CONCLUSION :
1. Deliver the plants to HFO operation (180 Viscosity at 50℃).
2. Accumulation test to be done at sea trial for boiler. The safety valve open
at 8.9bar and final pressure is 9.2bar after 7minutes.
3. Flue gas of oil burner measured.

5. MOC boiler's safety valve deliverer to ship owner and classification

6. HFO low temperature alarm and high temperature shutdown boiler
deliverer to ship owner and classification.
7. Gas side evaporation measure 1.7T/h
1.0 CONTROL SYSTEM:
- All parameter of the controller have been set, all function of the control system has been
checked.
- All thermal relay have been confirmed according to motors.
2.0 F.O SYTEM:
- F.O pressure and temperature controller have been checked.
- Boiler DO/HFO circulation pressure was set to 25bar.
- The F.O temperature control range was set 0-180℃, and temperature controller was set 135℃
for HFO.
3.0 AIR SYSTEM
- All of the control air regulators for regulating valves were checked ok.
4.0 FEED WATER SYSTEM:
- Feed water system checked ok.
5.0 PERFORMANCE:
- Performance scheme has been done.
6.0 SAFETY FUNCTION TEST:
- Safety function tested ok.
