Insurance
Company or the Operator of the Underlying Lottery to pay Winnings for any Winning Bet
to the User, regardless of the reasons and grounds for such refusal.
In this case, the User does not have the right to make any claims against Lotto Agent
regarding the payment of the Winning amount, and Lotto Agent has no obligation to
fulfill these requirements of the User, including the payment of the Winning amount,
refund of the cost of the Bet or the lottery ticket, or compensation of any expenses and
losses of the User.
27.3. If a dispute arises between the User and the Insurance Company and/or the
Operator of the Underlying Lottery, Lotto Agent has the right, at its discretion, but is not
obliged, to take part in such disputes. Lotto Agent is not responsible for any costs or
losses of the Parties related to these disputes.
27.4. If any disputes and disagreements regarding the Bets and Payouts on Winning
Bets arise, the User may contact, among other things, the GC Gaming Curacao support
service, as the Lotto Agent licensor.

28. Intellectual property

28.1. All content of the Lotto Agent website, including but not limited to, texts,
documents, descriptions, instructions, products, services, technologies, software,
graphics, images, sounds, videos, trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans and other
branding, are the property of Lotto Agent and may be protected by copyright,
trademark, patent and other intellectual property laws. Lotto Agent reserves all rights

34. Disclaimer of warranties

34.1. The Lotto Agent website is provided "AS IS" and does not imply any express or
implied warranties, including and not limited to: a guarantee of commercial value,
ownership, suitability for specific purposes, without violating anyone's rights arising
from the regulation or practice of business transactions and trade regulations.
34.2. Lotto Agent does not guarantee that the Site will be free of errors and virus
attacks. The site may be temporarily suspended due to technical work, improvements,
relaunch, or any other technical interference. The User agrees that Lotto Agent is not
responsible for any disruption to the Internet, including but not limited to slow Internet
connection, network and server reboots, delay, distortion and non-transmission of any
data, failure to pass payments.
34.3. Lotto Agent bears no responsibility for the services and content that are
advertised on the third-party website. Lotto Agent is also not responsible for
advertising methods used by a third party.
34.4. The User agrees that Lotto Agent is not responsible for the loss of a lottery ticket
or an error when placing an Order and during the purchase of a Lottery ticket, for any
technical errors and failures that may affect the purchase of a Lottery ticket and the
Lottery ticket itself, as well as for human factor, as a result of which the Lottery ticket
will not be purchased or will be acquired with an error (hereinafter the "Incident"). If an
Incident has occurred, or Lotto Agent becomes aware of the Incident, Lotto Agent has
the right to cancel the Application, and is obliged to refund the User the cost of the
Order.
34.5. The User agrees that any Site Content related to Lottery Draws may be
incomplete and inaccurate and may subsequently change. All information about
Lottery Draws is taken from official sources and Lotto Agent cannot vouch for its
accuracy and reliability. The User bears responsibility to independently verify the
information on the Site with the official sources of the Lottery Operator. In case of
inaccuracies, Lotto Agent can correct this data in the future.
34.6. Lotto Agent cannot give any guarantees or assurances on the User's chances of
winning the lottery.
34.7. Lotto Agent does not guarantee that the Lottery Operator will conduct the Lottery
Draw, correctly and on time; and that the Lottery Operator will fulfill the obligations of
the lottery ticket and pay all Prizes to the User. The User agrees that Lotto Agent is not
responsible for the failure of any Lottery Operator to fulfill any of its obligations. Lotto
Agent is not obliged to pay out any Prizes to the User if the Lottery Operator has not
done so for any reason. The User waives any legal or fairness-based claims, rights and
remedies against Lotto Agent or its Local Representatives, regardless of the
action/inaction of the Lottery Operator.
34.8. Lotto Agent is not a Lottery Operator and therefore does not create and/or
conduct Lottery Draws. The User agrees to take part in the Lottery Draw voluntarily. If
the User has a dispute with the Lottery Operator, another User or any other Third Party,
Lotto Agent is not responsible for resolving the dispute, does not compensate for any
losses that have arisen or may arise, and does not accept claims from the injured
parties. Lotto Agent may, but is not obligated to, monitor any disputes.
34.9. Unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy, Lotto Agent does not give any
explicit or implicit guarantees that the User's personal information, as well as
information related to his use of the Site, will not be disclosed, made public and/or
transferred to third parties.

35. Limitation of liability

35.1. Under no circumstances may Lotto Agent's aggregate liability exceed.
a) the amount that the User has paid to Lotto Agent within three months prior to the
date of the claim;
b) 100 USD.

