Dear Sukumar Mohanty,
Reference to the Communication dated 6th March 2023, we are pleased to offer you employment in our
organization as CCE with effect from 23rd March 2023. You will be based in our Bhubaneswar office. Your
salary will be Rs. 12000.00 per month (Cost to company) excluding deduction such as TDS and professional
tax. For the first three months from the date of your joining you would be on probation. After successful
completion of your probation you would be confirmed in your job with the Company for a period of eleven months
or till the completion of the project.
Your offer has been made based on information furnished by you. However if there is any discrepancy in the
copies of documents or certificates given by you as a proof of above we retain the right to review our offer of
employment.
A detailed Appointment Letter will be issued on your joining the organization. Kindly submit the following
documents at the earliest.
Relieving and Service Certificates from the past and present employers, if any.
Last three months' Salary Slips or bank statements as a proof of salary, if any.
Proof of identity and proof of Address.
Your blood group.
CV with Two Passports sized photographs.
Education Certificates.
Cancelled Cheque/Bank Pass Book copy.
Please sign and return duplicate copy of this letter as token of your acceptance.

Note :
The employment will be governed by the HR policy of the company.
The employment contract can be terminated by either party with a notice period of one month or on payment of
one month¶s salary in lieu thereof.
The employment contract is coterminous with project/process.
In case of misconduct, indiscipline, non-performance or any direct and indirect act which is detrimental to the
company, the company reserves the right to terminate the employment forth with ie with immediate effect.
In case of non-receipt of acceptance in writing within 3days from the date of issue of the offer letter, the offer will
be deemed to have been withdrawn.
