1 hour fee live unload, thereafter, is $100/hour for waiting time charge

•Drayage rate is for legal weight, subject to addition cost to balance and to be legal on the weight.
•Maximum legal cargo weight 17 Tons/20’, 19.5 Tons/40’.
•Prepull and yard storage could occur addition charges.
•Drop and pull is double drayage.
LTL/AIR Freight Shipment:
LCL/LTL delivery to residential is curbside only, no inside delivery and trash dispose, subject to extra charge on the oversize/heavy
package. Extra charge will be applied when liftgate is required and limit access.
Air freight shipment, subject to destination airline warehouse breakdown charges
There are 2 types of entry bonds on the Customs clearance:
Single entry bond:
As their names imply, the single-entry bond covers only one import shipment.
The single-entry bond fee is 0.5% of the total commercial invoice value and duty, min. USD $55.
When FDA clearance is required, single entry bond fee is 0.5% of triple commercial invoice value and duty, min.$55.00.
Single entry bond fee does not cover the bond for ISF filing. Require the single ISF bond, a separate charge.
Continuous Transaction Bond:
The annual bond/continuous transaction bond fee is USD $550-$650 per year.
The annual bond does cover the ISF filing and Customs clearance.
Primary Freight requires the duty payment prior due date, duty cannot be combined in the monthly settlement.
FMC Requirements:
The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) requires your company to be registered or licensed as an NVOCC before Primary Freight
Services can provide any shipping services destined to the United States.