36. Damage compensation guarantees

36.1. The user agrees that he has no right to demand compensation for any losses,
debts and expenses from Lotto Agent and make any kind of claim due to:

b) a dispute between the User and the Lottery Operator, another User and any other
third party;
c) the User’s failure to comply with these Terms of Use.

37. Termination of the agreement

37.1. These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by Lotto Agent. Lotto Agent
reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement between the Site and the
User, as well as terminate the User's access to the Site or any part of it for non-
compliance with the Terms of Use. Lotto Agent does not bear any responsibility to the
User for the termination of access to the Site.
37.2. In case of unilateral termination of the agreement with the User by Lotto Agent,
the User has the right to return the unspent Real money in his Personal Account. A
request can be made at any time within one (1) year. To do this, the User must make a
written request by email to support@agentlotto.com. The User must provide
comprehensive information in the request, including billing details and a short cover
letter. The term for processing these requests is the same as specified in clause 9.4 of
the Terms of Use. If the User has not submitted such a request within one (1) year, all
specified funds are transferred to the Lotto Agent's disposal.

38. Rights assignment

38.1. These Terms of Use, or any rights and licenses granted under this document,
cannot be transferred or assigned by the User, however, can be assigned by Lotto
Agent without restrictions and prior notice.
38.2. The User cannot transfer, sell, or pledge his/her Account to another person. This
prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not
limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in
connection with these assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition on said
transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning,
usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a
fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation
and/or association in any way shape or form.

39. Payment disagreements

39.1. If the User has any disagreements about Payments made through the Site,
including the value of the goods or the crediting of Bonus, the User should first of all
contact the Lotto Agent User Support Service, explaining in detail the essence of the
claim, and Lotto Agent, in turn, will make every reasonable effort to respond as quickly
as possible. The user agrees to cooperate with Lotto Agent for quick and friendly
resolution of disputes.

40. Final clauses

40.1. All activities carried out on the Site, including any contractual and non-
contractual relationship between the User and Lotto Agent, are carried out on the
territory and under the jurisdiction of Curacao, regardless of the location and
citizenship of the User.
40.2. When using the Site, the User also agrees that exclusively the law of Curacao
applies to the legal relations of the parties.
40.3. These Terms and Conditions and other provisions of the Site governing the
relationship between the User and Lotto Agent are governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Curacao.
40.4. Online gambling may be illegal in some jurisdictions, or its legality may be in
question. The user is solely responsible for checking and complying with the law of his
actions in the jurisdiction of his location or affiliation. The User acknowledges and
accepts that Lotto Agent does not give any legal advice or assurances and does not
make any statements regarding the legality of using their services in the jurisdiction
where the User lives or permanently resides.
40.5. Lotto Agent does not give any legal advice or assurances and does not make any
statements regarding the payment of local taxes in the jurisdiction where the User
resides or permanently resides. Lotto Agent is not a tax agent and does not pay taxes
for the User, except for the cases specified in these Terms.
40.6. The User accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao in relation to
any questions and disputes related to the use of the Site and any relationship with
Lotto Agent.
40.7. If by a ruling of a court of competent jurisdiction any of the rules of these Terms
of Use is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses of the Terms of Use remain valid
and must be fully complied with.

Minor Protection Policy
Users under the age of eighteen (18) are prohibited from opening a Personal Account
on the Site and using the Site's services. Furthermore, Lotto Agent reserves the right to
block the User's Personal Account if it receives reliable information confirming that this
User has not reached the age of eighteen (18) years, without the User's right to restore
the Personal Account before he reaches eighteen (18) years of age.
In blocking the Personal Account due to the User not reaching the age of 18, all
winnings will be confiscated.
If there is any doubt that the User is eighteen (18) years of age, User verification is
initiated through the "Know Your Customer (KYC)" procedure following the Terms of

As part of the verification, reasonably complete information may be requested
confirming the authenticity of the identity and other personal data provided during

1.5 During the Self-Exclusion period, the User will be denied access to the Personal
Account and the Site's services, and the User will not be able to access advertising and
other materials sent by Lotto Agent.
1.6 Termination of the Self-Exclusion service is possible not earlier than after the
expiration of the period set by the User in the Self-Exclusion letter. Until this moment,
Lotto Agent will not consider any statements and requests from the User to restore
access to the services and materials of the Site. By sending a letter of Self-Exclusion,
the User understands and accepts the actual consequences of this action and agrees
with them. The User also does not have the right to make any claims regarding the

1.7 The User is aware and accepts that the Self-Exclusion is made at his will and is

Know Your Customer
