Investigation Project
Investigation Project
• The high level of contamination caused by the toxic chemicals present in common dishwashers to the environment and to humans is
something of concern. Currently, the common dishwasher has left a mark on the environment since the chemicals it contains cause
great damage, so by manufacturing our own detergent we will not only be protecting the environment, but also our own health and
that of our loved ones. The use of a common dishwasher is a sin against ecology and health. Is it better to use a regular
dishwasher? When most people think of pollution, they think of the outdoors – places full of garbage or industrial waste. But
humans probably spend most of their time in closed places, such as the typical house that contains many gallons of toxic
materials, from cleaning products such as detergents to common dishwashers. If we all meditated, we would realize that the
common dishwasher is very toxic because when using it to wash the dishes, the chemicals it contains go with the water and end
up in the rivers and seas, attacking fish populations and also contributing in algae proliferation, but these chemicals also adhere
to the dishes we use, therefore humans are also contaminated, although they consume them in small quantities, but in the long
term all this continued exposure can bring us some problems such as asthma, skin irritation and degenerative diseases
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Effects of soaps and detergents on soils: it affects the life on earth of many creatures and living beings because, when the soil is
altered physically and chemically, it affects the degree to which it can produce nutrients that serve as food for plants that feed on
them. They are absorbed by the roots and partly by animals that ingest these plants that are born in those soils, in addition to
altering the properties of the soils and producing excessive decomposition that, instead of naturally solving the problem, makes it
worse, although it has There have been other occasions in which the soil rather causes microorganisms, bacteria and plants to
reproduce excessively, so that when they die, decomposition not only affects the soil, but can even generate viruses and
epidemics and serious problems. of health
Previously one of the most important problem points is common detergents that cause dryness of the skin as well as allergic reactions, for
example, a man washes dishes without gloves with detergent. Alkaline, in contact with skin, cause deep burns, wounds
Problem formulation
What are the advantages of the ecological dishwasher based on lemon juice?
The effectiveness of homemade organic detergent is something else. It is a good cleaner and degreaser, but for things that are
not excessively dirty. If it is very dirty you will need another soap.
First of all, it doesn't foam which is a little strange if you're used to foaming like I am.
The aroma is delicious, yes, and gives a feeling of cleanliness. You also have the peace of mind that you are not using toxins.

The work develops the business idea that consists of the production and marketing of dishwashing paste with collagen and
aloe vera. The work describes the analysis of the environment, market study, legal, economic and financial study.
2) ANTAY R. and Col. (2019). In the Thesis “Pre-feasibility study for the production and marketing of dishwashers based on
cabuya saponin (Agave Americano L.)” The project consists of the production and marketing of dishwashing detergent
based on cabuya saponin (Agave Americano L. .) called “saponin”, which ranges from the reception of the raw material,
which is the rope to obtain the saponin, to the distribution of the dishwasher.
The project is feasible since there are available raw materials, available machinery and qualified labor for the production. The
initial investment is considerable, but it is recovered with the sale that is made since according to the market study carried
out there are still gaps. what to cover in this area.
3) QUIROA Y. (2016). In the Thesis “Determination of the phosphate content in dishwasher
detergents and damage it produces to the environment in the Callao region”
The research work is focused on the use of phosphates in the manufacture of dishwasher
detergents and its consequences on soil and water and damage it produces to the
environment in the Callao region; The objective of the work is based on determining the
phosphate content found in dishwashing detergents used in the Callao region and
specifying the damage it produces. This study concludes: dishwashing detergents contain
phosphates (5% to 10%), especially dishwashing powders where the values have a high
phosphate content.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE
THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
Ecological Dishwasher
An important part in the area of cleaning is to be able to count on ecological cleaning products, since in this way we will begin to live in
harmony with the environment and the change of consciousness that our civilization needs will begin. Ecological dishwashers fulfill the
same tasks than common detergents, only they protect the planet and are carried out with products from renewable sources and without
the use of synthetic materials (Salud, 2015).
This product has the following characteristics and advantages: free of phosphates, free of soda, they generate little foam, they are not aggressive with human skin,
with the water generated from washing with these detergents you can water the plants inside or outside. garden, liquid formulation that dissolves easily in water do not
represent any problem when they enter water treatment systems (Hachika, sf).
The non-toxic substances used in the manufacture of the ecological dishwasher are used with the aim of preserving the environment. Research into biodegradable
chemistry for the production of this product with non-toxic substances is part of the growing interest in finding a way out of the problem of waste and contaminants,
which threaten the continuity of life on the planet (Greendet, 2014). .
