mean and include its legal heirs, administrators and permitted assigns)

Quyus Taproom (Hereinafter referred to as “Second Party” which expression shall mean and include its legal heirs, administrators and permitted assignees)

(Referred to herein as “Parties” or individually as “Party”)

PURPOSE
The purpose of the waste audit was to identify, quantify and analyze the composition of the waste stream generated from separate designated buildings and areas around the business, and to ensure compliance
with the requirements outlined in the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.

WASTE AUDIT RESULTS


The information contained in this report was gathered from the on-site point of generation waste audit, discussions with Quyus Taproom, and an analysis of the current waste management handling practices used
on site at the business. The figure below displays the total projected frequency waste categories as represented from the materials analyzed in the audit.

DUTIES
A. Segregation: Quyus Taproom does segregation in 4 different category/ 4 different dustbins according to numbers mentioned on dustbins. Dustbin number indicates as:

I. Dustbin No. 4 – Organic/food leftovers/peels/fruits/vegetables


II. Dustbin No. 3 – Multicolor film/tetra packs/milk packet/polybags
III. Dustbin No. 2 – PET/HDPE/other hard plastic
IV. Dustbin No. 1 – Glass bottles/broken glasses

B. Dustbins/Infra: Dustbins are provided by Ecowrap free of cost


C. Collection/Transportation:Ecowrap provides free do or-step collection to 2nd party
D. Incentives:1st party pay incentives to 2nd party for inorganic/recyclable waste and charges ₹1000 per month up to 6 metric tonnes of waste, whenever applicable
E. Recycling:1st party is responsible for sustainable treatment of municipal waste generated in the operational activity of 2nd party

Audited Waste Category Breakdown


The following table breaks down the audited waste into the following categories: paper, plastics, metal, glass, organics and an ‘other’ materials category. This chart displays how much of each material category is
generated and disposed of in the general waste stream at Quyus Taproom.

The following is a list of commodities categories. The major categories of commodities sorted are paper, plastic, metal, glass, organics, and other materials. Within these major categories are subcategories, and
these helps to further sort the commodities.

AUDIT RESULTS
The following is an overview of the audit findings, which includes material stream quantities and composition and total carbon emission saved by recycling.

Based on the audit sample, the total amount of waste generated and disposed of as waste from the entire campus at Quyus Taproom is estimated to be 515.75 kilograms (kg) during the period and 2381.75
kilograms (kg) of Carbon Emission saved.
