Article 1 - Competitive benefits
1. The benefits offered by this Notice are:
to)the scholarship: payment of a monetary amount that varies based on the University ISEE and the
type of student "On-site", "Commuter", "Off-site";
b)additions to the scholarship: provision of an additional amount to the monetary portion of the
scholarship for students who meet the requirements set out in art. 12 of this Notice;
c)the accommodation place: free use for "Off-site" students of the accommodation place in the ALiSEO
university residences.
The scholarship, the related supplements and the accommodation are benefits awarded annually, upon application, to
students who meet the requirements specified in this Notice. The application must be sent online annually within the
deadlines established by the Notice.
2. Scholarship-winning students are also entitled to:
to)to the daily use of a free first meal and a second meal at a reduced rate at ALiSEO Catering
Centres;
b)to the exemption from the payment of contributions due to the University of Genoa or to the Institutions of
Higher Artistic, Musical and Dance Education (AFAM) and the regional tax for the Right to University
Education.

Article 2 - Recipients
1. Students enrolled for the academic year are entitled to compete for the benefits referred to in this Notice,
limited to the achievement of the first qualification for each level of study. 2024/2025:
to)to the following full-time study courses activated by the University of Genoa, hereinafter referred
to as University:
- first-level three-year degree (hereinafter referred to as bachelor's degree), single-cycle master's degree
and second-level master's degree (hereinafter referred to as master's degree);
- specialization schools lasting at least two years, with the exception of courses in the medical area
referred to in legislative decree 17 August 1999 n. 368, research doctorate courses activated
pursuant to art. 4 of the legislative decree 3 July 1998, n. 210 who do not benefit from the
University scholarship;
b)to the following study courses activated full-time by the Institutions for Higher Artistic, Musical and
Dance Education (AFAM) based in Liguria, hereinafter referred to as AFAM Institutions, referred to in
Table B attached to this Notice:
- first level academic diploma;
- second level academic diploma (or corresponding);
- old system degree.
2. The qualification obtained for completing studies at the Academies of Fine Arts, State Music Conservatories,
recognized musical institutes (New Order) and at the end of university diploma courses, is conventionally made
to correspond to the degree (first level qualification) and as this allows you to compete for the granting of the
scholarship and accommodation place only for a master's degree or a single-cycle master's degree, provided, in
this last case, the admission took place or takes place in years subsequent to the first and in compliance with
what is indicated in the art. 3.5 paragraph 1.
3. The old system degree (hereinafter VO degree) is conventionally made to correspond to the master's
degree (second level qualification) and allows you to compete for the scholarship and accommodation
limited to the achievement of the specialization or research doctorate.
4. The diploma obtained at the end of the old system studies, completed at state music conservatories and
accredited musical institutes, allows you to compete for the scholarship for any first level degree course,
as long as it is not activated by the institutes in question.

Article 3 - Duration of benefits

3.1 Scholarship
1. Students can obtain the scholarship, limited to the first qualification for each level of study, for a maximum
period of time, calculated from the year of first enrolment, equal to:
to)if enrolled in degree courses: a total of 7 semesters (6 semesters plus a further additional semester);
b)if enrolled in single-cycle master's degree courses: a total of 11 semesters for students enrolled in courses with a
legal duration of 5 years, a total of 13 semesters for students enrolled in courses with a legal duration of 6 years
(period corresponding to the duration envisaged by the respective educational systems plus an additional
semester);
c)if
enrolled in master's degree courses: a total of 5 semesters (4 semesters plus a further additional
semester);
d)if enrolled in AFAM institutions: period corresponding to the legal duration of the courses;
And)if enrolled in doctoral courses or specialization schools: period corresponding to the duration foreseen by the
respective educational systems.

3.2 Accommodation place

1. The duration of concession of free accommodation, limited to the first qualification for each level of study, for a
maximum period of time, calculated from the year of first enrolment, is equal to:
to)if enrolled in degree courses: a total of 8 semesters (6 semesters, plus 2 semesters);
b)if enrolled in single-cycle master's degree courses: a total of 12 semesters for students enrolled in courses with a legal
duration of 5 years, a total of 14 semesters for students enrolled in courses with a legal duration of 6 years (period
corresponding to the duration envisaged by the respective educational systems plus 2 semesters);
c)if enrolled in master's degree courses: a total of 6 semesters (4 semesters plus 2 semesters);
d)if enrolled in the Institutions for Higher Artistic, Musical and Dance Education: period corresponding to the legal
duration of the courses;
And)if enrolled in doctoral courses or specialization schools: period corresponding to the duration foreseen by the
respective educational systems.
2. For students referred to in letters a), b), c) of paragraph 3.1 paragraph 1, the second additional semester is
granted upon payment of €200.00 per month if in ALiSEO Residences.

3.3 Scholarship for disabled students


1. Students with disabilities referred to in art. 13 of this Notice, can obtain the scholarship, limited to
the first qualification for each level of study, for a maximum period of time, calculated from the year
of first enrolment, equal to:
to)if enrolled in degree courses: a total of 9 semesters (six semesters plus three additional semesters);
b)if enrolled in single-cycle master's degree courses: a total of 13 semesters for students enrolled in courses with a legal
duration of 5 years, a total of 15 semesters for students enrolled in courses with a legal duration of 6 years (period
corresponding to the duration envisaged by the respective educational systems plus three semesters);
c)if enrolled in master's degree courses: a total of 7 semesters (four semesters plus three semesters);
d)if enrolled in the Institutions for Higher Artistic, Musical and Dance Education: period corresponding to the legal
duration of the courses;
And)if enrolled in doctoral courses or specialization schools: period corresponding to the duration foreseen by the
respective educational systems.

3.4 Accommodation place for disabled students


1. The duration of concession of free accommodation, limited to the first qualification for each level of study, for a
maximum period of time, calculated from the year of first enrolment, is equal to:
to)if enrolled in degree courses: a total of 10 semesters (six semesters, plus four semesters);
b)if enrolled in single-cycle master's degree courses: a total of 14 semesters for students enrolled in courses with a legal
duration of 5 years, a total of 16 semesters for students enrolled in courses with a legal duration of 6 years (period
corresponding to the duration envisaged by the respective educational systems plus four semesters);
c)if enrolled in master's degree courses: a total of 8 semesters (four semesters plus four semesters);
d)if
enrolled in the Institutions for Higher Artistic, Musical and Dance Education: period corresponding to the legal
duration of the courses plus one year;
And)if enrolled in doctoral courses or specialization schools: period corresponding to the duration foreseen by the
respective educational systems.
2. For students referred to in letters a), b), c) of paragraph 3.3 paragraph 1, the last additional semester is granted
upon payment of €200.00 per month if in ALiSEO Residences.

3.5 Clarifications on the duration of benefits


1. For students who, after having attended a first-level degree course or a conventionally corresponding level (with
or without obtaining the qualification), are admitted or have been admitted to a single-cycle master's degree
course, for the purposes of the duration of the granting of benefits, all years of enrollment are counted starting
from the conventional year of first enrollment in the first level degree, including 2024/2025, and any years of
non-enrolment between one course and another (bachelor's degree and cycle master's degree unique).

2. These students can obtain the scholarship and accommodation for a maximum period equal to the difference between
the normal duration of the single-cycle master's degree increased by one semester, or by two semesters for the
accommodation (by two semesters for the scholarship and three semesters for the accommodation, if they are a
student with a disability referred to in art. 13 of this Notice) and the number of years spent to obtain the qualification
they hold.
3. Students who have obtained a university diploma which allowed them to be admitted to a first level degree
course or a single cycle master's degree course can participate in the competition for a number of semesters
equal to the difference between the duration of that course degree increased by one semester (or three
semesters in the case of a student with a disability referred to in art. 13 of this Notice) and the semesters used
to obtain the university diploma.
4. Students who have obtained the equivalence of a qualification obtained abroad cannot request the benefits for
a qualification of the same level, without prejudice to the application of the provisions referred to in the
previous paragraphs.

Article 4 - Definitions of the "type" of students
1. By "local" student we mean the student who resides in the municipality of the course of study attended.
2. By "off-site" student we mean the student who resides in a municipality far from the location of the
course attended and who for this reason requests accommodation near the university headquarters and
is accommodated in the ALiSEO residential facilities and, in the event of unavailability of this The latter
presents a regular rental contract in the manner provided for in the art. 22 of this Notice. “Off-site”
students who request accommodation must be eighteen years of age on the deadline for submitting the
application.
If the student residing in the municipalities considered "off-site" with respect to the university campuses (referred to in Table A
attached to this Notice) does not request accommodation in the ALiSEO residential facilities, he or she is considered a
"commuter" student.
3. By "commuter" student we mean the student not considered "off-site" and residing in a municipality other than that of
the location of the course of study attended, or the student residing in the municipalities considered "off-site" with
respect to the university locations (referred to in the Table A attached to this Notice) which does not require
accommodation in the ALiSEO residential facilities (as established in the previous period).
4. The procedureonlineof benefits request provides an automatic system for determining the type based on
the location of the course of study attended and the student's municipality of residence. This information
must be declared by the student in the application.
5. If the "off-site" student renounces the benefit of the accommodation or is not eligible to receive the rent contribution
(referred to in art. 22 of this Notice), he/she will receive the payment of the monetary portion of the scholarship as a
"commuter".
6. The student, if he believes he should be considered belonging to a different typology, in relation to the travel
times necessary to reach the municipality where the course of study attended is held by public transport, can
request, at the same time as the application for benefits, the revision of his status. To this end, he/she must
present a specific request, adequately documented, which shows the time taken to reach from his/her place of
residence the municipality where the course of study attended is shown. The Director of the Right to Education
Sector of ALiSEO evaluates the request at his sole discretion. by the date referred to in the art.
23 paragraph 6 of this Notice.
7. The non-EU international student residing in Italy and requesting accommodation at the ALiSEO
residential facilities is considered "off-site" with the exception of those whose family unit resides in Italy.
In this case, for the purposes of determining the "type" of the student, the actual residence of that nucleus is
considered.
8. The "independent" student, referred to in art. 11.4.1 of this Notice, is considered "off-site" regardless of the place of
residence, in accordance with the provisions of the decree of the Ministry of University and Research of 17 December
2021, n.1320.

Article 5 -Conventional year of first enrollment and provisions for course transfers, withdrawals
from studies
1. The merit requirements, referred to in articles 8 and 9 of this Notice, which must be met by students,
always refer to the conventional year of first enrolment.
The conventional year of first registration means:
to)for students enrolled in degree courses, single-cycle master's degree courses and old system
degree courses, the academic year of first registration at the University or AFAM institutions;

b)forstudents enrolled in master's degree courses, the academic year of first enrollment at the second
level at the University or AFAM institutions.
2. To determine the conventional year of first registration in the cases indicated below, proceed as follows:

to)for students for whom the University or AFAM institutions have arranged "a course transfer without validation
of the previous career" the conventional year of enrollment is the first year of enrollment in the previous
career;
b)for students who, after having attended a first level degree course (with or without obtaining the qualification)
are admitted or have been admitted to a single cycle master's degree, in the presence of validation by the
University of the credits previously obtained , all years of enrollment are counted starting from the
conventional year of first enrollment in the first level degree, including 2024/2025, and any years of non-
enrollment between one course and another (bachelor's degree and single-cycle master's degree );

c)for students for whom credits acquired in previous careers (Italian and/or foreign) are recognized and
validated, even after submitting the application for benefits, the conventional year of enrollment is
the first year of enrollment in the previous career;
d)for students who obtain exemption from educational obligations through the recognition of credits
(obtained previously) not attributable to Italian or foreign university courses, the conventional year of
enrollment is the first year of enrollment at the University of Genoa . For the purposes of evaluating
the merit requirement to obtain the benefits, only credits acquired at the University of Genoa are
considered;

And)for students who transfer/leave from other Italian universities or AFAM institutions, the
conventional year of first enrollment will be considered the year of first enrollment in the course
of origin. To be admitted to the ALiSEO benefits competition, these students must be regularly
registered at the University of Genoa by 31 December 2024;
f) for students who obtain exemption from educational obligations through the recognition of credits
obtained previously during participation in international mobility programs, the conventional year of
first enrollment is the first year at the University of Genoa. For the purposes of evaluating the merit
requirement to obtain the benefits, only the credits acquired during the years of enrollment at the
University of Genoa are considered;
g)for students who have renounced studies relating to their "previous career" by enrolling from scratch in
a first year of a course, the years of enrollment and course transfers prior to the academic year are
not counted. 2024/2025;
h)for students who have obtained from the University, pursuant to art. 9, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the legislative
decree 29 March 2012 n. 68, the granting of exemption from paying fees for interruption of studies, the
years for which the University has provided exemption are not counted;
the) for students who obtain exemption from educational obligations through the recognition of credits obtained in
the year of enrollment in "single courses", the conventional year of first enrollment is the first year of the course of
study for which the benefits are requested . For the purposes of evaluating the merit requirement to obtain the
benefits, credits acquired in the year of enrollment in "single courses" are not considered.
3. Students who are enrolled for the academic year cannot request the benefits. 2024/2025 to a course year for
which they have already requested benefits from ALiSEO or another Italian University Education Right Body,
also following a course transfer "with" or "without" exam validation and/or of giving up studies.
It should be noted that the aforementioned provision does not apply to students who:
to) have not completed enrollment at the University or at the AFAM Institutions for the same year
of the course for which they intend to reapply for benefits;
b) they were "excluded" in the definitive ALiSEO rankings for the same course year for which
they intend to reapply for benefits.
4. On the basis of the provisions agreed by the Ministry of University and Research and the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and the Interior regarding the access of foreign students to university courses, for the
purposes of issuing an entry visa to Italian territory for study purposes , non-EU students who withdraw
from their studies will have to return to their country of origin and, in order to enroll in another course at
the University, they will have to request a new entry visa for study purposes.

