At the Airport
Travel documents
Carry a valid boarding pass, ID proof and any relevant documents, including visas or entry permits. You may be
denied boarding, detained or deported by the respective authorities if you fail to meet requirements.
Cabin Baggage
You can pre-book up to 5 kg of additional cabin baggage per guest. You can carry one cabin bag (56 cm x 36 cm x
23 cm) and one small bag (40 cm x 30 cm x 10 cm). The total permitted weight for the two pieces must not exceed 7
kg unless you have pre-booked Carry-On-Xtra cabin baggage.
Checked Baggage
Pre-book up to 40 kg of checked baggage for each guest and save on airport excess baggage charges. Excess
baggage fees will apply if the weight of your bags exceeds your allowance. Also, each piece of
baggage must not weigh more than 32kg. You can combine your checked baggage allowance with other guests
travelling on the same PNR. A handling fee may apply for more than one piece of checked baggage per guest.
