Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay
in filing Written Statement
Respectfully Showeth :
1. That the applicant has filed a Written Statement in this Hon'ble Court.
2. That there is 29 days delay in filing the Written Statement as we have not
received the complete set of plaint with documents from the plaintiff side.
3. That Applicant arranged the plaint copy from other defendants.
4. That the delay in filing the written Statement is neither intentional nor will
full but due to the good and sufficient reasons shown herein above.
5.That interest of justice demands that the present application is allowed and the
delay in filing the written Statement is condoned so that the matter can be
adjudicated upon on its merit.
PRAYER
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed :-
1. That this application may kindly be allowed and the delay of 29 days in
filing the Written Statement may kindly be condoned and the matter may
kindly be heard on its merit in the interest of justice.
2. Such other orders as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances

above captioned matter having office 37, Ground Floor, Site-II Vikaspuri, New Delhi-
110018, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as under:
1. I say that the above noted matter is pending adjudication before this Hon'ble Court.
2. I state that Applicants through me as has filed abovesaid Application.
