Penal Interest if any In case of default in repayment of loan/nonc ompliance
of terms & conditions the borrower shall be liable to pay
penal interest of 2% on the default/irregular amount.
1. This sanction is provisional and final sanction will
be subject to satisfactory compliance of all terms
and conditions as per bank guidelines.
2. Final sanction will be subject to compliance of
proper eligibility criteria of minimum marks, rank
card required for admission, satisfactory CIBIL
reports and credit worthiness of the borrower and
co borrower.
3. Borrower to produce all admission related papers
before final sanction of loan.
4. Disbursement of facility to be done only after
producing proper proof of Fee Demand notice of
college.
5. Final amount of sanction will be the lowest of
Course Fee and amount applied for after following
bank’s guidelines.