Article 6 -Method of submitting the applicationonlinefor the attribution of benefits


1. The application for participation in the competition for the attribution of ALiSEO benefits for the 2024/2025
academic year must be submitted exclusively through the procedureonline,by connecting to the website
www.aliseo.liguria.it.- University desk.
2. Pursuant to the legislative decree of 16 July 2020, n. 76 converted into law 11 September 2020 n. 120, from 1
March 2021 to access the services and benefits offered by the Public Administration it is necessary to be in
possession of the SPID credentials (at least level 2) or the Electronic Identity Card (CIE).

6.1 Exceptions to the use of SPID/CIE (until new regulatory provisions)


1. He is exempt from having SPID credentials (at least level 2) or Electronic Identity Card (CIE) and can
therefore access the procedureonlineof "Accreditation" (registration on the ALiSEO website) to the
student who does not have Italian citizenship and a valid Italian identity document on the date of
submission of the application.
These students, during the accreditation phase, must upload the following valid documents:
to) for EU citizens: identity card (front and back);
b) for non-EU citizens: passport.
Minor students with Italian citizenship can access the procedureonlinethrough the use of the
Electronic Identity Card (CIE).
2. At the end of accreditation, a personal code (user code) is sent to the email indicated by the student,
which is used only on the first login. Using this code, the student can access the forms for
requesting benefits by "Logging in" and then clicking on "Student Benefits Application". For
subsequent access to the procedureonline,the student must use their tax code (as a username) and
the password they entered in the "Accreditation" procedure.

6.2 How to apply for benefits


1. The student in order to complete the applicationonlineof benefits must have or be aware of:
to)badge number;
b)Tax ID code;
c)SPID or CIE identity or valid identity document for students identified in the paragraph "Exceptions
to the use of SPID/CIE (until new regulatory provisions)";
d)e-mail address (see paragraph 3 below);
And)income documentation (see art. 11);

f) IBAN code of the current account or prepaid card, Italian or SEPA area, registered or jointly registered with the
student who requested the benefit;
g)number of credits acquired and registered by the AFAM University/Institution as of 08/10/2024 and the arithmetic average of
the grades. This requirement is required only for students enrolled in years subsequent to the first (see art.
9);
h)Valid Italian certification attesting to the recognition of a handicap pursuant to art. 3 paragraph 1 of law
5 February 1992, n. 104 or disability equal to or greater than 66%, for students requesting
"Integration of students with recognized handicap (art. 3 paragraph 1 law no. 104/92) or with
disability equal to or greater than 66%" (art. 13 of this Notice);
the) identity card, driving license or passport.
2. Once logged in, students must:
to)fill
out the applicationonlinein all fields, attaching the required certifications/certifications;
b)verify
the correctness of the data entered;
c)submit the application;
d)verifythat the application has been forwarded by receiving the e-mail certifying the application
protocol number;
And)print or save the application receipt.
3. During registrationonlinethe student is asked to enter an email address. The student
must be aware that:
to)is identified, in relation to e-mail correspondence, through the e-mail address present in the
ALiSEO database;
b)the email address present in the ALiSEO database is attributed to the student and must be managed by the student
himself and not by other subjects;
c)all communications between the student and ALiSEO and vice versa must be made to the address entered in the
ALiSEO database;
d)failure to read the communications sent to the student by ALiSEO does not constitute an
acceptable reason for any dispute;
And)the sending of emails by the student from addresses other than the one entered in the ALiSEO database will not be taken
into consideration and therefore will not be subject to a response from ALiSEO;
f) any change in the e-mail address must be made by the student using the appropriate
procedure available on the student's personal page "Student Office".
4. The application is considered correctly sent if the student is in possession of the receipt of the application for
benefits certifying the protocol number of the application itself. This receipt does not imply eligibility for the
benefit: the outcome of the request will be available with the publication of the provisional rankings and
subsequently of the definitive rankings.
5. The student is required to check the correctness of the attached files. Please remember that the document must
be scanned in its entirety and legible in all its parts. PDF, JPEG, PNG or formats are accepted
GIF and each must not exceed a maximum size of 5 MByte.If the student attaches a damaged and therefore
illegible file, it is not considered valid for the purposes of the competition.
6. The access codes to apply for benefits are strictly personal and therefore the application must be
completed exclusively by the student requesting the benefit who assumes full responsibility for
what is declared.

6.3 Changes to the data entered in the application for benefits


1. The student can make changes to the data entered in the applicationonline:
to) within the deadline for applying for benefits:
- the student who has not finished filling out the benefits application and therefore has not submitted
the applicationonlinemay be part of the procedure. To complete and submit the application the
student must comply with what is specified in the art. 11.3.1 of this Notice;
- the student who, after having sent the applicationonline,wants to modify the declared data and/or any
attached files, he can return to the same and, once the modifications have been completed, forward the
application again in accordance with the provisions of the art. 11.3.1 of this Notice.
b) after the deadline for applying for benefits:
- the student can make changes relating to the personal data and change the Iban code by
accessing the "Student Help Desk" screen;
- any other event occurring after the application for benefits must be promptly
communicated to ALiSEO at the email addressbagstudio@aliseo.liguria.it who will verify that
the requirements are maintained or adopt any measures to revoke the benefits. Otherwise
ALiSEO reserves the right to take measures in relation to the omission of communication.

Article 7 -Deadlines for submitting the applicationonlinefor the attribution of benefits

2. The deadlines for submitting the applicationonlineof benefits indicated above are peremptory. After these
deadlines it will not be possible to submit an application. Any anomalies arising from the ALiSEO IT procedure
which do not allow the application for benefits to be forwarded within the aforementioned deadlines must be
reported to the email addressbagstudio@aliseo.liguria.it by 12.00 of the deadlines set out in tables 1 and 2. The
competent Service, in order to evaluate, at its sole discretion, the admissibility of the requests received, will
verify in the first instance that the student has carried out the registration procedure in the ALiSEO database
(accreditation/access with SPID-CIE).
For the student who has not carried out the aforementioned registration within the deadlines for submitting the application for
benefits, the request will not be accepted.
The aforementioned terms must be respected by all students, including those who will be able to enroll at the
University for the academic year. 2024/2025 only after the dates indicated, or after having passed tests or
admission tests or after having obtained a first level degree.
Students who: can request the benefits referred to in this Notice after the deadline of 31 July 2024 by
contacting the Economic Benefits Service:
to)they passed national admission tests and were assigned in the national ranking to the University
of Genoa. The application for benefits must in any case be submitted by 21 October 2024.
b)by 21 October 2024 they transfer from another Italian university or another Italian AFAM institution and have
requested benefits from the competent body for the right to university education. These students must
meet the requirements set out in this announcement. ALiSEO authorizes the request upon receipt of a copy
of the application for benefits from the Body for the Right to University Education of the University or AFAM
Institution of origin.
3. The student can request information and assistance in completing the applicationonline,to the number
840.84.80.38 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and on Tuesday and Wednesday also from 2:30 to 4:30
pm in the period from 10 June 2024 to 31 July 2024. The cost of the call is €0, 10 VAT excluded, for connection
fee.

Article 8 -Students enrolled in the first years of all study courses (I and II level) - Merit requirement

1. Students who intend to enroll for the first time in a first year of a course (without prejudice to the
provisions of the previous art. 5) must meet the economic requirements referred to in the art. to request
the benefits. 11 of this Notice. At the time of submitting the applicationonlineThe merit requirement is not
required. This requirement, if the student is the winner of a scholarship, must be achieved during the
academic year as better specified in the following paragraph.
2. Students who win the scholarship must achieve during the academic year 2024/2025 n. 20 credits
obtained and registered by the University or AFAM Institutions, within the dates indicated below, in order
to receive the scholarship. These students are paid:
to)first years of bachelor's and single-cycle master's degrees:
- 20% of the total amount of the scholarship by 10/11/2024;
- 30% of the total amount of the scholarship by 12/31/2024;
- 50% of the total amount of the scholarship upon achievement of 20 credits by
8/10/2025.

b) first years of master's degree:
- 50% of the total amount of the scholarship by 12/31/2024;
- 50% of the total amount of the scholarship upon achievement of 20 credits by 8/10/2025.
3. The disbursement of the amounts of 20% and 30% referred to in letter a) and the amount of the first installment equal
to 50% referred to in letter. b) will be constituted as a priority, for "Commuting" and "Off-site" students, by the service
portion of the scholarship (a free meal at the catering centers and free accommodation for the 2024/2025 academic
year).
4. If the part provided in services is not sufficient to cover the value of 50% of the scholarship, ALiSEO
will provide the remaining monetary difference.
5. For students enrolled in the degree courses of the Health Professions, belonging to the School of Medical and
Pharmaceutical Sciences, for the purpose of counting the 20 credits, the credits of the technical-practical internship
exam scheduled for the academic year 2024/2025 are also considered if acquired and registered by 31 October 2024,
by the University, on the student's "Exam Self-Certification".
6. Scholarship winners who have not achieved at least 20 credits by 30 November 2025 will have their
benefits revoked and will have to reimburse the costs of any services enjoyed (accommodation and
catering).
7. The Manager of the Right to Education Sector of ALiSEO, in exceptional cases, upon a reasoned and duly
documented request, may defer, at his sole discretion, the deadline for achieving the minimum levels of merit
required to avoid revocation by no more than three months. .
8. Students with disabilities referred to in art. 13 of this Notice, scholarship winners are not required to meet the
merit requirement in order to obtain the payment of the monetary portion of the scholarship. Therefore, to
these students, the scholarship will be paid in a lump sum by 31 December 2024.

Article 9 -Students enrolled in years subsequent to the first of all study courses - Merit
requirement

9.1 Students enrolled in new regulation courses

2. It is specified that, for all degree courses, the credits are considered acquired and therefore valid for the purposes of
the merit requirement if included in the student's career and registered in the exam certification with a date equal to
or prior to 10/8/2024 issued by the University or AFAM institutions, with the indication of their acquisition no later than
the aforementioned date.
The following cannot be counted in the sum of credits:
to)credits deriving from educational debts;
b)credits for ongoing modules that require further additions for the final grade;
c)credits for individual unrecognized courses;
d)supernumerary credits, i.e. those not useful for obtaining the qualification;
And)credits deriving from the achievement of a first level qualification obtained abroad and validated
by the University for a master's degree course.
3. Students enrolled in the degree courses of the Health Professions, belonging to the School of Medical and
Pharmaceutical Sciences, can indicate in advance in the application for benefits the credits deriving from
technical-practical internships, which will be considered with reservation pending registration by the University
by on 31 October 2024. If registration takes place after this date, the aforementioned credits will not be
considered valid and therefore the student's position will be reconsidered following the publication of the final
ranking.
4. Students who have obtained credits during the international mobility period can indicate the relevant
credits in advance in the application for benefits which will be considered with reservation pending
registration by the University or AFAM Institutions. The exams taken during international mobility must
be registered in the exam certification, issued by the University and the AFAM Institutions, with the
indication of their acquisition no later than 10 August 2024. If the registration takes place after that date,
the aforementioned credits will not be considered valid and therefore the student's position will be
reconsidered.
5. Any change subsequent to the deadline for submitting the benefit application relating to the merit requirement
must be promptly communicated to the ALiSEO Economic Benefits Service, at the email address
bagstudio@aliseo.liguria.it , which will verify that the requirement is maintained.
6. Any credits acquired and registered between 1 August and 10 August 2024 and not self-certified in the
application onlineof benefits must be communicated to the ALiSEO Economic Benefits Service at the email
address bagstudio@aliseo.liguria.it by August 31, 2024.

