 Describe a big change in your life

- The first change that popped up in my mind was having courage. Back
when I was a high school student. I had a chance to take part in a club
that I’m really interested in, but I’m too afraid to try something new. Not
joining that club felt like I missed opportunities to grow and meet new
people. But now, I am braver, I try everything and take advantages of the
opportinies I had, I don’t want to have the feeling of regret or ask myself
'if only I had done this, it would have been better' ever again.".
 What has been one important event in your life
- graduating from my high school
+ a first mark for my growth- prepare for higher education ,have to live
in an unfamilliar city - more challenges and difficults- overcome by
myself
+ face to many seducement- digging into shopping without considering
my budget, or dropping out of school because of an addiction to playing
game, etc
I would say that graduating from high school is one of the most
important events in my life. There are several reasons why I said that.
Firstly, it was a mark for my growth; completing my education in high
school means I have to prepare for higher education at university to
pursue my dream job of becoming an English teacher. It also means that I
have to live in an unfamiliar city without my parents and overcome many
obstacles in my daily life without their help. Secondly, I have to learn to
manage everything myself, from time to money. Studying away from
home means I have to overcome temptations like overspending and
getting distracted, which can lead to poor academic results and other
social issues. However, after two years of living far away from my
family, I have grown more mature and reassured my parents.
Additionally, I have gained many valuable skills and experiences to
handle various issues on my own.
 A big change you made recently
- When I live away my parents for pursuing academic purpose in a
different city
- rarely spend time for my family- lied that I was so busy and I can’t
spend time for them
- gradually got worse when I lied to my parents about going to school, but
in reality, I went out late that night- don’t know why my mom know that-
she was cry
- My mother's tears made me rethink my actions. I reflected on
everything, apologized to my parents, and tried to become a good child.
I would say that my biggest change recently has been becoming a better child. When I moved
to a different city to pursue my studies, I rarely spent time with my family and spent most of
the time hanging out with my friends, doing everything I wanted instead. I often lied about
being too busy to see them. Things gradually got worse when I lied to my parents about going
to school, but in reality, I went out late that night. I don’t know how my mom found out, but
she cried and was upset about me. My mother's tears made me rethink my actions. I reflected
on everything and realized I was wrong. I apologized to my parents and tried to become a
better person by paying attention to studying more and calling for my parents frequently.

 One setback that you have had in your life

- Appear when I go to the university- have to live far away my parents.
- It’s a feeling of homesickness- feel lonely, miss my family so much- cry
all the time- didn’t want go to school or do anything
- Because of that, my academic performance fall in the bottom.
- Fortunately- get better- friends and funny activities- make me forget my
homesick
- Now, that feeling is’t affect me more like before.
One of my setbacks appeared when I went to the university; it's the first time I had to live far
away from my parents and do everything without their help. It's a feeling of homesickness. I
always feel lonely. I missed my family so much that I've cried day by day and didn't want to
go to school or do anything except for crying. Because of that, my academic performance
falls to the bottom, and it also makes me feel down in the dump. Fortunately, everything
became better when I had friends and took part in some activities at my university; those
made me forget my homesickness and be more happy. Now, I still miss my parents, but that
feeling doesn't negatively affect me more. It's becoming my motivation to study better and
make my parents proud of me.

 Tell a short, true, interesting story

Recently, I tried cooking a new, complicated recipe I found online.
Usually, I stick to simple meals, so this was a big leap for me. Everything
was going smoothly until I misread the instructions and added twice the
amount of chili powder. By the time I realized my mistake, it was too
late. Not wanting to waste the ingredients, I served it anyway. To my
surprise, my friends loved it and commented on how unique and flavorful
the dish was. The extra spice gave it a special kick, making it a hit. This
experience taught me that sometimes mistakes can lead to unexpectedly
positive outcomes, encouraging me to be more adventurous in the
kitchen.
 Interesting story you heard
- I would like to talk about the news about the young boy from a poor
family who was going to start his own business. It’s Dang Le Nguyen Vu.
Actually, I’m from Dak Lak, and every child in my province has heard
about this man in inspiring speeches at school. He is a model of courage
and dares to drop out of school to pursue his own dream. Becoming a
successful businessman is not an easy task. He used to get help from a
farmer couple to take the first step in his business. After many ups and
downs, he launched the Trung Nguyen Legend coffee brand and gained
much acclaim in the business field. After succeeding, he reciprocated
/ri'siprəkeit/ the help of that couple by sending them a large sum of money
every month. Needless to say, this story is inspiring relentless effort,
courage, and gratitude towards those who have helped us.

