CORRECT TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF. I HAVE READ THE RULES AND SHALL
ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE HOSTEL IN FORCE DURING THE COURSE OF
MY STAY, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT THE AUTHORITY RESERVES EVERY RIGHT TO CANCEL MY
ADMISSION AT ANY TIME UPON VIOLATION OF THE RULES:
a. I will pay the fees as per the Institute norms.
b. At the time of hostel admission, I will pay total fees (Hostel fees Rs.12,000/-, Mess fees Rs.15,000/-
(for each student) and deposit of Rs.5,000/- at Institute Bank Account (Deposit of Rs.5,000/- for
new admission)
c. I will pay full hostel mess fees by challan (or online) in State Bank of India, Vishnupuri Branch,
Nanded immediately after admission to hostel on given account number (Boys Mess A/c.No.
30614514789, Director, SGGSIE&T., Nanded for Girls Mess A/c. : 30614515896, Director,
SGGSIE&T., Nanded)
d. I will not indulge in any kind of ragging, I am aware that my involvement in any ragging activity will
lead to direct FIR against me and I will be expelled immediately from the Institute.
e. I hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the hostel's if admitted and I will be liable for
punishment, in case I am found disobeying or guilty. I voluntarily agree to be member of hostel
mess and agree to pay the necessary charges and abide by the relevant rules.
f. I voluntarily agree to pay any common charges decided by the ostel Students Welfare
Committee/Mess Committee or Hostel Administration for all students in general, I shall see that my
room and the hostel premises are kept clean and observe discipline.
g. I agree to adjust the accommodation with more number of students beyond the capacity of room.
(In case if hostel authority decides to accommodate more number of needy students)
h. I have seen the hostel premises and facilities available. I am satisfied with the available facilities.
i. I shall be responsible for any accident/ or mishap with me during my stay in Institute or outside. I
will not have any right to claim compensation for my any personal loss or damage.
j. I am well aware about COVID-19 situation and SOPs declared by Government. I will obey all the
rules and regulations as well as SOPs concerned with COVID- 19. | will take responsibility for public
health measures like hand hygiene, respiratory etiquettes, wearing triple layer mask, social
distancing etc and will adhere to all these SOPs,I have taken two covid-19 vaccine doses and I will
be responsible for my own health and further consequences.
