This material |s used in automotive industy for mechanical strength and excellent in thermal dissipation, ideally suitable fr low and high ambient temperature applications. OLE also vertias our heatsink sign thru thermal imaging before commencing commercial production. Due to best thermal verifications process we ensure less than 10% lumen depreciation at 60,000 hours. Water-Proofing Gasketing In all luminaires OLE Lighting only uses specially designed \weather-prof, non-aging siicane rubber gaskets. These provide ‘excellent ingress protecton (IP) against moisture and dust. The (gaskets operate effectively in cortosive and excessive variable {temperatures from 40°C to +150°C. Powder Coating Finishing ‘The mult-slep pre-treatment and conversion coating process includes degreasing, deoxidsing and etching on the aluminium parts. The UV slabized polyester powder coat is applied to the luminaires and baked in a curing oven at a temperature of ‘approximately 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes. The fishing after baking allows for excellent cortosion resistance and coor stably. Colors are consistent amongst ficures and poles providing a pleasant outook.
