DAY 16

Date and time March 13, 2023 | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Activity On-the-Job Training

Narration of At about 9 in the morning, we were tasked to submit the

the whole day PNP Personal Data Sheet of PMSg Pascual to the Research. We
activity/duty also helped our superiors to prepare for their lunch since we were
not doing anything. At times, this is also our way to catch up with
them and to really experience the police life as they as well invite to
eat with them during lunch snack breaks.
In the afternoon, we accompanied SPO4 Tappa using the
Innova police car to the Florida bus terminal where we claimed a
package for a certain Ma’am Tolera who was said to be an
employee of the Police Regional Office 02 – Administration
Division from Manila and that we were informed that it was the new
uniforms of those in the administration building.

Knowledge I had come to realize that in certain aspects in the professional

gained from world, police officers are sometimes given a different treatment.
the whole day This is shown when they have a different personal data sheet
duty (PDS) compared to the common ones which we also filled out
when we were about to be deployed ifor internship. Likewise in
laws, there are certain instances that may or may not aggravate
the situation of police officers in relation to how they handle cases
since they are to protect lives that carries with the different
controlled attitudes and temperament to properly do their jobs.

Date and time March 14, 2023 | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Activity On-the-Job Training

Narration of In the morning, we helped clean a little the surroundings of

the whole day our office which we usually do even before 8 in the morning. We
activity/duty were tasked to push and fix wheels in the stock or storage area in
the Office of the Regional District Support Unit and also, we were
asked to board tanks in the police coaster which we used going
outside to put gas on it and went to the office immediately.
We were invited to join our superior going to Camp Crame in
Cauayan, Isabela but we opted not to due to the unsure time of
arriving back in Tuguegarao. Moreover, at around 3:00 in the
afternoon, we did a semi-general cleaning in the backyard of the
unit where we are assigned to. It took us a while to finish because
we wanted it to be as clean as possible.

Knowledge I have learned that being in the support unit, it entails

gained from general knowledge in all aspects of the whole police office because
the whole day it entails that those in the support unit department must always be
duty ready to help in whatever matter may be presented to them.
Hence, it includes things from the most minimal ones to the most
serious and/or complicated ones.

Activity On-the-Job Training

Narration of In the morning, we attended a religious ceremony which was

the whole day also participated by all offices and units in the PRO 02 through
activity/duty virtual means. SPO2 Pascual taught us on how to disassemble a
firearm, specifically a Galil which was new to us and we enjoyed
doing since we get to experience things like such.
In the afternoon, SPO4 Tappa commanded us to go to the
Research Logistics Development Office or which they call R4 to let
Major Velasco sign the trip ticket going to Sta. Ana and Isabela.
This is the for the purpose of transporting Canine Units who are
involved in the retrieval operation of the missing CESSNA plane.
After that SPO4 Tappa asked us to accompany him to go in Criston
– Buntun Branch to purchase a pipe that will be used in the wirings
for the Provincial Police Office. Before going home, together with
SPO4 Tappa who led the whole group and our other superiors, we
altogether clean the area of Regional District Support Unit.

Knowledge During the online religious meeting, it taught me of two

gained from important things while in the police force. One is service and two is
the whole day to always not forget faith. These two things always come together
duty to build a professional compassionate public servant true to its
duties and otah to the public and to the country.

Date and time March 16, 2023 | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Activity On-the-Job Training

Narration of In the morning, we gave pieces of books in the

the whole day Controllership Division or otherwise known as R6 as well as we
activity/duty submitted the attendance sheet of the personnel in the Office of the
Regional District Support Unit to the Personnel and Records
Management Office or R1.
Later that day after lunch, we were asked by SPO4 Bassig
to go the Research of Logistics Development Office (R4) to let
Major Velasco sign the trip ticket of the ORDSU personnel who will
be going to Subic. Before going home, we cleaned the
surroundings of our office as commended by Major Velsco.
Knowledge We were reminded to be disciplined in eating healthy and
gained from exercising properly in able to build the right and adequate body
the whole day built that is acceptable in the standards of the police force. It is very
duty important that when one is already a police office to maintain the
normal BMI because it would be difficult if one would go under or
go above because a snappy physical reaction to the demands and
emergencies that may come anytime.

A day with a routine is a day well spent to practice more the basic and consistently
done duties inside the office.

DAY 20

Date and time March 17, 2023 | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Activity On-the-Job Training

Narration of This day is one of those days were the office was not busy
the whole day because most of our superiors or personnel in the Office of the
activity/duty Regional District Support Unit were dispatched to other areas but
were all work-related. We just talked with those left in the office
with regards to the life of being a police officer as they gave as
advices on how to do well both in school and later on in work.
But later that day, SPO3 Luquing gave us the task to clean
the police coaster bus which was used by them going to Sta. Ana
as what was include din my narrative yesterday. Moreover, we
went to Cagayan State University (CSU) – Carig Campus together
with SPO3 Vinarao for the purpose of borrowing chairs which shall
be used for the following week’s activity.

Knowledge I saw how various offices and/or agencies such as the

gained from Regional Police Office 02 and the Cagayan State University
the whole day reciprocate each other with the things that they need from one
duty another. It gives me the idea that members in the society still have
the passion in helping each other and extend their help to offices
outside their agency or institution.

The small things that we do for service are considered dots in building the whole picture
of genuine services.