 Pet peeves
- One of my biggest pet peeves is when people talk loudly on their phones
in public places, especially on public transportation. It's like they have no
awareness of the people around them and no consideration for how their
noise might be disrupting others.
- In the past 24 hours, the thing that has bothered me the most is the loud
music from my roommate. Despite me asking them to lower the volume
or use headphones, they continue to play music loudly. Because I'm
preparing for an upcoming exam and need a quiet space to study, the
constant noise is making it difficult for me to concentrate and causing me
a great deal of frustration
 Problem with friends/ family member
- I had a problem with my sibling about them borrowing my belongings
without asking. It bothered me because it felt like a violation of my
personal space and belongings. Instead of letting it fester, I decided to
talk to him about it, I told him how it made me feel and asked him to talk
to me before using my stuff. Thankfully, they were understanding and
apologized for their behavior. Now, he asks me first before using
anything, and we don't have any more problems about it.
- what's a problem you have with a friend sometimes: One problem I
sometimes have with a friend is their habit of always being late. It can be
annoying when we make plans and they're constantly running behind
schedule or making me wait without letting me know. It feels like they
don't value my time. While I get that everyone is tardy now and then, it's
become a regular thing with this friend, and bringing it up can be tricky
as I don't want to hurt our friendship.
- have you ever had to confront a neighbor, a roomate or a classmate:
Yes, I've had to confront roommates in the past regarding various issues.
The first one is that they played music late into the night, disrupting my
sleep, which made me feel tired the next day because of a lack of sleep.
Another one is cleanliness; they do not contribute to cleaning the house,
even though we have created a chore schedule to ensure that everyone has
a fair share. Day by day, we couldn’t resolve these problems between us
and hadn’t come to a mutual agreement, so I chose to live separately in
another room.
"Honestly, I was bullied in high school, which made me reluctant to make
new friends in college. However, Anne took the initiative to befriend me
during an interview at the English center, and we quickly became close.
Anne is a petite girl with a lovely face and a charming smile; she's very
sociable and friendly. Having a friend in a new city has made me happier
and has helped heal the psychological scars from being bullied."
"One of the things that has been stressing me out lately is the semester
exams. There are too many assignments and study guides to cover, and
the exam days are too close together, making me feel overwhelmed. I
think I need a clearer and more specific schedule, which will help me
plan my studying more effectively."

One of the things I regret the most is the wrong decisions I made in the
past. Because I was too afraid to start something new, I hesitated to
participate in beneficial activities and interesting clubs. Only later did I
realize that I had missed many opportunities for growth in the educational
environment and lost many chances to make friends and gain valuable
experiences. In the present, I am trying to become stronger and more
courageous in facing new things, and this change has indeed brought me
more friends and essential skills for the future.

"That reminds me of the fact that I'm about to become an older sister. You
know, I am the youngest in the family, but I never liked it; I always
wanted a younger sibling. I used to beg my parents to have another child,
but they insisted that they couldn't. Unexpectedly, last week, my mom
called me and told me that she is pregnant. It was truly surprising and
exciting news for me."

One thing I often do to make life better is to create a detailed schedule.

This helps me focus more on the priorities that need to be completed,
gives me a better overview of the day, and also ensures that I don't miss
important events.

"Sending your CV before the interview is important because it gives the

employer an overview of your abilities and more time to understand your
skills during the interview. Additionally, dressing well is a way to make
the job seeker feel more confident and creates a good first impression on
the employer."
If I had to use one word to describe myself, I would say organized. I’m an organized person.
Instead of letting everything happen without control, I always have a plan, or a detailed
schedule, for everything because it makes me prioritize finishing what is most important and
not miss any events in the day.
