Job description
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you
will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our
company and its products or services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the
digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels
including but not limited to social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
2. Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and creative content for digital channels,
including social media posts, blog articles, website content, email newsletters, and more. Ensure all content
is optimized for relevant keywords and audience engagement.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze
performance metrics to optimize strategies.
4. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and backlink building to
improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.
5. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation,
segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
6. Paid Advertising: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social
media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads). Monitor budgets, optimize ad performance, and generate reports on
campaign effectiveness.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics using tools such as Google
Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software. Prepare regular reports detailing campaign
performance and provide insights for improvement.
8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing
technologies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and
results.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing software and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush,
Hootsuite, etc.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to
different audiences.
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
decisions.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
