Re: Firefight Incident against MUAMMAR ASHRAF JALAMBO
HADJAIL in the Service of Warrant of Arrest

DATE : November 15, 2021

1. Reference: Warrant of Arrest No. 2021-12137 issued against Muammar


Ashraf Jalambo Hadjail for Frustrated Murder dated November 15, 2021.

2. Please be informed that on November 15, 2021 at about 9:00 AM in Purok 4,


Brgy. Tartaria, Silang, Cavite, elements of Silang Municipal Police Station led
by the undersigned conducted service of Warrant of Arrest that resulted to a
firefight between the operating team and of the suspect Muammar Ashraf
Jalambo Hadjail, alias “Hadjabomb”;

3. Initial investigation revealed that on the given DTPO, the operatives


proceeded to serve the warrant of arrest, however while the police operatives
were announcing the authority and purpose, the suspect suddenly drew a cal.
45 pistol and fired towards the police operatives, prompting PLT MIKO
BUTIAL RODRIGUEZ to retaliate to subdue the resistance being provoked by
the suspect.

4. That after a brief exchange of gunfire, the operatives noticed MUAMMAR


ASHRAF JALAMBO HADJAIL fell on the floor and sustained gunshot
wounds on the chest. The operatives applied a first aid to the wounded
suspect using a tourniquet to stop blood loss and immediately coordinated
with the command post through a radio and the wounded suspect was
immediately brought to Provincial Hospital, Silang, Cavite for medical
treatment but the attending physician declared the patient dead on arrival.

5. Elements of Silang Municipal Police Station led by the undersigned conducted


technical investigation and recovered one (1) cal. 45 pistol with serial number
4209763, two (2) fired cal. 45 cartridge cases and one (1) fired 9mm
cartridge. PSsg Millen Charles Vincent Mendiola Reyes of Silang Municipal
Police Station took cognizance of the case.
