ORGANIZATION OF THE
CURRICULAR MESH

The organization of the curricular

framework for Technical
Technological Training in “
Artisanal Weaving” in the CEAs is
organized based on modules in
three areas of knowledge and
knowledge that are explained
below.

1. Applied humanistic area:

The development of the

humanistic module proposes the
strengthening of socio-
community values such as
responsibility, unity, equality,
inclusion, dignity, solidarity,
respect, complementarity and
transparency as essential values
that contribute to coexistence
and harmony for Living Well.

In this understanding, the

development of the modules and
the productive practical actions
of the training processes in the
CEAs are aimed at generating
processes that facilitate
participation, horizontal
dialogue, community work to
learn from collective reflection
for the common well-being.

2. Productive technique-
Technological Technical
Training: (Basic Technician,
Auxiliary Technician, Middle
Technician)

Within the framework of the

productive socio-community
educational model, the training
processes are aimed at the
comprehensive training of
people to strengthen knowledge,
knowledge, skills and abilities
with specific relevant and useful
practices to solve problems of
daily life, join the workplace for
professional practice and
continue with higher studies that
require their permanent
development.

The essential contribution in

technological technical training in
Artisanal Weaving is to
contribute to enhancing
productive capacities,
incorporation into the productive
sector and the development of
productive community
enterprises articulated with the
territorial development plans
that support the regions.

With the advancement and

conclusion of the modules, the
participants/students achieve the
acquisition of technical and
technological skills to improve
work capabilities that facilitate
the solution of social problems,
strengthen abilities and skills to
search for or create job
opportunities aimed at improving
the living conditions and
strengthen the economic
structures of families,
communities and territories in
each region.

3. Entrepreneurship

They are creative results of

community construction
processes that arise based on the
vocations and productive
potential of each territory and
region. They are expressed in the
implementation of projects that
involve productive and
community work undertaken by
the participants in the
management, creation and
administration of a productive
unit that contributes to a
dignified life, meets the needs of
people and contributes to the
cultural diversity of the contexts
in which they develop.

For this reason, it is important to

include in the training processes
management skills focused on
the legal functioning of
community enterprises,
responsibly managing the
documentation that is generated
and that makes transparent the
creation and operation of
activities in different areas as a
contribution to local
development and regional.

4. Popup module
Within the framework of the
flexibility and diversity of the
regions and municipalities, the
emerging modules are creatively
defined and articulated by the
team of facilitators to ensure
comprehensive, relevant and
productive training based on the
recognition and analysis of
learning needs in each CEA to
ensure productive capacities,
incorporation into the productive
sector and the development of
community enterprises.