9.1.1 Bonus Credits
1. The student who has not achieved the minimum number of credits referred to in Tables no. by 10 August 2024.
3 and no. 4, can use, in addition to the credits actually obtained, a bonus.
2. The bonus credits are accrued starting from the conventional year of first enrollment in the bachelor's, single-cycle
master's and master's courses according to the following progressions:
- 5 bonus credits to claim benefits for a second year; 12
- bonus credits to claim benefits for a third year;
- 15 bonus credits to request benefits for the years following the third.
3. Bonus Specifications:
to)the value of the bonus increases only if it is not used, up to a maximum of 15 bonus credits;
b)however, the individual bonuses cannot be combined with each other;
c)the bonus used entirely by the student determines the loss of the right to use other bonus points
for the rest of his university career;
d)the residual bonus portion can be used in subsequent years;
And)the bonus accrued and not used during the first level degree course can be used in the master's degree
course (maximum 15 credits). No new bonus points will be accrued in the master's degree;
f) the bonuses used to reach the minimum credits for the academic year in which the benefits are
requested cannot be counted by the student in the credits obtained to obtain the merit in the
following academic year.
4. The bonus must be requested by the student when completing the applicationonlinein the “Conditions of merit”
section. The bonus, if still available, will be assigned automatically. The Economic Benefits Service reserves the
right to carry out subsequent checks regarding the residual availability of the bonus.
5. The student coming from other Italian universities or other AFAM institutions who requests the use of the
bonus must indicate in the applicationonlinethe name of the University of origin. The Economic Benefits Service
automatically verifies the bonuses self-certified by the student.
6. The following cannot use bonus credits:
to)students enrolled in old system degree courses;
b)students enrolled in the first years to reach the merit requirement referred to in art. 8 paragraph 2 (20 credits);
c)students enrolled in a first year of the master's degree course to achieve 135 credits which give the right
to confirmation of accommodation.

9.3 Seventh semester + first year of master's degree - access and merit requirements
1. The application for the "seventh semester + first year of a master's degree" allows students, in possession of
135 credits supported and registered by the University as of 10/08/2024 (or 114 credits for disabled students), to
submit the request for benefits for the two different levels of study at a single time.
Only students who jointly satisfy the following requirements can submit this type of application:

to)they enrolled in 2021/2022 (or 2020/2021 for disabled students) in a first level degree course at
the University of Genoa;
b)not yet graduated as of 07/31/2024;
c)must be enrolled for the academic year. 2024/2025 to a first year of a master's degree or the fourth year of a
first level degree.
Students who do not jointly satisfy what is reported in the previous letters a), b) and c) must verify that
they meet the requirements for the request as "last semester" of degree referred to in paragraph 9.4 or
as "first year of master's degree" referred to to art. 8 of this Notice.
The student who has already graduated (first level degree course) at the time of submitting the application for benefits
or who graduates by 07/31/2024, must submit an application for benefits as the first year of a master's degree.
2. The deadlines for submitting the "seventh semester + first year of master's degree" application are those
indicated for students enrolled in years subsequent to the first.
3. The request for benefits for the "seventh semester + first year of a master's degree" must be submitted using
the appropriate option in the applicationonlinein the “what do you study” section. The student consecutively fills
in first the fields relating to the seventh semester of the first level degree course and then those relating to the
first year of the master's degree.
4. The merit requirements for obtaining/maintaining benefits in the case of a "seventh semester + first year of
master's degree" application are as follows:
- for the seventh semester, the requirements indicated in Tables no. are required when submitting the
application. 3 and no. 4 of the previous paragraph 9.1 of this Notice;
- for the first year of a master's degree they must be obtained during the academic year as
indicated in the previous art. 8 of this Notice.
5. The students who win the scholarship will be paid as the first installment 25% of the net amounts of
the scholarship referred to in Table no. 8 of art. 17 of this Notice, including any additions, by
31/12/2024.
The second installment will be paid in the following ways:
to)Student enrolled in a first year of a master's degree for the academic year 2024/2025:
- upon achievement of 20 credits acquired by 10/08/2025 – 75% of the amounts referred to in
Table no. 8 of the art. 17 of this Notice, including any additions;

- upon achievement of 20 credits acquired by 11/30/2025 – 25% of the amounts referred to in Table no. 8
of the art. 17 of this Notice, including any additions;
b)Student enrolled in a seventh semester (fourth year of a first level degree) for the academic year. 2024/2025:
- 25% of the net amounts referred to in Table no. 8 of the art. 17 of this Notice, including any
additions;
To the students referred to in the previous paragraph 5 letter. b), scholarship winners who do not obtain at least 20
credits by 30 November 2025 will have their benefits revoked and must return the amount of the scholarship unduly
received and reimburse the costs of any services enjoyed (accommodation and catering) .
6. Students who are winners of the scholarship for the "seventh semester + first year of a master's degree" who:
to)should not enroll in the first year of a master's degree for the academic year. 2024/2025 by 10 March 2025, are
considered to all intents and purposes scholarship winners for the last semester;
b)are enrolled in a first year of a master's degree for the academic year 2024/2025, in the academic year 2025/2026
they will only be able to compete as students enrolled in the second year of a master's degree.

9.4 Last semester - access and merit requirements


1. The application for the "last semester" is reserved for students who meet the requirements set out in Tables no. 3 e
n. 4 of the art. 9.1 (merit required for the "last semester") and who are enrolled for the academic year. 2024/2025 in the first year
beyond the legal duration of the course: bachelor's degree, single-cycle master's degree and master's degree.
2. Students who win a "last semester" scholarship are entitled to:
c)at 50% of the amounts referred to in Table no. 8 of the art. 17 of this Notice, including any
additions;
d)to a free daily meal at the Catering Centers starting from the final rankings and until 31 March
2025;
And)to free accommodation, if assigned the same, starting from the publication of the rankings and
until 31 March 2025.
It is understood that from 1 April 2025 the student winning a six-month scholarship is required to
pay for meals at the "Band" rate (see Catering Provisions) and the monthly rent of €200.00 until
graduation.

Article 10 - Students enrolled in doctoral courses and specialization schools - Access and merit
requirements
1. The merit requirement required of students enrolled in doctoral courses activated pursuant to art. 4 of the legislative decree 3
July 1998, n. 210, and to specialization schools, with the exception of those in the medical area referred to in legislative decree
17 August 1999, n. 368 (first years and subsequent years) is the enrollment and admission to the courses according to the
methods established by the respective educational systems without any extra courses or repetitions from the year of first
enrolment.

Article 11-Economic requirements

11.1 ISEE University/Regularized


1. The student's economic conditions are identified by the Prime Ministerial Decree of 5 December 2013, n. 159 ss.mm.ii regarding ISEE
and integrated on the basis of further selection criteria in implementation of the art. 5 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 9 April 2001
and the articles. 7 and 8 of the legislative decree of 29 March 2012, n. 68.
2. To request benefits, the student must be in possession of the ISEE certificate for the Facilitated
Benefits for the Right to University Education (ISEEU/ISEEUP) as specified below.

11.1.1 ISEEU - University ISEE certificate


1. It can be issued by all Authorized Tax Assistance Centers (CAAF) or it can be completed on the INPS
website.
2. It is considered valid for the purposes of participation in the competition for the attribution of benefits for the
academic year. 2024/2025, the latest ISEEU 2024 certificate present in the INPS database, issued in favor of the student
requesting the benefits referred to in this Notice, whose Single Self-Declaration (DSU) was signed by 31 July 2024.

3. Furthermore, the current ISEE certificate, issued on the basis of the ISEEU 2024 certificate with the aforementioned methods and within
the aforementioned deadline, is considered valid.
4. In the questiononlinethe student is required to authorize ALiSEO to collect the parameters relating
to the latest ISEEU 2024 certificate issued in his favor and requested by 31 July 2024 from the INPS
database.
5. To participate in the competition referred to in this Notice, the student who does not yet have the
University ISEE by the deadline for submitting the application must be in possession of at least the
receipt certifying the submission of the Single Substitute Declaration (DSU) to CAAF.
6. If no DSU 2024 is present in the INPS database requested by 31 July 2024, the student will be
DEFINITELY excluded from the competition already in the provisional rankings.
7. ISEEU certificates with annotations and/or discrepancies are not considered valid for the purposes of the competition.

8. ISEEU certificates issued by 31 July 2024 containing annotations and/or discrepancies or "ordinary ISEE"
certificates can be corrected and reissued, under penalty of DEFINITIVE exclusion from the competition, by 25
October 2024.

11.1.2 ISEEUP - Parified University ISEE Certification


1. It can only be issued by Authorized Tax Assistance Centers (CAAF) affiliated with ALiSEO, the list of
which is available on the institutional website of ALiSEO itself.
2. To obtain the ISEEUP, the student must be in possession of the consular documentation required by the
affiliated CAAFs.
3. They are considered valid for the purposes of participation in the competition for the attribution of benefits for the academic
year. 2024/2025 the ISEEUP certificates issued by the affiliated CAAFs in the calendar year 2024 by 25 October 2024.

4. The student who submits an application for benefits within the deadline set by this Notice, and is not in possession of
the ISEEUP 2024 certificate by 25 October 2024, will be included in the rankings in the condition of "Eligible Suspended"
and can remedy his/her situation relating to the lack of the ISEEUP, under penalty of revocation of the benefits
assigned, by 31 December 2024. In the applicationonlinethe student must compulsorily complete theuploadof the
ISEEUP 2024 certification within the aforementioned deadline.

11.1.3 ISEEU or ISEEUP request


1. By way of explanation and not exhaustive for the request for the ISEEU or ISEEUP certification, the following table is

11.2 Income and economic limits - ISEEU – ISEEUP and ISPEU- ISPEUP
1. The ISEEU - ISEEUP of the family unit of the student requesting the benefits provided by this Notice must
not exceed €27,726.00 and the University Equivalent Asset Situation Indicator (hereinafter referred to as
ISPEU - ISPEUP) must not exceed €60,275.00. Exceeding even just one of the two indicators mentioned
above causes exclusion from the benefits of this Notice.
The values of the economic indicators indicated above and reported in the following Table no. 6 are determined respecting
the maximum values established by the decree of the Ministry of University and Research of 14 March 2024, n. 318.

2. If the student, while filling out the applicationonline,in the appropriate box of the "economic data" section

ISPEU-ISPEUP indicators recalculated net of the scholarship amount entered.
3. To determine the student's conventional family unit, reference is made to the current legislation
relating to ISEEU.
4. ALiSEO is in no way responsible for the failure by INPS/CAAF to transmit the data contained in the
certificates and/or for the processing of the ISEEU/ISEEUP for the request for benefits.

11.3.1 Non-EU international students without visas – access to the applicationonline


1. The non-EU international student who wants to request ALiSEO benefits for a first year of a degree course, but
who is unable to obtain a visa to arrive in Italy by the deadline for submitting the application for benefits due to
delays in issuing the visa by the competent authorities, you can still submit an application for benefits from
abroad within the deadlines established in the art. 7 of this Notice.
Once the pre-enrolment procedure has been completed through the University's Foreign Reception Sector, the
student comes into possession of the student number, which is essential for submitting the application.onlineof
benefits from abroad. In the application for benefits, the student is asked foruploadof your valid passport. The
student must:
to)bein possession of the ISEEUP certificate issued by an Authorized Tax Assistance Center (CAAF)
affiliated with ALISEO by the dates referred to in paragraph 11.1.2;
b)enter your IBAN code of your current account or card in the “Student Help Desk” section
prepaid, Italian or SEPA area (for the latter also insert SWIFT/BIC), registered or jointly registered to the
student who requested the benefit;
c)carry out theuploadof the tax code attribution certificate issued by the Revenue Agency.

11.3.2 Students from particularly poor and developing countries


1. Students coming from particularly poor and developing countries referred to in the decree of the Ministry of
University and Research of 13 February 2024, n. 440, (see Table no. 7 below) must be in possession of the
certification from the Italian Representation in the country of origin which certifies that the student does not
belong to a family known to have a high income and high social level. This certification, for the purposes of
quantifying the amount of the ISEEU and ISPEU indicators, is made to correspond to €0.00 for both indicators.

When submitting the application for benefits, the student must declare that they come from "particularly
poor and developing countries" and at the same time upload the aforementioned certification. In the
absence of one or both of the above requirements, the student is not considered to come from
"particularly poor and developing countries".

