HOW TO GET
AUTOCAD TO
CREATE BASIC
  OBJECTS
    GROUP ONE
INTRODUCTION
AutoCAD is a software application developed by
Autodesk for computer-aided design (CAD) and
drafting. It is widely used by professionals across
various industries for creating precise 2D and 3D
drawings, models, and schematics.Creating basic
objects in AutoCAD involves using various drawing
commands to generate shapes like lines, circles,
rectangles, and polygons.
STEPS
  1.Open a New Drawing:
Launch AutoCAD and open a new
  drawing.
  2.Set Units:
Before you start drawing, ensure that
your units are set correctly. You can
do this by typing "UNITS" in the
  command line and choosing the
  appropriate unit type (e.g., inches,
  millimeters).
3. Use Drawing Commands:
AutoCAD has various drawing commands to create basic objects.
Here are some common ones:

4.Modify Objects:
You can modify objects using
various commands. For
example:
To move an object, type
"MOVE" in the command line.
To copy an object, type "COPY"
in the command line.
To rotate an object, type
"ROTATE" in the command line.
5.Zoom and Pan: 6.Save Your Drawing:
Use the "ZOOM" and "PAN" Save your drawing by typing
commands to navigate "SAVE" or "SAVEAS" in the

                                                          7.Presentation:
For a presentation, you might want
to arrange your objects neatly on the
drawing area. Use the "ALIGN" or
                                                   "ARRAY" commands to create
                                                       orderly arrangements.
           8.Text and Annotations:
Use the "TEXT" command to add text
        annotations to your drawing.
 Remember to explore additional commands
and features in AutoCAD, and practice using
the software to become more proficient. The
specific steps may vary slightly depending on
