comprehensive stress-reduction program aimed at creating a supportive, productive and healthy
work environment.
1. Assessment and Stress Management workshops and seminars
The first step in combating workplace stress is to raise awareness about its impacts
and how it manifests.
Conduct a thorough assessment to identify sources of stress within the workplace,
such as heavy workloads, tight deadlines, lack of resources, or poor communication

and overall performance;
c) To be able to consciously manage their emotions that will help them get the
most out of life, recognize signs of stress in themselves and others and able to
understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