11.3.3 Stateless students and students under international protection


1. When submitting the application for benefits, the stateless student must declare that he or she is "stateless" and
at the same time carry out theuploadthe copy of the residence permit certifying the "stateless status", or if in
the absence of such documentation, the certified copy of the sentence declaring the stateless condition.

In the absence of one or both of the above requirements, the student is not considered "stateless".
2. When submitting the application for benefits, the student subject to an international protection regime must
declare that he or she is "under an international protection regime" and at the same time carry out theuploada
copy of the residence permit with the indication of "political asylum" or "special protection"; if the student does
not yet have a residence permit, he can carry out theuploadof the nominative certificate issued by the Police
Headquarters or of the provision issued by the competent territorial Commission in which the international
protection status is recognised.
In the absence of one or both of the above requirements, the student is not considered to be in the
condition of an international protection regime".
3. For the purposes of the economic evaluation, for stateless students and students under international
protection, only the income and assets produced in Italy are taken into account. If the student and any family
unit have no income in Italy, the quantification of the amount of the ISEEU and ISPEU indicators is made to
correspond to €0.00 for both indicators.
4. If other statuses are foreseen in addition to those mentioned above, they will be taken into consideration for the purposes of
assessing income.

11.4 Independent family unit

11.4.1 Independent student


1. To request the benefits of this Notice, the student forms a family unit independent from that of the family of
origin in the presence of both of the following requirements:

to)registered residence outside the housing unit of the family of origin for at least two years with respect to the
date of presentation of the single self-declaration (DSU), in accommodation not owned by one of its
members;
b)presence of adequate income capacity from employment and similar received in the tax years
2022 and 2023, not less than €9,000.00 for each year.
When completing the application for benefits, the student in possession of both the requirements referred to in
letters a) and b) must declare that he or she is an "independent student".
2. In all cases in which the student, despite no longer living in the family of origin, does not possess the above-
mentioned requirements to be considered an independent student, he or she must refer to the members of the
family of origin and their economic and financial conditions.
3. For the issuance of the ISEEU/ISEEUP certificate of the independent student, the same indications relating to the family
unit referred to in Table no. apply, in an explanatory and non-exhaustive manner. 5 in reference to the student himself.

4. The "independent" student is considered "off-site" regardless of the place of residence, according to the provisions of
the decree of the Ministry of University and Research of 17 December 2021, n.1320.

11.4.2 Married student or de facto cohabitant (art. 1 paragraph 36 law no. 76/2016)
registered with the municipality of residence
1. If a married student or a de facto cohabitant student is registered with the student's municipality of
residence, if they do not meet the conditions to be considered "independent", they must add their
spouse's income to their income (for each tax year 2022 and 2023). .
to)If the minimum income amount of €9,000.00 is reached (for each tax year 2022 and 2023), the ISEEU/
ISEEUP certification will therefore refer only to the household that the student created with his or her
spouse, excluding the family of origin.
b)If the income received by the married student and his or her spouse does not reach the minimum
required limit of €9,000.00 (for each tax year 2022 and 2023), the student must refer to the family of
origin, therefore excluding the spouse and any children.

11.4.3 Separated or divorced student


1. If a separated or divorced student, even if he has children, does not meet the conditions to be
considered "independent", he must refer to his family of origin.

11.4.4 Cases with a family unit consisting of the student alone


1. The student who does not meet the requirements to be considered "independent" can still present the
ISEEU/ISEEUP, relating solely to his own economic condition, only if he is an orphan of both parents or if
he is living in a registered cohabitation pursuant to art. 5 dPR 223/89.
The categories foreseen for registered cohabitation are:
to)belonging to a religious order;
b)belonging to a host community;
c)subjected to a detention regime;
d)military.
2. The student belonging to a host community or the student included in the project "dear leavers”can request
accommodation at the ALiSEO residences even if they are not in the condition of an "off-site" student in
reference to their residence and the course of study attended.
3. For the preparation of the ISEEU/ISEEUP, the student in the condition of "registered cohabitation" and married
must refer to the family unit he or she has established with his or her spouse and any children.
4. ALiSEO reserves the right to request from the student suitable documentation certifying the conditions referred to in this
paragraph 11.4.4.

11.5 Financial requirements for students enrolled in doctoral courses and specialization schools
1. Students requesting benefits for research doctorate courses and specialization schools referred to
in art. 2 of this Notice, must comply with the provisions of art. 11 of this Notice.
For these students, the family unit is made up exclusively of the applicant himself, his spouse, if any, and his
children, including adults.
It should be noted that the ISEE small group can also be requested by students whose registered family
unit is made up of their family of origin. In this case it is necessary to make an explicit request to the CAAF
when compiling the DSU by filling in form A "restricted family unit for doctorates".

Article 12 - Additions to the scholarship


1. The amounts of the scholarship referred to in art. 17 (Table no. 8) of this Notice can be integrated for
students:
to)with disabilities referred to in art. 13 of this Notice, equal to 25% of the gross amount of the scholarship;

b)admitted by the University and AFAM Institutions to participate in international mobility programs
(EU and non-EU) for the academic year 2024/2025, as determined by art. 14 of this Notice;

c)who obtain a degree with a score between 99 and 110 within the duration established by the respective
educational systems (degree award).
These students must submit the degree award request exclusively through the procedureonline, by connecting
to the website www.aliseo.liguria.it.- University desk according to the methods indicated on the ALiSEO
institutional website (in the University Economic Benefits section) within 30 days of the graduation session to
benefit from a supplement equal to half the amount of the scholarship of study (net of additions) obtained in
the last year of the course. This integration is not foreseen for students who have obtained a qualification
relating to old degree courses activated before the implementation of Ministerial Decree 509/1999 and to
doctoral courses and specialization schools. The provision of the "degree prize" is granted only in the case of
awarding the scholarship to all students for the academic year. 2024/2025.
It is specified that students who obtain their degree within the duration established by the respective educational systems in
reference to the academic year. 2023/2024 and have applied for benefits for the academic year. 2024/2025 as:
- “last semester” or “seventh semester + first year of master's degree” and are enrolled in the first year out of course for
the academic year. 2024/2025, even if they are current graduates, cannot request the aforementioned integration to
the scholarship;
- “seventh semester + first year of a master's degree” and are enrolled in a first year of a master's degree for the
academic year. 2024/2025, can request the aforementioned integration to the scholarship. “last semester” and
- are enrolled in a first year of a master's degree for the academic year. 2024/2025, can request the
aforementioned integration to the scholarship;
- “last semester” and are not enrolled in the academic year. 2024/2025, they can request the
aforementioned integration to the scholarship as current graduates;
d)with an ISEEU/ISEEUP less than or equal to 50% (€13,863.00) of the maximum reference limit (€
27,726.00), equal to 15% of the gross amount of the scholarship;
And)with enrollment in study courses in STEM subjects (defined by the MUR) with reference to female students only,
equal to 20% of the gross amount of the scholarship;
f) enrolled simultaneously in multiple study courses, equal to 20% of the gross amount of the scholarship. The increase is
not due in the event that the student loses the requirements for the scholarship with reference to the course of study to
which the student related the aforementioned increase.
The request for the integration referred to in this letter must be forwarded from 10/1/2024 to
10/15/2024 by 12.00 via the procedureonline.
2. With reference to the increases referred to in letters. d), e) and f), the following is specified:
to)the additions referred to in letters. d) and e) are not cumulative. Therefore, in the event that the student satisfies
both conditions, only the increase referred to in the letter is paid. And);
b)the additions referred to in letters. d), e) and f) are paid according to the methods established for the disbursement of
the scholarship in reference to the student's enrollment, with the exception of the student enrolled in subsequent
years of bachelor's and master's degrees, for whom the integration referred to in the letter. f) is paid at the same
time as the second installment of the scholarship;
c)in reference to simultaneous enrollment in multiple study courses referred to in letter. f), the scholarship
and the services connected to it can be obtained limited to a single registration indicated as a priority
in the application for benefits.
3. The supplements referred to in this article are paid at 50% for students enrolled for the academic year. 2024/2025 to a “
last semester".

Article 13 - Integration of scholarship and benefits for students with disabilities (recognition
of handicap pursuant to art. 3 paragraph 1 of law 5 February 1992, n. 104 or disability equal
to or greater than 66%)
1. For the purpose of requesting the integration to the scholarship referred to in this article, students
with recognized handicap pursuant to art. . 3 paragraph 1 of law 5 February 1992, n. 104 or with a
disability equal to or greater than 66%.

In order to take advantage of the benefits listed in the following paragraph 2, these students, when submitting the
application to ALiSEO, must tick the box "Integration of students with recognized handicap (art. 3 paragraph 1 law no.
104/92) or with disability equal to or greater than 66%".
2. These students benefit from the following benefits/concessions, partly already mentioned in the previous articles referred to in
this Notice:
to)integration of 25% of the gross amount of the scholarship;
b)granting of benefits, limited to the first qualification for each level of study, is guaranteed for a period of time,
calculated from the conventional year of first enrolment, increased by additional semesters compared to
students without disabilities, as reported in the previous art. 3.3 of this Notice;
c)priority of assignment in the scholarship and accommodation rankings compared to students without
disabilities;
d)reduced merit requirement for students enrolled in years subsequent to the first (see Table no. 4);

And)provision of the scholarship, including the integration of students with disabilities, in a single solution, by
31/12/2024, for students enrolled in the first years of all courses without requesting the merit requirement
referred to in the previous art. 8 paragraph 6 of this Notice;
f) free use of two daily meals at ALiSEO Catering Centres;
g)faculty of choice for the student eligible for accommodation, between the assignment of accommodation and the
cash supplement to the scholarship, equal to the amount of the Housing Service referred to in Table no. 8, if
deemed more suited to your needs (see art. 22);
h)provision of the portion of the Housing Service referred to in Table no. 8 for the student eligible for
accommodation and attending study courses at the University or AFAM institutions in locations where
ALiSEO accommodation is not available.
3. In order to benefit from the integration referred to in this article, students must complete theuploadof
the valid certification certifying the recognition of handicap pursuant to art. 3 paragraph 1 of law 5
February 1992, n. 104 or disability equal to or greater than 66%, issued by the competent Italian public
bodies. For the student who has not completed theuploadof the aforementioned certification, ALiSEO
carries out the revocation of the integration referred to in this article. Following the revocation of the
aforementioned integration, ALISEO will also revoke the benefits if the student finds himself in the
following conditions:
to)enrolled in years subsequent to the first who does not possess the merit requirements envisaged for students without
disabilities referred to in Table no. 3;
b)enrolled in the first years of all courses who does not possess the merit requirement set out in the previous
art. 8 paragraph 2 of this Notice.
4. The amount relating to the supplement referred to in this article for students enrolled in years subsequent to the first is paid in
two installments according to the timing relating to the disbursement of the scholarship.

Article 14 - Integration of scholarship for international mobility


1. Only students who are winners in the relevant rankings drawn up by the University or AFAM
institutions can request the integration to the international mobility scholarship.
These students, when submitting the application for benefits, must tick the "Integration for
international mobility" box, self-certify the country of destination and the period of stay abroad
quantified in months, up to a maximum of ten.
Students enrolled in the first years of the master's degree course, in order to request the integration
referred to in this article, must declare that they have, as of 08/10/2024, at least 135 credits (achieved in
the first level degree) .
2. The integration referred to in the previous paragraph:
to)it cannot be granted to students enrolled in the first years of a first level degree and to students
enrolled in specialization school courses and PhD courses;
b)it can be granted only once for each level of study;
c)can be granted for a maximum of ten months spent abroad.
3. The amount of the scholarship integration relating to international mobility programs attributed by ALiSEO is
equal to €600.00 per month.
The amount of the scholarship from European Union funds (community contribution) or other bilateral agreements, including non-
community ones, is deducted from the aforementioned amount.
The integration for international mobility referred to in this article is additional to the "reward for results" paid
by the University and is incompatible with the integration of the University/AFAM Institutions.
ALiSEO also provides an overall reimbursement of travel expenses determined as follows:
to)€100.00 for European countries;
b)€500.00 for non-European countries.
4. Students entitled to the integration of the scholarship relating to international mobility programs are identified
on the basis of a ranking defined according to the criteria for determining the accommodation rankings and
within the limits of the budget allocation.
5. To obtain the monetary amount referred to in paragraph 3 of this article the student must obtain, in the period
study and/or internship abroad,an academic recognition in terms of credits within the scope of one's
course of study in Italy, even if for the purposes of preparing the final exam.
6. The following provisions apply for the disbursement of the amount relating to the integration of the scholarship for
international mobility:
to)the first instalment, corresponding to half of the monetary amount calculated based on the number of
months self-certified by the student when submitting the application, is paid at the same time as the first
installment of the scholarship;
b)the final installment is paid only at the end of the mobility period and following the transmission
by the University and the AFAM Institutions, to the Economic Benefits Service, of the
certification certifying the:
- period of stay abroad;
- academic recognition in terms of credits within your course of study in Italy.
7. ALiSEO calculates the amount of the final installment based on the number of months actually spent abroad and
deduced from the relevant certification.

