7. During an ecological study of lake a lake a ground of students from BAOBAB Secondary
School recorded the following observation
i) Tilapia feeds on mosquito larvae

iv) Hawks feed on tilapia, worms and planktonic crustacean.

9. A group of form three students from MUDIO secondary school had a study visit to

Muhimbili Hospital. They noted a patient with high fever, general body weakness,

lack of appetite and sometimes vomiting.

i.What could be the possible disease that this patient is suffering fom?
ii.What is the cause of the disease?
iii.Suggest preventive measures for the disease.
