Why should free speech be limited, when talking about Indians

A human right that supports societies, freedom of speech enables people to freely express
their thoughts and opinions., however, must not be used as reasons for hate speech,
prejudice, or indifference to culture. It is important to remember the historical wrongs and
common prejudices that Indians have experienced when talking about them. To safeguard
the equal rights and respect of Indian communities and to promote a more diverse and
peaceful society, it is important to restrict free speech in this situation.

Allowing unsupervised free speech about Indians can lead to the propagation of hate
speech. Hate speech not only inflicts emotional and psychological harm on the targeted
individuals but also increases harmful stereotypes and prejudices. Limiting free speech in
this situation is crucial for maintaining the equality and respect of Indian communities as
well as for promoting an inclusive and peaceful society.

Limiting free speech when discussing Indians encourages cultural sensitivity and awareness.
This means respecting their customs, traditions, and beliefs This is a prevalent issue faced by
Indian communities, arises when aspects of their culture are exploited or misrepresented by