Each month's payment is considered valid as long as the actual days spent abroad are equal to or greater than
fifteen. If the calculation carried out on the number of months actually spent abroad determines an amount
lower than that already received by the student as the first instalment, the student himself is required to repay
the sum for which he has not accrued the right.
8. The amount of the supplement to the scholarship referred to in this article, for students placed in
the "last semester" ranking, can be paid up to a maximum of five months.
9. The student on international and national mobility (in Italy) must mandatorily and promptly report it to
the Catering Services (which will suspend the catering service as indicated in the Catering Provisions) and
Housing Services (if a student is accommodated for the suspension of the bed according to the
procedures referred to in the following art. 20 paragraph 5 of this Notice), using the appropriate form on
the ALiSEO institutional website in the Right to Study section
10.Students on international and national mobility (in Italy) in the 2024/2025 academic year are not entitled to any
refunds for failure to use the services (catering and accommodation) as the amount of the "Mobility" integration
includes refunds for failure to use the aforementioned services to which they would be entitled.

11.Students who are not winners in the rankings drawn up by the University or AFAM institutions relating to
international mobility programs are excluded from the ALiSEO International Mobility integration ranking.

12.ALiSEO revokes the integration to the scholarship for international mobility from students who do not possess the
requirements referred to in this article and from students for whom the University or AFAM Institutions have
communicated to the competent Service the non-completion of the program or the renunciation of the same.

Article 15 - Criteria for the assignment of scholarships


1. The scholarships, up to the availability of the budget, are assigned as a priority to students with
disabilities referred to in art. 13 of this Notice as well as, to the extent of n. 40 scholarships, to students
enrolled in specialization schools, with the exception of those in the medical area referred to in legislative
decree 17 August 1999 n. 368 and the research doctorate courses activated pursuant to art. 4 of the
legislative decree 3 July 1998, n. 210.
2. The resources available after this assignment are used to assign scholarships for those enrolled in
years subsequent to the first, up to the amount of budget availability.
3. In the event of further availability of resources, scholarships will be assigned to students enrolled in
the first year of the master's degree courses, up to the amount of available budget.
4. In case of further availability, scholarships in services (accommodation and catering service) will be
assigned to students enrolled in the first year of bachelor's and single-cycle master's degree courses.
5. Any resources remaining after this assignment are used to assign the monetary shares of the scholarship
to students enrolled in the first year of bachelor's and single-cycle master's degrees, according to the
order of the rankings.

Article 16 -Criteria for the formulation of scholarship rankings


1. For students enrolled at the University, six rankings are formulated relating respectively to:
to)students enrolled in the first year of first level degree courses belonging to the European Union based on the
ascending order of the ISEEU/ISEEUP;
b)students enrolled in the first year of first level degree courses not belonging to the European Union based on
the ascending order of the ISEEU/ISEEUP;
c)students enrolled in the first year of master's degree courses belonging to the European Union based on the
ascending order of the ISEEU/ISEEUP;
d)students enrolled in the first year of master's degree courses not belonging to the European Union based on the
ascending order of the ISEEU/ISEEUP;
And)students enrolled in years subsequent to the first of all the courses of the new system: the assignment of the
scholarships will take place on the basis of merit rankings in relation to the number of credits passed by 10 August
2024 compared to the credits or annuities requested in reference to the conventional year of first registration as
indicated in the previous art. 9 of this Notice;
f) students who have submitted the application for benefits such as "seventh semester + first year of a
master's degree" based on the number of credits passed by 10 August 2024 compared to the credits
requested in reference to the conventional year of first enrollment as indicated in the previous art. 9 of this
Notice.
In the same situation:
to)in the first four rankings - letters a), b), c), d) precedes the youngest in age;
b)in the fifth and sixth ranking - letters e), f) the following priority criteria apply:
- the student who does not use the bonus;
- the student who uses the bonus to a lesser extent;
- the student with the highest average grade;
- the student with the status of ALiSEO scholarship winner for the academic year 2023/2024;
- the student with the lowest ISEEU/ISEEUP.
2. For students enrolled in AFAM institutions, rankings are drawn up for each AFAM institution, ordered according
to the following methods:

to)students enrolled in the first year of first and second level courses belonging to the European Union, the
ranking will be ordered based on the ascending order of the ISEEU/ISEEUP;
b)students enrolled in the first year of first and second level courses not belonging to the European Union, the ranking
will be ordered based on the ascending order of the ISEEU/ISEEUP;
c)students enrolled in years subsequent to the first, the assignment of the scholarships will take place with merit rankings
drawn up on the basis of the number of credits achieved by 10 August 2024 compared to the minimum credits required
by this Notice.
In the same situation:
to)in the first two rankings - letters a), b) precedes the youngest in age;
b)in the third ranking the following priority criteria apply:
the student with the highest average grade;
-
the student with the lowest ISEEU/ISEEUP.
-
3. For students enrolled in specialization schools or PhD courses, the ranking is formulated based on the
ascending order of the ISEEU/ISEEUP in which students enrolled in years subsequent to the first come first.
4. With the same economic situation, the student with the status of ALiSEO scholarship winner for the academic
year 2023/2024 precedes.

Article 17 -Scholarship amounts and related services

17.1 Amounts
1. The gross amount of the scholarship varies based on the ISEEU/ISEEUP and the type of student "On-site",
"Commuter", "Off-site" (art. 4 of this Notice).
The scholarship consists of the provision of a monetary amount net of the annual value attributed to the catering
service (€1,139.00) and the accommodation service (€2,507.00). The values of the scholarship are determined by
respecting the minimum values established by the decree of the Ministry of University and Research of 14 March
2024, n. 317.
2. In Table no. 8 below shows the amounts relating to the scholarship and the services connected to it:

3. The gross amount of the scholarship is increased in the following measures according to the provisions of the decree
of the Ministry of University and Research of 17 December 2021, n.1320:
to)15% to students with an ISEEU/ISEEUP less than or equal to 50% (€13,863.00) of the maximum
reference limit (€27,726.00);
b)20% to female students enrolled in courses of study in STEM subjects (for the list of coursesDATA FOR
GENDER BUDGET - COD_Graduation Classes - COD_FoET2013 - Open Data of higher education
(miur.it) ;
c)25% to students with disabilities referred to in art. 13 of this Notice;
d)20% to students enrolled simultaneously in multiple study courses. The increase is not due in the event that the
student loses the requirements for the scholarship with reference to the course of study to which the student
related the aforementioned increase.
4. With reference to the aforementioned increases, the following is specified:
to)the additions referred to in letters a) and b) cannot be cumulated. Therefore, if the student
satisfies both conditions, only the 20% increase is paid;
b) the additions referred to in letters a), b), c) and d) are paid according to the methods established for the
disbursement of the scholarship in reference to the student's enrolment, with the exception of students enrolled
in subsequent years of degree courses and master's degree, for which the integration referred to in letter d) is
paid at the same time as the second installment of the scholarship.

17.2 Provision of scholarships and services;


1. Students enrolled in years subsequent to the first and who are winners in the final scholarship ranking
are entitled to:
to)to the disbursement of the amount of the scholarship according to the provisions and methods set out in the art. 24
of this Notice;
b)to benefit daily from a free first meal and a second meal at the "Winner" rate (see Catering
Provisions), at the ALiSEO Catering Centres, during the opening periods starting from the day
following the publication of the final rankings and until the publication of the definitive rankings
for the 2025/2026 academic year;
c) to benefit, if away from home students and assignees, of free accommodation in the ALiSEO accommodation
facilities. For the methods and dates of accommodation assignment, please refer to articles 19 and 20 of
this Notice.
2. Students who are winners in the final ranking of scholarships as "last semester" are entitled to:

to)to the disbursement of 50% of the scholarship amount indicated in Table no. 8 according to the
provisions and methods set out in the previous art. 9.4 of this Notice;
b)to benefit daily from a free first meal and a second meal at the "Winner" rate (see Catering
Provisions) at the ALiSEO Catering Centers, during the opening periods from the day following
the publication of the final rankings until graduation or in any case until 03/31/2025;

c)to benefit, if away from home students and assignees, of free accommodation until graduation or
in any case until 03/31/2025. It is specified that from 04/01/2025 the student winning a six-
month scholarship is required to pay for meals at the "Band" rate (see Catering Provisions)
and the monthly rent of €200.00 until graduation;
d)the deadline of 03/31/2025 is to be considered valid unless any extensions are made by the University
regarding the deadline for the last session of the final tests for obtaining the qualification for the
2023/2024 academic year.
3. Students enrolled in the first years of all degree courses who are winners in the final scholarship
ranking are entitled to:
to)to the disbursement of the amount of the scholarship according to the provisions and methods set out in the art. 8
of this Notice;
b)to benefit daily from a free first meal and a second meal at the "Winner" rate (see Catering
Provisions), at the ALiSEO Catering Centres, during the opening periods starting from the day
following the publication of the final rankings and until the publication of the definitive rankings
for the 2025/2026 academic year;
c)to benefit, if away from home students and assignees, of free accommodation until the deadline set out in the art.
20.3 of this Notice.
4. Students who are winners in the final ranking of scholarships as "seventh semester + first year of
master's degree" are entitled to:
to)to the disbursement of the amount of the scholarship according to the provisions and methods set out in the
previous art. 9.3 of this Notice;
b)to benefit daily from a free first meal and a second meal at the "Winner" rate (see Catering
Provisions), at the ALiSEO Catering Centres, during opening periods, from the day following the
publication of the final rankings and until:
- to 03/31/2025, for students enrolled in the last semester;
- the publication of the definitive rankings for the 2025/2026 academic year, for students
enrolled in a first year of a master's degree;

c)to use the accommodation place free of charge, if non-resident students assigned accommodation place in the
relevant rankings, up to:
- upon obtaining the first level degree and in any case no later than 03/31/2025 for students enrolled in
the last semester;
- until the deadline set forth in the art. 20.3 of this Notice for students enrolled in a first year of a
master's degree.
5. Students enrolled in PhD courses and specialization schools who are winners in the final scholarship
ranking are entitled to:
to)to the disbursement of the scholarship amount according to the provisions and methods set out in the following art.
24.3 of this Notice;
b)to benefit daily from a free first meal and a second meal at the "Winner" rate (see Catering
Provisions), at the ALiSEO Catering Centres, during the opening periods from the day following
the publication of the definitive rankings until the publication of the definitive rankings for the
2025/2026 academic year;
c)to use the accommodation free of charge, if students are away from home and assigned accommodation in the
relevant rankings until the deadline set out in the art. 20.3 of this Notice.
6. In the event of revocation of benefits, the "Commuting" or "Off-site" student must reimburse the costs of any services enjoyed
(accommodation and/or catering).

17.3 Details on scholarships and services


1. Scholarship-winning students who obtain their degree in the 2024/2025 academic year retain the
right to be awarded the monetary portion of the scholarship (annual or semi-annual), but cannot
continue to use the services (accommodation and /or catering), as governed by the respective
regulations/provisions.
These students must therefore communicate to ALiSEO the achievement of the qualification within 10 days of the graduation
session.
2. "Off-site" students who have won a scholarship but are not assigned accommodation due to unavailability of places
can receive the scholarship increased by the amount corresponding to the value attributed to the accommodation
service compared to the period of unavailability of the place compared to the entire concession period, pursuant to the
provisions of art. 22 of this Notice.
3. Students found eligible in the provisional rankings of scholarships for the 2024/2025 academic year enrolled in
the first years of all degree courses and in subsequent years if not scholarship holders for the 2023/2024
academic year, are entitled to benefit daily at a rate of “Eligible” (see Catering Provisions) for meals at the
ALiSEO Catering Centres, in the opening periods from the day following the publication of the provisional
rankings until the publication of the definitive rankings.
4. Students in the "Suspended" status in the provisional rankings of the scholarships for the 2024/2025 academic
year benefit from the Catering Service at the "Outside range" rate (see Catering Provisions) and cannot be
accommodated. An exception is made for students who have applied for benefits for the first year of the
master's degree course and are "Suspended" for failure to enroll in the academic year. 2024/2025 as they
benefit from the Catering Service at the "Eligible" rate and can be accommodated if assigned accommodation.

