you don't want to fill the easy and delicious carrot cake,
don't cut it and simply spread the cheese frosting on the top
and edges.
For a more elaborate decoration you can place grated carrots,
make small carrots with fondant or place chopped nuts around
the edges of the easy carrot cake .
