3. Even with the higher proposed premium, your policy sustainability projection will be heavily affected if you have any outstanding
premiums. You are advised to pay the outstanding premiums, if any, and may also be required to add ad-hoc top up premium for
this proposed policy change to enhance the policy sustainability.
4. If your policy has any medical rider(s) attached which will undergo re-pricing in the next 3 months, the projection of your policy