5. Students in the final rankings of the 2024/2025 academic year scholarships in the "Suspended" condition
benefit from the Catering Service at the "Out of Band" rate (see Catering Provisions). An exception is
made for students who have applied for benefits for the first year of the master's degree course and are
"Suspended" for failure to enroll in the academic year. 2024/2025 as they benefit from the Catering
Service at the "Winner" rate (see Catering Provisions) and can be accommodated if assigned
accommodation.
6. Students found eligible but not winners of the scholarship in the final rankings due to exhaustion of funds are
admitted to benefit from the services connected to the scholarship free of charge, in the following ways:
to)catering: daily use of meals at the "Eligible" rate at the ALiSEO Catering Centres, in the opening periods from
the day following the publication of the definitive rankings for the 2024/2025 academic year until the
publication of the definitive rankings for the academic year. 2025/2026;
b)accommodation service (only if available): the benefit is granted according to the provisions set out in art. 18
of this Notice.
7. To the students who are winners, in reference to the type of belonging, in the definitive rankings of the 2024/2025
academic year scholarships attending study courses of the University or AFAM institutions at locations where there is
no availability:
to)of ALiSEO catering points (exclusively for commuter and off-site students), the increase in the scholarship
(catering contribution for decentralized offices) relating to the amount corresponding to the value
attributed to the catering service (Table no. 8) is automatically assigned for the period of unavailability of
the catering service;
b)of ALiSEO accommodation (exclusively for off-site students), can receive the scholarship increased by the
amount corresponding to the value attributed to the housing service, pursuant to the provisions of
art. 22 of this Notice.
8. There is no form of monetization of the services, nor is there any reimbursement for failure to
consume meals during the opening and/or closing periods of the catering service and/or for failure

total or partial use of the accommodation service even during periods of closure of the university residences, without prejudice
to the situations listed below:
to)for students who obtain the right to the payment of the rent contribution referred to in the art. 22 of this
Notice;
b)for students with disabilities referred to in art. 13 of this Notice whose failure to use the accommodation
service depends on the provisions of the previous art. 13, paragraph 2 letter. g) of this Notice;

Article 18 -Accommodation service

1. To compete for the granting of the accommodation place, in addition to meeting the requirements set out in this Notice, it is
necessary for the student to reside in the municipalities considered "off-site" with respect to the university headquarters of the
Genoese University and the Ligurian AFAM institutions referred to in the attached Table A. to this Notice.
These students, when submitting the application for benefits, must tick the box "accommodation place".
2. Accommodation places are assigned to "off-site" scholarship winners taking into account the availability of the places
themselves.
3. The students referred to in this article are assigned accommodation for the periods indicated below in the Table
n. 9.
4. Any assignment may take effect after the dates indicated in Table no. 9 without prejudice to the
deadline indicated.
5. During periods of closure of the residences, the housing service facilities are available to ALiSEO.

Article 19 -Priority criteria for the provision of accommodation

19.1Reserves accommodation places

1. ALiSEO reserves the following accommodation places in its Residences:


to)n. 8 places for students enrolled in specialization schools and research doctorate courses referred to in art. 2
of this Notice; these places are assigned in ascending order of ISEEU/ISEEUP, with priority for students
enrolled in years subsequent to the first;
b)n. 5 places for AFAM students enrolled in years subsequent to the first; these places are assigned according to the criteria set out in
the following paragraphs 19.2, 19.3 and 19.4.

19.2 Confirmations for subsequent years and first year of the master's degree

1. To scholarship-winning students included in the accommodation ranking for years following the first or "seventh semester +
first year of a master's degree", already assigned accommodation in the 2023/2024 competition rankings and who have not
renounced it or who have not had it revoked in course of the academic year 2023/2024, the accommodation place occupied in
the academic year is confirmed. 2023/2024 (confirmations);
2. To scholarship-winning students included in the ranking as first year master's degree, already assigned accommodation in the
rankings of the 2023/2024 competition and who have not renounced it or who have not had it revoked during the academic
year. 2023/2024, the accommodation place occupied in the academic year is confirmed. 2023/2024 (confirmations), provided
they possess one of the following requirements:
to)have obtained a first level degree by 31 August 2024;
b)be in possession of 135 credits as of August 10, 2024 (without using the bonus).

19.3 New requests in subsequent years


1. The places made available after the assignments referred to in paragraph 19.2 are attributed to students not accommodated in
the residences in the 2023/2024 academic year enrolled in years subsequent to the first of all courses (new requests).

The rankings are ordered based on the decreasing score obtained from the following formula:

Student credits (or annuities): only those acquired by 8/10/2024 are considered valid;

Max credits (or annuities): the number of credits (or annuities) corresponding to the maximum number of credits (or annuities) foreseen by the standard study
plan starting from the year of first enrollment of the student with the exclusion of those of the academic year . 2024/2025.

2. In the event of a tie, the following priority criteria are taken into account:
to)the student who does not use the bonus;
b)the student who uses the bonus to a lesser extent;
c)the student with the lowest ISEEU/ISEEUP.

19.4 New requests for the first years
1. The places made available after the assignments referred to in paragraphs 19.1 and 19.2 are assigned as follows:
to)70% to EU international students who applied for benefits in the first year (with priority given to
students who applied for benefits in the first year of a master's degree);
b)30% to non-EU international students who applied for benefits in the first year (with priority to
students who applied for benefits in the first year of a master's degree).

2. The rankings for the students referred to in paragraph 1 are formulated in ascending order of ISEEU/ISEEUP. In the
event of a tie, the youngest in age precedes.
3. Any places made available after assignments in accordance with the previous rankings are redistributed to students
eligible for accommodation based on the percentages indicated above.

19.5 Details on the accommodation place


1. To the student with disabilities referred to in art. 13 of this Notice, the accommodation place is assigned with priority
over other students. Furthermore, he is granted the right to choose between the assignment of accommodation and
the cash supplement to the scholarship, equal to the amount of the Housing Service referred to in Table no. 8, if
deemed more suited to your needs.
2. In the assignment of the accommodation place, the student who is "Eligible" has priority over the "Eligible Suspended" student.

3. The student in the condition of "Eligible Suspended" can be assigned an accommodation place when he/she heals his/
her position, within the deadlines set in relation to the type of suspension and within the limits of the availability of
accommodation place when the student himself/herself heals his/her position .
4. The student with a minor child born on or after 1 January 2018 and present in Italy at the time of
submitting the application in the student's family unit will be paid a cash supplement to the scholarship,
equal to the amount of the Housing Service referred to in the Table n. 8, if you apply for rent contribution
as provided in the following paragraph 22.1.

Article 20 -Method of assigning accommodation

20.1 Expression of interest


1. The Housing Service sends students eligible for accommodation to the email address indicated by the student in
the applicationonline,requests for expression of interest in accommodation.
Once the deadline has elapsed without having received feedback within the terms indicated in the aforementioned expression of interest, the
students are considered for all intents and purposes to have renounced the assigned place.
2. Students who have joined the event, within the established deadlines, will be sent a communication to the
email address indicated by the student in the applicationonline,with the indication of the assigned
residence and the date of convocation, starting from the following dates:
d)from 12 September 2024 for CONFIRMATIONS in subsequent years (Unige and Afam), "last semester", "seventh
semester + first year of master's degree" and first year of master's degree:
And)from26 September 2024 NEW ENTRY in subsequent years (Unige and Afam), "last semester" and "seventh
semester + first year of master's degree":
f) from 4 October 2024 NEW ENTRANCES first and second level years (Unige and Afam);
g)from 4 October 2024 CONFIRMATIONS and NEW ENTRY doctorates and postgraduates.
3. If students do not show up on the date of the call referred to in the previous paragraph 2, they are considered for all intents
and purposes to have renounced their assigned place.
Students who, for serious and documented health reasons (attested by a certificate issued by the
National Health Service), are unable to show up on the date indicated for entry must submit a
specific written request for postponement, duly documented, by sending an email to the address
accommodation@aliseo.liguria.it .The competent Service will evaluate the admissibility of the requests received at its
sole discretion.
4. The accommodation places at the ALiSEO Residences are assigned to admitted students, according to the priority of the individual
rankings, taking into account the proximity between the location of the degree course attended and the accommodation places
available.
This criterion is also subject, in the opinion of the Administration, to the need for cultural integration of the
communities present in the individual structures
The student, referred to in paragraph 7 of the art. 14 of this Notice, in "International Mobility" or National
Mobility" must free the accommodation from their personal effects before their Erasmus departure.
5. The student who returns to the Residences after the "International Mobility" or "National Mobility" period will be
reassigned an accommodation place only at the end of the mobility period. In reassignment, the
accommodation place assigned before departure is not guaranteed.

20.2 Entry into accommodation

1. Upon entering the accommodation in the ALiSEO Residences, students must:


to)be
in possession of a suitable valid identification document and a residence permit for non-EU
international students (corresponding to the one entered in the applicationonlinewhen
requesting benefits);
b)have made the payment via the PagoPA platform by accessing directly from the personal page "Student
Desk" of the amount of €250.00 as an interest-free security deposit which is refunded, upon request
of the interested party, at the end of the right of use in reference to the entire university career;

c)be in possession of the health documentation required by current legislation;


d)sign an act of acceptance of the accommodation, committing to respect the provisions on student residences,
which can be downloaded from the ALiSEO institutional website.

20.3 Leaving the accommodation before the summer break


1. By the closing date scheduled for the summer period (31/07/2025) all ALiSEO Student Residences
must be left free of people and personal objects.
2. Exclusively for students housed in the Milano-Terminus and Marinelle residences, the closing date for the
summer period is brought forward to 07/25/2025.

20.4 Revocation of accommodation place

1. The student subject to a provision for revocation of benefits (scholarship and accommodation) is required, for the
period in which he was accommodated, to pay the value of the accommodation according to the monthly rates
indicated in the Table n. below. 10, minus any amount already withheld:

Article 21 -Payment methods for accommodation


1. Payments for accommodation places at the ALiSEO Residences must be made via the PagoPA platform by
accessing directly from the personal "Student Desk" page from the 5th to the 15th of each month.

2. Payment delays:
to)exceeding one month are sanctioned with the application of the late payment provided for by the Provisions on
Student Residences;
b)exceeding two months will result in the forfeiture of the accommodation and the initiation of legal procedures for the
recovery of the credit.

Article 22 -Rent contribution


1. Scholarship winners, eligible but not accommodated due to unavailability of places or eligible but attending
study courses of the University or AFAM institutions at locations where there is no availability of ALiSEO
accommodation, may be granted an increase in the scholarship. studio, upon presentation of a duly registered
rental contract, relating to the amount corresponding to the value attributed to the housing service (Table no.
8), compared to the period of unavailability of the accommodation.
An exception to the regularly registered contract is permitted in the case of a room rental or residence/college
contract, not subject to registration, which in any case must contain the clauses governing the hospitality and
signature of the parties.
2. Students who renounce the assignment of accommodation cannot also request the rent contribution
referred to in this article.
3. Students who are assigned accommodation following subsequent scrolling of the definitive rankings have the right to
choose between the assignment of accommodation and the rent contribution.
4. Students referred to in the previous paragraph 3 who opt for the assignment of accommodation, completing
the entry procedures, and subsequently renounce the accommodation, will not have their interest-free security
deposit returned, but will maintain their "off-site" status.

22.1 Request method

1. To request this increase, called rent contribution, students must by 31 December 2024:
to)applyexclusively through the procedureonline,by connecting to the sitewww.aliseo.liguria.it .

b)upload the rental contract which shows:
-that the duration also partially includes the period 1 October 2024 – 31 July 2025;

-theregular registration with the Revenue Agency and/or the possible renewal with the successful
registration with the Revenue Agency, pursuant to law 9 December 1998, n. 431 "Discipline of the
leasing and release of properties used for residential use" and subsequent amendments and
additions;
- that the student requesting the benefit is the holder of the contract. If it is not the owner, it must
appear with a deed of takeover in the contract in the name of others, duly signed by the parties
and registered, or appear in the contract as a person entitled to occupy the home and to pay a
portion of the agreed rent.
2. In the event that the student has a room rental or residence/college contract, not subject to registration, he must
complete theuploadby the date referred to in the previous paragraph 1 of the aforementioned document in which the
clauses governing the hospitality and the signing of the same are set out.

