The above transfer order are issued subject to the following conditions:- While relieving the staff concerned the
following formalities may please be completed in terms of Rly.Bd's L.No. E(NG)-1- 2001/RT/16 dated 21.11.2001.
1.TA/DA/Transfer Allowance /Joining Time and C.T.G. etc. is not admissible on the above account.
2.No DAR/VIG/SPE case pending against him.
3.He will accept the seniority as per extent rules.
4.He will not seek transfer to his parent railway.
5.The sparing memo should also have the signature of the transferred employee and the leftthumb impression which
should be duly attested by officer signing the memo/order with his name and designation appearing below the signature.
6.The memo/order sparing the employee should have the photographs of the employee pasted on it duly attested in such
a manner that signature of the releasing official and the rubber stamp below that appear partially on the photograph and
partially on the paper outside the photographs.
7. If the employee is allotted railway quarter, the same may be vacated before relieving him on transfer.
8. The staff will be spared as per instruction contained in RBE No. 8/2019 No. E(NG)1-2018/TR/8dated 11.01.2019.
