WHO IS EPPINGER?

Eppinger CNC tool holders to DIN 69880 (shaft diameters ranging from 20mm to
60mm) are manufactured to precision levels far in excess of the required
standards using advanced, patented production systems and facilities.

The special technical features of the Eppinger tools systems are:

• Shank identical or similar to DIN 69880/T1. • All wear parts are case-hardened.

• Shank, seating face and serration are hardened and • Tools with internal coolant supply available.

Eppinger has upgraded all the standard tooling for the Haas line. Our chart will assi st with
the conversion of old part numbers to current part numbers as well as helping you
identify the correct coupling length for your machine. New part numbers are equipped with a
quick change interface; PRECI-FLEX ®. Unlike other quick change systems on the market,
these tool holders allow the use of conventional collets or adaptors, a clear advantage of
the PRECI-FLEX® system.

PRECI-FLEX Adapter Change

®

Remove four screws from base holder. Wipe taper and flat
mounting surface of adapter and base holder.

With T-Wrench (1) install and tighten four screws (2) using
spanner wrench (3) to keep spindle from rotating.

CAUTION:
Adapter flange must be flush with mounting surface of
base holder.
