Flight Plan
This flight is very short, only about 20min airtime. With the start-up and shutdown,
it should take about 45-60min. Thus, our cruise altitude is only 3000ft.

For this flight, we will use the Air Tahiti “RA’IREVA” livery that comes with the
ATR 72. The registration should be “F-ORVV”.

leveling off at FL30, engage ALT hold mode and change power management to CRZ.
Change lights as required and turn electronic devises and seat belt signs off. At cruise,
enjoy the scenery!
Descend/ Approach/ Final

Seat belt and electronic devises sign should

be turned on. Landing lights should both be
turned on too. Under 170kn gear should go
down, and under 150kn flaps should be at 30
degrees. On final, keep at 120kn. At 30ft, set
throttle to idle
Touchdown/ After Landing
Touchdown: Minimal Braking and reverse thrust
After landing: Probes off, Landing lights off, Strobe lights off, Flaps 0 degrees, Trims reset, Gust lock on
Taxi/ Hotel Mode
Taxi to the end of the runway and turn back to taxi to parking. In other airports with longer taxi times, engine 1
should be shut off after 2 minutes. However, as this taxi is relatively short, this does not need to be done.

Once we enter parking, we would shut down engine 1 and turn engine 2 into hotel mode. First, feather both
engine’s condition lever. Then, turn on the prop break for engine 2 and turn engine 1’s condition lever to fuel
shutoff. After that, off engine 1’s fuel pump.

This concludes the first section of our flight. You can take a short break before the next section.
