Toppr is an online preparation platform/portal for students from class 5 to class 12 for
providing education in relation to the school curriculum and for competitive exams in
India through digital modules.

22 Boards are covered by Toppr. Toppr caters to students across the country from all
major boards including CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE and state boards like Maharashtra,

Registration Process-
How can one register for toppr?
VLE can register candidate through Digital Seva Portal.
Two siblings or friend, trying to register through one mobile number? Why they
are not able to register?
Toppr uses mobile number as a unique field in its database, which cannot be used by
any other user or subscriber. You must use separate mobile number and register,
separately.
No Email or message is received on registered mobile number or email id after
registration. How candidate will get the credentials?
Candidate can start accessing toppr.com directly after registration. And login with
registered mobile number. No other notification regarding the credentials will be
send to candidate to email id or mobile number.
How user can activate the account after registration?
After registration, candidate just need to login to the account in toppr.com through
registered mobile number.
User Related Question
Candidate is using his/her parent’s mobile number for login. Is OTP is required
for every time login?
For first login, OTP is required, whereas candidate can set the password from
setting option by clicking on top right side icon.
For subsequent login, user can login with registered mobile number and password
only.
How do candidate can change his/her password in toppr?
Password can be changed from setting in top right corner.
Candidate wants to have trial version before buying the subscription. How can
we get that?
Candidate can register for trial version from toppr website (Toppr.com). And this trial is
valid for 5 days only.
Can I use the toppr on mobile?
Yes, it is based on both Android and IOS as well as on the web browser.
Will the same login work on app and browser?
Yes
When my subscription will get activated?
After registration, subscription is enabled instantly. Candidate need to login to the Toppr
Website or download the Toppr app and login with registered mobile number.
Can I change the class, if by mistake I have selected wrong class?
No, Class can be changed thorugh Toppr Customer care only.
Can I download the video lectures?
Downloading of video lectures is only available in app and not in browser.
What happens to my saved data after my subscription period is over?
You will have no access to it if you do not renew your subscription.
Which books do I need with Toppr?
Toppr has a question bank that has more than 2 lakh questions, with hints,
solutions. Toppr has more than 500 hours of video lectures and concept notes.
These are neatly organised into chapters and topics.You will never need a book!
Can I share my access with other people?
No, but you can recommend your friends for registration through CSC academy.
Can I change the language of the app to Hindi?
No, change of language is not available, only language of video’s can be change.
How to Purchase Toppr for
Customer
Open Digital Seva Portal and click on login Button
Login to
Digital Seva
Portal
Enter the username and Password of Digital Seva Portal
Now Search for “Toppr”
Website will redirect to exam.cscacademy.org/centre
Below Window will appear
Click on Toppr and Add New Student
Click Toppr and
Add new Student
or view list of all
Students
Add all the required details of the candidate
Add all details
and Select class
& Appearing year
from Dropdown
Select the Plan
and click on
submit
button.
You will be redirected to Payment Gateway and payment for the
selected plan will be deducted from your CSC Wallet
The entire amount of Rs 1800 or 2990 will be deducted from your wallet.
The VLEs’ share is credited every fortnight in their wallet.
No ID and password is sent on user’s mobile or email ID.
Just download or open toppr.com and login by using registered mobile
number and with OTP. Toppr team will activate the CSC Toppr plan within 48
hours
