We “TEXSTAR” introduce our selves, TEXSTAR are the leading manufacturer of plastic
injection moulding machine in southern region, capacities varying from plunger up to
500gms, screw up to 300tones factory based from heart of the Coimbatore city, supported
by long customer platform, more than experienced 12 years in the field of manufacturing
plastic injection moulding machine.
The plunger injection moulding machine uses the plunger to push the plastics in the barrel
forward, make it pass through the diverter shuttle, and then inject it into the Mold through the
nozzle. The heat of plastic melting into a flow state is provided by electric heating outside the
material jane. It’s designed to provide precise and efficient plastic moulding capabilities.
Featuring a robust plunger system, it delivers consistent pressure and improved control over
the moulding process. The machine advanced technology ensures uniform distribution of
material, reducing defect and enhancing the quality of the final product. Ideal for
manufacturing high-precision components, it supports a wide range of applications in various
industries. Texstar plunger injection moulding machine enhance productivity while
minimizing downtime and maintenance requirements. The machine intuitive user interface
and automated functionalities streamline operations, significantly enhancing productivity and
minimizing downtime. Additionally, the texstar plunger injection moulding machine is built
with robust materials, ensuring durability and reliable long-term operation, making it an
indispensable asset for manufacturers aiming to produce top-tier moulded products efficiently.
Texstar machine simplifies the operation process, allowing operators to easily set parameters
809and monitor production in real-time. Thereby increasing overall productivity.
Compression moulding is a forming process in which a plastic material is a placed directly into
a heated metal mold then is softened by the heat and therefore forced to conform to the shape
of the mold, as the mold closes. Once moulding is completed excess flash may be removed.
Typically, compression moulding machine is used for the manufacture of a small-medium
randomly aligned fibre reinforced thermoset composite. Compression moulding can be used to
fabricate both thermoplastics and thermosets and requires heating up of raw materials in the
mold. Under the stern vigilance of skilled professionals, the provided machine is manufactured
using quality-assured components and modern technology at our production unit.

In a reciprocating screw injection moulding machine, material flows under gravity from the
hopper onto a turning screw. The mechanical energy supplied by the screw, together with
auxiliary heaters, converts the resin into a molten state. At the same time the screw retracts
toward the hopper end. The screw rotation speed in plastic injection moulding is the speed of
rotation of the screw for mixing the pellets. Its unit is revolutions per minute (RPM). If the
screw rotation speed is too high, air gets mixed inside the molten plastic which can make gas
generation to accrue easily. When a sufficient amount of resin is melted, the screw moves
forward, acting as a raw and forcing the polymer melt through a gate into the cooled mold.
Once the plastic has solidified in the mold, the mold is unclamped and opened, and the part is
pushed from the mold by automatic ejector pins. The mold is then closed and clamped, and the
screw turns and retracts again to repeat the cycle of liquefying a new increment of resin. For
small parts, cycles can be as rapid as several injections per minute. The basic function of either
an injection moulding or extrusion screw is to simply convey the material to the mold or die in
an even mixture of resin and pressure to properly fill the mold cavities in order to generate a
proper plastic part. They are the key factors affecting the quality of plasticization. Screws helps
to hold things together such as pieces of wood or metal. Compared to ordinary nails, screws
provide more strength and holding power. Screw design L/D (length to diameter) ratio between
18:1 and 24:1 and a screw compression ratio between 2:1 and 3:1 is recommended. This is
called shearing. The metering zone then conveys the melt to the front of the screw ready for
injection into the mould cavity. In the transition zone the material is compressed by the change
in the depth of the screw channels from the feed zone to the metering zone. The ratio of the
change in depth is called the compression ratio and is usually between 2and3 for plastics such
as PP AND PE. There are general purpose and dedicated screw designs. The type of screw used
is dependent on the plastic material to be processed. The screw is usually simple appearing
device, but it accomplishes may different operations at the same time. These include

The production department is responsible for converting inputs into outputs through the
stages of production processes. The production manager is responsible for making sure that
raw materials are provided and made into finished goods effectively. He or she must make
sure that work is carried out smoothly, and must supervise procedures for making work more
efficient and more enjoyable. They will set the standards and targets at each stage of the
production process. The quantity and quality of products coming off a production line will be
closely monitored. In businesses focusing on lean production, quality will be monitored by all
employees at every stage of production, rather than at the end as is the case for businesses
using a quality control approach.

VETICAL INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE
UNIT TON 35
The vertical injection moulding machine v-duo is the right machine for pressing, forming
and over moulding in one operation. Its precise clamping side with high platen parallelism
ensures an exact result. With the injection unit, you functionalise the components after
moulding in the same operation. In vertical injection moulding, the two halves of the mold
move vertically, up and down, to open and close. The injection mechanism is typically located
at the top of the mold. Gravity plays a large role in filling the mold cavities, along with the
injection pressure. This can help with filling time and consistency. Vertical vs horizontal
injection moulding operates according to the same general principle of injection moulding
(injecting of the mold cavity as the material hardens), each one offer unique benefits and
application suitability. The primary difference in vertical vs horizontal injection moulding is
the configuration and movement of the mold. In the vertical injection moulding process, the
mold clamping action occurs vertically, in an up and down motion. The clamping mechanism
and injection mechanism are located along the same vertical plane. Vertical injection
moulding equipment is designed with open clamps and rotary tables. This allows for work
with multiple molds and simultaneous operations- pre- moulding, injection moulding and
post- moulding. As a result, there is a less of and for manual operation and intervention, as
well as higher efficiency, increased productivity and reduced costs. In vertical molds, pieces
must be extracted by hand or robotic arm. The design of vertical molds and their use of rotary
tables means two bottom halves and one top half can be used in tandem so that pre and post
moulding operations can be occurring while parts are being filled. This is especially useful in
operations such as insert moulding or over moulding, where inserts or substrates must be
loaded prior to resin injection.
❖ More consistent material flow and temperature distribution.
❖ Manual part removal can be time consuming.
FUTURE PLAN FOR THE GROWTH OF
ORGANIZATION
Manufacturing is the processing of the raw materials into the finished goods and services and
is the major and important sector of the economy as it promotes economic growth and
development. Services that are either embodied or embedded in manufacturing
competitiveness and account for much of the value added in a products supply chain this
increased sericitization raised the feasibility bar by placing a premium on increasing the
productivity of services to manufacturing. The growth of the services sector within and
beyond this broader manufacturing process will present opportunities to benefit from further
productivity growth and job creation, but most service sectors that exhibit these productivity-
enhancing characteristics will less likely initiate large-scale employment creation for unskilled
labour. The decline of manufacturing was a wild card factor that spelled growing social
disappointment and corresponding social disruption. Texstar manufacturing company has
demonstrated remarkable its growth through its commitment to quality, innovation, and
customer satisfaction. By continually investing in advanced manufacturing technologies and
fostering a skilled workforce, texstar has positioned itself as a leader in the industry. Moving
forward, the company strategic focus on sustainability and market expansion promises to drive
further success and industry. Texstar manufacturing stands out for its commitment to
delivering high-quality plastic products through innovative manufacturing techniques and
sustainable practices. By prioritizing customer satisfaction and continuously improving their
processes, texstar is well- positioned to maintain its competitive edge and long-term success
in the plastic manufacturing industry.