22.2 Delivery
1. The payment of the rent contribution is made according to the terms and methods of the second installment of the
scholarship for students enrolled in years subsequent to the first and according to the terms and methods of
disbursement of the scholarship for students enrolled in the first years and students enrolled in doctoral courses and
specialization schools.
2. The amount of the rent contribution is determined by the number of months indicated on the rental contract or on the room
rental or residence/college contract compared to the period of unavailability of the accommodation place. The monthly
payments are considered valid for the purposes of disbursement as long as the actual rental days are equal to or greater than
fifteen.
3. The amount relating to the rent contribution, determined on the basis of the previous paragraph 2, is paid in advance
uploadon the Student Desk page of at least one receipt certifying the payment of one month's salary.
4. To students with disabilities referred to in art. 13 of this Notice of accommodation assignees who opt for the cash
supplement to the scholarship (value attributed to the housing service referred to in Table no. 8), the contract referred
to in the previous paragraph 22.1, paragraph 1 letter, is not required . b).
5. Students eligible for accommodation with a minor child born on or after 1 January 2018 and present in Italy at
the time of submitting the application in the student's family unit can request the rent contribution by
submitting the application as provided for in paragraph 22.1 above.
6. Payment of the monthly installments must be made by bank transfer and, for the purpose of disbursing
the contribution referred to in this article, different types of payment cannot be accepted.
Payment can also be made by third parties as long as the name of the student requesting the rent contribution is
included in the reason for the transfer.
For students who have a room rental or residence/college contract, theuploadreceipts proving
regular payment of the monthly rent.
The student is required to carry out theuploadof the receipts certifying the monthly payment on the Student Desk Page for the
purposes of the checks referred to in the following paragraph 7 of this Notice by 31 August 2025.
7. The competent Service carries out random checks by verifying payment receipts made by bank transfer in
favor of the lessor, relating to the months of rental compared to the months of rent contribution paid or
to be paid.
If, following the aforementioned check, the student has not attached the payment receipts by 8/31/2025 or a
discrepancy is ascertained regarding the number of months paid or to be paid as rent contribution, the competent
Service will revoke the benefit of the rent contribution or remodulates the amount based on the actual receipts in the
student's possession.
If the rent contribution has already been paid, the student is required to return the sum for which he has not
accrued the right.
If the student has not attached any receipt or the receipt is not considered valid, the competent
Service will change the type of student from "off-site" to "commuter".

Article 23 -Results of competitions and publication of rankings


1. The outcome of the competitions for the granting of scholarships, accommodation and scholarship integration for
international mobility referred to in art. 14 of this Notice, is made known through publication on the website
www.aliseo.liguria.it . in the Praetorian Register section.
2. No individual communication will be sent regarding the outcome of the competitions. Each student can also
consult the outcome of their application (scholarship and accommodation) on their "Student Help Desk" page of
ALiSEO.
3. The results of the competitions are published, except in cases of force majeure, by the dates indicated in the following tables:

4. Any request for review against the results of the provisional rankings of the competition, drawn up
on plain paper, must be presented to the General Director of ALiSEO within ten days of their
publication. Requests for review regarding:
to)exclusion for submitting the application after the deadlines;
b)failure to attribute for reasons of legitimacy.
The outcome of the requests for review will be communicated through the publication of the final rankings.
5. Against the results of the final rankings, students who are interested can appeal to
TAR Liguria within 60 days of publication or submit an extraordinary appeal to the Head of State
within 120 days of publication.
6. The following outcomes are possible in the provisional scholarship rankings:
to)Eligible: student who meets the requirements set out in this Notice and must therefore await the outcome of
the final rankings.
b)Eligible Suspended: student who, due to particular situations, can remedy his position in order to obtain
eligibility in the definitive rankings. The condition can be remedied under penalty of DEFINITIVE exclusion
from the competition by 25 October 2024, except for the student who has submitted an application for the
first year of a master's degree and is in the Suspended condition for non-enrolment;
c)Noteligible: student who does not meet the requirements set out in this Notice.
7. The following outcomes are possible in the provisional housing rankings:
to)Eligible:student who possesses the requirements set out in this Notice and who therefore can be assigned, in
case of availability of accommodation places, following acceptance;
b)Eligible Suspended: student who, due to particular situations, must remedy his/her position under penalty of DEFINITIVE
exclusion from the competition by 25 October 2024, except for the student who submitted an application for the first year
of a master's degree and is in the condition of Suspended for not registration; the student will be contacted for the
assignment of the accommodation place when he/she has remedied his/her position, and within the limits of the
availability of accommodation place.
c)Not eligible: student who does not meet the requirements set out in this Notice.
8. The following outcomes are possible in the final scholarship rankings:
to)Beneficiary: student who meets the requirements set out in the Notice and is entitled to benefit from the
scholarship, unless subsequently verified by the Economic Benefits Service.
b)Suspended Beneficiary: student who finds himself in the following situations:
- subjected to official verification;
- suspended for "undeclared foreign income" as it must request the ISEEUP certification by
12/31/2024;
- suspended for "not enrolled" as they must enroll by 12/31/2024 or by 03/10/2025 if they
applied for the first year of a master's degree;
The aforementioned conditions of suspension must be remedied under penalty of revocation of benefits.
c)Eligible:
student who meets the requirements set out in this Notice, but cannot take advantage of the
scholarship due to exhaustion of available resources.
d)Not eligible: student who does not meet the requirements set out in this Notice or has not remedied his/her
"Suspended" position in the provisional ranking by the deadline of 25 October 2024.
9. The following outcomes are possible in the definitive housing rankings:
to)Eligible:student who possesses the requirements set out in this Notice and who therefore can be assigned, in
case of availability of accommodation places, following acceptance;
b)Eligible Suspended: student who finds himself in the following situations:
- subjected to official verification;
- suspended for "undeclared foreign income" as it must request the ISEEUP certification by
12/31/2024;
-suspended for "not enrolled" as they must enroll by 12/31/2024 or by 03/10/2025 if they
applied for the first year of a master's degree;
c)Not eligible: student who does not meet the requirements set out in this Notice or has not remedied his/her
"Suspended" position in the provisional ranking by the deadline of 25 October 2024.

Article 24 -Method of payment of the scholarship
1. The payment of the scholarship takes place only by crediting a current account or prepaid card (the top-
up limit of which allows the crediting of the scholarship amount) with an Italian or SEPA IBAN, registered
or jointly held to the student who requested the benefit.
If the student indicates a foreign current account, he must also indicate, in addition to the IBAN code, the
BIC/SWIFT details of his account. ALiSEO does not bear any costs of issuing the bank transfer charged to
the student by credit institutions.
2. The term for disbursement of the installment means the date of the act with which ALiSEO orders the payment. The
actual availability of the sum in the student's current account will be during the following month, with variable timing
depending on the technical times of the credit institutions.
3. In the event of the student's death, it is specified that the use of the scholarship represents a right linked to the
person's status and therefore cannot be transferred by inheritance.
4. The first installment of the scholarship equal to 50% of the total is calculated, for students requesting
accommodation, on the basis of the scholarship for "off-site" students. If the student changes their status
to "commuter", the relative positive adjustment, determined by the new status, is made on the final
installment of the scholarship. If the aforementioned adjustment is negative, the relevant difference will
be requested from the student.

24.1 Students enrolled in years subsequent to the first


1. The first installment of the monetary portion of the scholarship is paid as follows:
to)to students enrolled at the University:
- equal to 50% of the scholarship amount and related additions by 12/31/2024;
- for students awarded scholarships such as "Last semester" and "Seventh semester + first year of
master's degree" equal to 25% of the net amounts of the scholarship referred to in Table no. 8
including any additions, by 12/31/2024.
b)to students enrolled at AFAM institutions:
- equal to 50% of the scholarship amount and related additions by 12/31/2024.
2. The second installment of the monetary portion of the scholarship is paid in the following ways:
to)to students enrolled at the University:
- equal to 50% of the scholarship amount and related additions by 6/30/2024;
- for students awarded a "Last semester" scholarship equal to 25% of the net amounts of the
scholarship referred to in Table no. 8 including any additions, by 12/31/2024.
- for students who have won a scholarship such as “Seventh semester + first year of degree
masterful":
- if enrolled in a first year of a master's degree for the academic year 2024/2025:
equal to 75% of the amounts referred to in Table n.8, including any additions to the
achievement of 20 credits acquired by 10/08/2025;
equal to 25% of the amounts referred to in Table no. 8, including any additions to the
achievement of 20 credits acquired by 11/30/2025;
- if enrolled in a fourth year of a first level degree (last semester) for the academic year. 2024/2025:
equal to 25% of the net amounts referred to in Table no. 8, including any additions.;
b)to students enrolled at AFAM institutions
- equal to 50% of the scholarship amount and related additions by 6/30/2024;

24.2 Students enrolled in the first years


1. The scholarship is paid/recognized in the amount due, as follows:
to)first years of bachelor's and single-cycle master's degrees:
- 20% of the total amount of the scholarship by 10/11/2024;
- 30% of the total amount of the scholarship by 12/31/2024;
- 50% of the total amount of the scholarship upon achievement of 20 credits by 8/10/2025.
b)first years of master's degree:
- 50% of the total amount of the scholarship by 12/31/2024;
- 50% of the total amount of the scholarship upon achievement of 20 credits by 8/10/2025.
2. The disbursement of the amounts of 20% and 30% referred to in letter a) and the amount of the first installment
equal to 50% referred to in letter. b) of the previous paragraph is made up primarily, for "Commuting" and "Off-
site" students, of the service portion of the scholarship (a free meal at the catering centers and free
accommodation for the 2024/a.y. 2025).
If the part provided in services is not sufficient to cover the value of 50% of the scholarship, ALiSEO
will provide the remaining monetary difference.
3. For students enrolled in the degree courses of the Health Professions, belonging to the School of Medical and
Pharmaceutical Sciences, for the purpose of counting the 20 credits, the credits of the technical-practical internship
exam scheduled for the academic year 2024/2025 are also considered if acquired and registered by 10/31/2024, by the
University, on the student's "Exam self-certification".
4. Students with disabilities referred to in art. 13 of this competition announcement, enrolled in the first years of all
courses, will receive the amount of the scholarship in a single payment, without meeting the merit requirement (20
credits as of 10/8/2025) by:

to)10/11/2024 for the first years of bachelor's and single-cycle master's degrees;
b)31/12/2024 for the first years of a master's degree.

24.3 Students enrolled in specialization schools and research doctorate courses


1. The net monetary portion of the scholarship will be paid in a single payment by 31 December 2024.

Article 25 - Causes of non-admission, exclusion or revocation from benefits

25.1 Reasons for non-admission


1. The following cases constitute reasons for non-admission:
to)failure
to comply with the deadlines for submitting the application for benefits referred to in the art. 7 of this
competition notice;
b)failure to send the application (even in the case of partial or complete completion of the same);
c)the request for benefits for students enrolled for the 2024/2025 academic year in a first year of a
bachelor's or single-cycle degree course who are thirty-five years of age on the application
deadline;
d)the request for the benefit of accommodation for students enrolled for the 2024/2025 academic year
who have not reached the age of eighteen on the application deadline;
And)having suffered the revocation of benefits in previous academic years for having made untruthful
declarations with the application of the administrative sanction;
f) being indebted to ALiSEO, ARTE (Regional Territorial Construction Company) of Genoa and other
bodies for the Right to University Education, unless repayment plans have been agreed and are
regularly respected .

