Dear MSME MITRA,
This is in reference to your online application to be engaged as Independent MSME MITRA with Chamber of
Indian Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (CIMSME).
We are pleased to engage you as Independent MSME MITRA on Principle to Principle basis.
Below are the details of your engagement:-

Your engagement is subject to the following conditions:-
1. The association between Chamber of Indian Micro Small and Medium Enterprises and You (MSME
MITRA) shall be on Principal-to-Principal basis.
2. There will no fixed monthly salary payable to you. The payout will be solely based on your performance.
3. Under no circumstances you will collect even a single rupee whether in cash, kind or any other means
from any MSME either in your name or in the name of company.
4. The payout for each services shall be paid as per the amount mentioned in the Payout Slab for MSME
MITRA available in MSME MITRA App or Website
5. The payout of MSME MITRA of every month will be made on 15th of the succeeding month.
6. The payout will be credited in the Bank account as per the details given by the MSME MITRA.
7. Payout will be made only on successful certificate downloaded, loan disbursed, any other services being
provided to MSMEs on success basis.
8. The payout shall be inclusive of any tax, travelling and conveyance cost etc. No reimbursement of any
additional cost will be paid.
9. Payout will be made after deducting Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per the provisions of Income Tax
Act, 1961.
10. In case of any dispute in any certificate, duplication of any certificate, loan application and/or other
services claimed by any other MSME MITRA or any third party, the decision of the company will be binding
and final.
11. In case it is found that any certificate / registration was not completed, loan application not disbursed,
and/or any other services not been provided by the respective MSME MITRA and the payment has been
made to him / her inadvertently the same will be adjusted from the payout of the subsequent months.
12. Engaging in unethical or unprofessional activities by you may result in termination of your engagement
as Independent MSME MITRA.
13. The company reserves the right to modify the payout terms by giving 15 days prior notice.
MSMEs will look forward to you at their door step to be able to avail the services Free of Cost.
