Catona in colours: 106 (Snow White), 162 (Black Coffee), 254 (Fossil) and 263 (Petal
Peach).
Hook 2,5 mm.
Wadding.
Needle and scissor.
Safety eyes.
Electric candlelight.
Glue.

I haven’t used more than 50 grams per colour.

As I told you in the beginning, the beanie you can make in to any animal you want, cat,
mouse, dog or what you prefer. It’s only for you to change the colours if it don’t match the
character you want to make.

Abbreviations:
ch – chain
st – stitch
sc – single crochet
dc – double crochet
blo – back loop only
dec – decrease

Body:
Don’t forget to stuff it while you make it.
Start with white yarn (no 106).
Ch 2.
R1: 6 sc in first ch.
R2: 2 sc in every st *6 times* (12 sc).
R3: 1 sc, 2 sc in next st *6 times* (18 sc).
R4: 1 sc x 2, 2 sc in next st *6 times* (24 sc).
R5: 1 sc x 3, 2 sc in next st *6 times* (30 sc).

– Change colour to brown.
R10-11: 1 sc in every st (12 sc).

– Change colour to white.

Stuff in a bit in the bottom.
Finish off and leave a tail for assembly.

Legs (make 2):
Use colour white.
Ch 21.
R1: Skip first ch and then sc in every st (20 sc).
R2: 1 sc in every st (20 sc).

Feets (make 2):


Use colour brown.
Ch 2.
R1: 6 sc in first ch.
R2: 2 sc in every st *6 times* (12 sc).
R3: 1 sc, 2 sc in next st *6 times* (18 sc).
R4-6: 1 sc in every st (18 sc).
R7: 1 sc, dec 1 *6 times* (12 sc).
– Stuff it.
R8: dec 1 *6 times* (6 sc).
– Finish off.

Beanie:

Ch 15 + 3 in brown yarn.
R1: Skip first 3 ch, make a dc in fourth and continue with 1 dc in every ch. Turn.
R2-19: Make 1 dc in every st blo. Turn.
Double-fold and sew the sides together to form a beanie.

Eyes:
Use withe yarn.
Ch 2.
R1: 6 sc in first ch.
R2: 2 sc in every st *6 times* (12 sc).
R3: 1 sc, 2 sc in next st *6 times* (18 sc).
Finish off and leave a long tail for assembly.

Light-holder:
Use white yarn.
Ch 2.
R1: 6 sc in first ch.
R2: 2 sc in every st *6 times* (12 sc).
R3: 1 sc, 2 sc in next st *6 times* (18 sc).
R4: 1 sc x 2, 2 sc in next st *6 times* (24 sc).
R5: 1 sc x 3, 2 sc in next st *6 times* (30 sc).
R6: 1 sc in every st blo (30 sc).
R7-10: 1 sc in every st (30 sc).

Assembly:

Sew on closed eyes on the white round pieces.


Sew on (or clue on) a beak in the middle slighlty below the eyes on the beanie.
Sew on the arms on both sides of the body.
The light-holder I clued on the ”hands” – make it centered.
Sew on the feet/balls on the legs.
And then sew on the legs to the body – sew them on in the front loop from row 8 on
the body. About 8 stitches between.