25.2 Causes for exclusion and revocation


1. They are excluded from benefits or their benefits are revoked for:
to)students with a conventional year of first enrollment exceeding the number of semesters for which the
benefit can be granted;
b)students, (with the exception of students who submitted an application for the 2024/2025 academic year
as the first year of a master's degree) who have not completed enrollment for the 2024/2025
academic year at the University by 31/ 12/2024;
c)studentswho, by submitting an application for benefits such as "seventh semester + first year of a master's
degree", have not completed enrollment in the "seventh semester by 31/12/2024 or in a 1st year of a
master's degree course by 10/03/2025 at the University for the academic year 2024/2025;
d)students who, by submitting an application for benefits as the first year of a master's degree, are not
registered at the University for the 2024/2025 academic year, by 03/10/2025 (i.e. by the deadline
otherwise indicated by the Departments for obtaining the degree);
And)students who submitted the application as "seventh semester + first year of master's degree" or first year of
master's degree and are enrolled for the academic year. 2024/2025 for training activities aimed at enrolling
in the master's degree (bridge career);
f) AFAM students who have not completed enrollment for the 2024/2025 academic year by the dates set
by the respective AFAM institutions;
g)students who submitted the application for benefits for the academic year 2024/2025 as enrolled in a:
- “first year” and are enrolled in the “subsequent year”
- “subsequent year” and are enrolled in the “first year”;
h)"subsequent years" students who are enrolled in a different year than the one self-certified when
submitting the application for benefits and are therefore not in possession of the minimum
merit requirement;
the) students who are enrolled in a different level of study course compared to the one self-certified
when submitting the application for benefits, with the exception of students who submitted an
application as "seventh semester + first year of master's degree" and are, after the definitive
rankings, enrolled by 10/03/2025 in a first year of a master's degree;
j) students who enroll at the University or AFAM Institutions for the 2024/2025 academic year to obtain
a degree of the same level or lower than the one already acquired, in particular:
- students with a degree from the old system who enroll in a degree course, single-cycle
master's degree, master's degree, or a first or second level diploma from the AFAM
institutions;
- students in possession of a university diploma who enroll in a first level degree course;

- students with a bachelor's degree or a single-cycle master's degree who enroll in another
bachelor's or single-cycle master's degree course, or with a master's degree who enroll in a
master's degree or single-cycle master's degree course ;
- students in possession of a specialization diploma or research doctorate who enroll in
another doctoral course or specialization school;
- students in possession of a first level degree or first level diploma from an AFAM institution
who enroll in a first level degree course or an AFAM first level diploma course;

- students in possession of a master's degree or second level diploma from an AFAM institution
who enroll in a master's degree course or an AFAM second level diploma course;
k)students who have obtained a degree from an Italian or foreign university recognized in Italy (equivalence of qualification) of
the same level as the one for which they are requesting benefits for the academic year. 2024/2025;
L) students who transfer from other AFAM universities or institutions (Italian or foreign) and have not
obtained regularization of the transfer by 12/31/2024;
m)students whose enrollment is canceled or obtain transfer/leave of absence to other universities or other
AFAM institutions (Italian or foreign) by 12/31/2024;
n)students enrolled for a number of semesters greater than that foreseen by this Notice considering, in case of
validation of exams from a previous course and/or career (Italian or foreign), as the conventional year of
first enrollment the one carried out in the course and/or or in a previous career at the Genoese University
or another Italian or foreign university;
or)students who are enrolled for the academic year 2024/2025, to a course year for which they have already
requested benefits from ALiSEO or another Italian University Education Right Body also following a course
transfer "with exam validation" or "without" exam validation or of giving up studies;
p)students who give up their studies after the publication of the final rankings;
q)students who renounce the assigned benefits, including any additions;
r) students who for the academic year 2024/2025 lose the minimum merit requirements following a change in
definitive enrollment and/or "validation of exams" from a previous career;
s) students found to lack the merit and/or income requirements following an assessment by
ALiSEO;
t) students who, if summoned by the Economic Benefits Service for assessments, do not show up by the date
set in the notice of call, sent to the e-mail address indicated by the student in the benefits application, or do
not present the required documentation within the required time;
u)students who do not meet the requirements to request the additions to the scholarship referred to in the art. 12 of this Notice. The
benefit relating to integration will be revoked from these students, without prejudice to verification of the maintenance of the
other benefits (scholarship and accommodation);
v)students with disabilities referred to in art. 13 of this Notice who, following the revocation of the integration of the
scholarship of the aforementioned article, are not in possession of the merit requirements foreseen for non-
disabled students;
w)students enrolled, in the 2024/2025 academic year, in the first year of all courses who have not achieved
at least twenty credits by 30 November 2025;
x)students who benefit from other monetary benefits, relating to the same academic year, for any reason
attributed by public or private bodies (including the University), including scholarships awarded to foreign
students by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, having the same purposes of the scholarship or which
have been explicitly declared incompatible with the scholarship itself.
Please note that the student has the right to opt for one benefit or the other.
An exception to the above is made for:
- scholarships granted by national and foreign institutions aimed at integrating the scholarship holders'
training or research activities with stays abroad and for part-time collaboration or tutoring positions
granted by the University;
- the benefits attributed by other institutions for the sole purpose of supporting the costs of the housing
service. In this case, "off-site" students will not be able to use the accommodation and/or rent contribution
and will be considered "Commuters";
y)students who, following the revocation of the scholarship, lose the right to also obtain the
additions referred to in article 12 of this Notice;
z)students who are indebted to ALiSEO, or other bodies for the Right to University Education;

aa) in the cases provided for by the Provisions on Student Residences; in


bb) the cases provided for by the Provisions for the Catering Service;
cc) students who, in the case of transfer with or without validation of exams, leave from a course and/or a previous
career (Italian or foreign), are ascertained to have a different conventional year of first enrollment compared to
that declared when submitting the application application for benefits;
dd) students who are enrolled in part-time study courses; students
and and) who are enrolled in master's degrees;
ff) students who have already requested benefits from ALiSEO, or from another Italian Right to University Education
Institution, for the same course year for which they submitted an application for the academic year. 2024/2025;

students who, following checks, are found to be indebted to ALiSEO or other Italian bodies for
days)

the Right to University Education for academic years prior to 2024/2025, unless repayment plans
have been agreed and they are regularly respected;
hh) students who, despite being beneficiaries in the final rankings, have not obtained the necessary
visa to enter Italy;
ii)students who, following checks, are found not to possess the requirements to maintain the integrations
referred to in the art. 12 of this Notice;
jj) students who do not have the ISEEUP certificate by 12/31/2024.

2. The Economic Benefits Service reserves the right to evaluate any further causes of exclusion not covered in the above-
mentioned points which may be of an impediment to the maintenance of the requested benefits.
3. If ALiSEO ascertains the existence of such conditions of non-admission or exclusion during checks
following the publication of the final rankings, the benefits will be revoked.
4. Students who lose the benefits must reimburse the scholarship (including supplements) and any services
enjoyed (at a "band" rate based on the ISEEU/ for the catering service, (with the exception of students
who have submitted an application as first year of a master's degree and are revoked for "non-enrolment"
at the "out of range" rate) and at the rates referred to in Table no. 10 for the accommodation service"),
unless it concerns forfeiture due to untruthful declarations: in in this case, in fact, the provisions of the
art. apply. 26, paragraph 4, of this competition notice.
5. The act of revocation is communicated to the University and the AFAM Institutions which, based on current legislation, arrange
for the revocation of the related contributory benefits.

Article 26 -Checks on the truthfulness of the declarations produced


1. ALiSEO, in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of this competition notice, carries out truthfulness checks on the
self-certifications produced by students pursuant to articles. 43 and 71 of the Presidential Decree of 28 December 2000 n. 445
within the legal deadlines and without the obligation to give notice to the student.
The truthfulness checks, in accordance with the provisions of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 9 April 2001, are carried
out using the verification method with random checks as established by current legislation.
ALiSEO carries out the aforementioned checks starting from the closing date of the benefit competition and in compliance with the
terms established by current legislation on the matter.
2. To carry out the checks referred to in the previous paragraph 1, in addition to requesting from the student,
through the e-mail address indicated by the same in the applicationonline,all the documentation needed to
prove the truthfulness of what is self-certified, ALiSEO can carry out, with every means at its disposal, the
investigations it deems appropriate also with the collaboration of the Universities, the AFAM Institutions, the
Bodies operating in the field of the right to education, the competent State Authorities and Local Authorities,
through access to the tax register of the Revenue Agency and through the NPS database.
In the cases provided for by the art. 21 octies law 7 August 1990, n.241 and subsequent amendments ALiSEO issues the revocation
provision without the obligation to communicate the start of the assessment to the students.
If the student has not communicated to ALiSEO the change of email address or the latter is incorrect, the
communication sent to that address is considered valid for all purposes.
3. In the event of proven untruthful declarations, which lead to the enjoyment of benefits not due, pursuant to art. 10 of
the legislative decree 29 March 2012, n. 68, the student loses the benefit and eligibility. Furthermore, the student may
be subject to an administrative sanction consisting in the payment of a sum triple the amount received, both in
monetary terms and in value of the services unduly used. Furthermore, the student loses the right to obtain other
payments for the entire duration of the course of study, without prejudice, in any case, to the application of the
sanctions referred to in the art. 38 paragraph 3 of the legislative decree of 31 May 2010, n. 78, converted with
amendments by Law 30 July 2010, n. 122, as well as the criminal provisions for facts constituting a crime.

4. The lists of students benefiting from the scholarship are sent to the financial administration, the INPS and
the National Association for organizations for the right to university education (ANDISU). The members of
the family unit belonging to the students who benefit from interventions that require an assessment of
their economic conditions are included in the categories that are subject, pursuant to current legislation,
to the maximum controls.

Article 27 - Restitution of benefits


1. The revocation of benefits is communicated to the email address indicated in the applicationonlineby the student.
The revocation note specifies the information relating to the amount to be returned, the date by which the payment
must be made and the related reimbursement methods.
Installments may be granted subject to authorization from the Director of the Right to Study Sector of ALiSEO, in
accordance with what is indicated in the "Provisions regarding credit recovery of scholarships, integrations and
services enjoyed" approved with resolution dated 27 May 2022, n. 188. Payments relating to debts resulting
from the revocation of benefits must be made via the PagoPA platform by accessing directly from the personal
"Student Help Desk" page.
2. In all cases of failure to repay the sums due, the benefits assigned are suspended until the debt
position is regularized and, unless repayment plans have been agreed upon and are regularly
respected, student debtors cannot request benefits for future academic years.

3. The student who renounces his entire university career must return the benefits obtained in the last year of enrollment
(monetary portion of the scholarship, portion of services).

Article 28 -Reporting of the debt situation
1. In the event that the student is not up to date with the payments due for any reason, ALiSEO reports the
debt situation to the University and the AFAM Institutions which, on the basis of specific agreements or
understandings, can put in place measures that will not allow the student to proceed in one's career until
the debt is settled.

Article 29 - Obligations and methods of communication


1. The student is required to communicate to ALiSEO any change relevant to the benefits granted
based on the provisions of this Notice, which occurs after the date of submission of the application
(e.g. award of a scholarship or other financial aid, leave from another University/AFAM Institution,
withdrawal from studies, failure to enrol, change of residence, etc.).
2. All ALiSEO communications, including those relating to assessments and revocation of benefits, take place
via the email address entered into the ALiSEO database by the student. These communications have legal
value in all respects, replacing postal communication.
3. If the student does not communicate the change of email address or it is incorrect, the communication from
ALiSEO (including that relating to the assessments and revocation of benefits) is considered valid in all respects
if notified to the last email address communicated to the Agency by the student.
4. The student must be aware that:
to)is identified, in relation to e-mail correspondence, through the e-mail address present in the
ALiSEO database;
b)the email address present in the ALiSEO database is attributed to the student and must be managed by the student
himself and not by other subjects;
c)all communications between the student and ALiSEO and vice versa must be made to the address entered in the
ALiSEO database;
d)failureto read the communications sent to the student by ALiSEO does not constitute an
acceptable reason for any dispute;
And)the sending of emails by the student from addresses other than the one entered in the ALiSEO database will not be taken
into consideration and therefore will not be subject to a response from ALiSEO;
f) any change in the e-mail address must be made by the student using the appropriate procedure
available on the student's personal page "Student Office".

Article 30 -Provisions regarding the protection of privacy


1. Data processing will be carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree no.
196/03 and subsequent amendments as amended by the legislative decree of 10 August 2018, n. 101. In the
questiononlinethe student must sign having read the information; the provision of personal data as well as the
declaration of having read the information is mandatory for participation in the competition.
2. The data requested in the self-certification (e.g. personal data, residence, e-mail address, registration data, etc.)
as well as those contained in the requested documentation (income data, etc.) are intended for all the
operations carried out, as a rule, with electronic and automated means, aimed at drawing up the rankings for
the assignment of scholarships, university accommodation and for the provision of the catering service referred
to in the Prime Ministerial Decree of 9 April 2001, in the Legislative Decree of 29 March 2012, n. 68 and the
decree of the Ministry of University and Research of 17 December 2021, n. 1320 and for quality and fact-finding
investigations, including anonymous ones, aimed at improving ALiSEO's services. The legal basis of the data
processing is the execution of a task of public interest provided for by the aforementioned legislation.
3. The data may be communicated to the Liguria Region, the University of Genoa, the AFAM Institutions, the
INPS, the Revenue Agency, the Ministry of Education, University and Research, the Ministry of the Interior,
to the Ministry of Defence, to the National Association for bodies for the Right to University Education
(ANDISU), as well as to other public and/or private entities for control purposes.
4. The data will be kept for ten years at the end of the processing, unless otherwise provided by the Ministry of
University and Research and the Region.
5. Interested parties are guaranteed the rights referred to in the articles. 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679; the interested party
also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data.
6. The data controller is ALiSEO, Ligurian Agency for students and orientation, with headquarters in via San
Vincenzo Genova. ALiSEO has appointed the lawyer as responsible for the protection of personal data.

Article 31 -Referral rule and safeguard clause


1. Submission of the applicationonlineon the basis of this competition notice constitutes acceptance by the
student of all the rules contained therein and in the application to be completed, as well as those
contained in the provisions and reference documents. For anything not expressly indicated in this Notice,
