of Education situated at Village Huhua. PO. Kaitha, P.O. Ramgarh Cantt Dist- Ramgarh, Jharkhand
2. That I have read & understand the rules and regulations given in the prospectus of the college and I will
abide by rules and regulation currently in force and as amended/altered in future from time to time by the
management of Maharshi Paramhansh College of Education.

3. I will not indulge in any activity that would tarnish the image of the institution.
4. That my admission is subject to the approval of Maharshi Paramhansh College of Education
management.

5. That I shall maintain minimum 80% attendance for all course work and practicum and 90% attendance for
school internship as per NCTE Regulations, 2014.

6. That if I am unable to maintain my attendance as per the NCET Regulations, 2014 (80% attendance for
all course work and practicum and 90% attendance for school internship) then my enrolment will be
cancelledby the institution and I shall be solelyresponsible for it. Further, since the institutions runs under
the SFS (Self Finance Scheme) scheme so l will liable to pay the balance fees due to the institution
despite the cancellation of my admission, failing which appropriate legal action will be taken.

7. That I shall participate in all curriculum activities appear in every Internal Examination & abide by the
rules & regulations of Central Government, State Government, National Council for Teacher Education,
Vinoba Bhave University/Jharkhand Academic Council & Maharshi Paramhansh College of Education to
appear at the University/ Board Examination.

8. That the information furnished in application form is true and correct and I have submitted Xeroxcopy of
genuine mark sheets, certificates and other documents duly attested by me along withapplication form. If
any misrepresentation of facts or any false certificate is found, myadmission shall be cancelled and all
fees paid shall be forfeited

9. That I will not indulge in any behaviour or act that may be constituted as ragging I will netparticipate in
or abet or propagate through any act of commission or omission that may
10. beconatuted as ragging. If found guilty of ragging, I am fiable for ponestment according to Regulations,
without prejudice to any other criminal action that may be taken against me underany penal law or any

in any institution in the country on account of being foumguilty of abetting or being part of a conspiracy
to promote, ragging, and further affirm that, incase the declaration is found to be untrue. I am aware

11. That I had requested the management of the institute to permit me to pay college dues in _________

14. That for any reason if I fail to pay college fees or my cheque is returned by bank unpaid, I agree that I will
not be allowed to attend class and all services by college will be suspended after duedate & my name be
published in List of Defaulters on the college notice board.

15. That if I fail to pay dues on time, I shall pay fine 3% per month or part for next 3 months.

16. That if fail to pay dues even after 3 month of due date, Le for second instalment, collegs may
terminatemy admission without any notice.

17. That I have been informed that payment by cheque will be accepted only 3 days before due date.

18. That in case any cheque is returned by bank for any reason whatsoever, I agree to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/-
(Rupees One thousand only) per instrument along with late fees and college may terminatemy admission
& initiate legal action against me.

19. That the fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. That even I withdraw myadmission
or college management terminate my admission for any reason whatsoever. I shallnot claim refund and
college management will encash my post-dated cheque(s) on due date.
20. That I have been informed changes mentioned on the back page of "Provisional AdmissionReceipt which
are to be read as under –
Para 6. That if payment of any cheque is refused by bank for any or whatsoever reason(dishonoured),
your admission shall be terminated. A fine of Rs.1000/- will be chargedfor every cheque dishonoured.

That the management of Maharshi Paramhansh College of Education has every right to suspend.

1. I have, in particular, perused clause 3 of the Regulations and am aware as to what constitutes
ragging

of the penal and administrative action that is liable to be taken against me in case I am found
